I came in right after work,and 3ven though they had a meeting at 6:00pm, they still got me in at the Misssippi and Ironton Firestone. I haven't been to this locatiin in years. I am happy to see the Customer Service has changed for the better. I've been a customer of Firestone for over 20 years and the majority of the time I have had great service. There has been a few times the service wasn't great at another location, but these guys to care of me.

Firestone patched my tire short notice and I’m very thankful! Gil and Dan were very sweet and had great customer care. Thank you so much

Denzel and mark were about to close the shop. I showed up extremely late and they were still happy to help. My car takes special tires so even if I bought a tire there I would still have to replace it after so instead of making me buy one he fixed my tire for a very good price. 10/10 experience I would come back

Denzel's team was quick and professional. Within an hour of stepping foot into their shop, I was attended to, given an update on the issues I needed corrected and out the door with my service complete and paid for. Great team, great service

Denzel was super helpful and efficient. Thought I needed just a headlight bulb replacement but when they tried that and the light still didn't come in they did more investigation to find the true source of the problem. Quote for service seemed pretty reasonable but they didn't have parts today so didn't schedule the work in case someone else could get parts sooner

Denzel, the new manager, was very professional and polite! He was very thorough in explaining everything to me which made me feel safe. I trust my car is in good hands. Also, the building was very clean and neat. The entire staff are very welcoming and hard workers. 10/10 would highly recommend. Definitely exceeded my expectations!

Chivalry is not dead. It is still alive here at FIRESTONE on 10955 Mississippi. I desperately pulled in with all ties below stated 37 psi, on a Jeep…. The air employee inflated ALL tires to proper psi. I went to 4 tires shops yesterday, and was ignored at all 4 locations. Now, image the relief I must feel now, that I wasn’t ignored at FIRESTONE.

Called ahead and clearly explained that the tire had been temporarily repaired (plug). I was told it was fine, invited to come in, and even asked to leave a review in advance - which I did. After arriving, the car was checked in and kept for around an hour. No work was done. Only after I personally asked for an update, I was told “We don’t repair tires with prior repairs” due to policy. This should have been communicated upfront before taking the car and wasting my time..

my wheels aligned properly. another shop did the previous alignment and it was off since. my steering wheel is straight finally. wait time is a little bit long.

I went to Firestone for the first time to take advantage of their lifetime wheel alignment. I got the online quote saying $229.99 but when I arrived I was told there was an additional $125 charge for the driver assist system to be recalibrated. This is only for newer cars but it would've been nice if this showed up on the online quote since I had put my car's make and model in. But overall it took about an hour and everyone I interacted with was very friendly.

I was very happy with my recent service of Firestone. They got my car in right away and got my service done. They replaced the oil filter housing for me at no charge because it was stuck. I typically work on my own vehicles, but I have no problem bringing my vehicle to this fire stone location if I don’t have time to do my own services.

I had an unexpected flat tire and knew I had a warranty, so had to get my car to Firestone. The shop was really busy by the time I managed to get my car there. They took care of my tire despite being really busy and had other people waiting for their vehicles as well. I am so appreciative to the wonderful staff and will always choose Firestone

Called in at 145pm on 12/2 looking for 2 tires, spoke to a female and she verified the tires were is stock and the price. I asked can we get this done by 5 today. "sure bring it in at 4 and we will get it taken care of" arrived with the vehicle.(this is logical as 4 tires take an hour so 2 should take 20/30 minutes) On or around 5pm i called and the vehicle was not even started. Now I may be old but when some says "bring it in at 4" that is an appointment. I did not get the vehicle returned till 7pm and not everything I needed was done. The tech who could do anything outside tires left for the day and they failed to call us and let us know. A poor way to run a business firestone has let me down in the past with selling me poor tires that only lasted 5,000 miles but i guess nothing has changed.

Chris the store manager and team was amazing. As my car stopped in the middle of the road I limped my car over to this location knowing I had to wait.Chris surprised me and said we can get this done right now which was unexpected. Pricing was transparent and upfront before he completed the work and they got it fixed and running again within 2 hrs. 10/10 would limp my car here again so Chris and team can give me the best care.

Great Service at this location! I take my car there for all my tire needs, routine maintenance, and oil changes. I had 2 nails in my tires in the same month, and they patched them quickly, with no problem! Martin, and Chris were very helpful. Chris was a great help with the tire patch! Thanks!! ??

Amazing customer service! The Firestone on Colorado Blvd couldn’t fit me in for a last minute call in and they gave me the Mississippi Ave info. Martin the service manager got me in and out for a new headlight on my Mercedes in an hour. Professional, kind, and great workmanship. I would highly recommend.

My jeep had issues with overheating the team fixed the thermostat but 4 months later issues started again. However they put another thermostat in no charge and found a cracked radiator. They explained everything and were understanding of my financial concerns. Thank you to the whole team. Especially the Veterans!

I had just spent two days driving from New Hampshire. The night before 170 miles from my destination I got a flat tire on I 70. I was able to get 4 new tires the next morning at a great price and Chris was very helpful and nice. He took great care of me. I am here in Colorado for the next two &1/2 months taking care of my son with leukemia,so needless to say I was already a little stressed and the care I received helped take some of that stress away. Thank you Chris and team!

Great service - Shout out to Remi O for helping out with coupons and adding on military discount for the military community. I did a full synthetic oil change, tire rotation and wheel alignment. I felt well taken care of and at a good price point for value. With this level of service, I’ll definitely come back again soon.

Worked me in. Diagnosed several things. Remi went over everything completely and prioritized what need to be done immediately and what I could get done at a later time. I feel like I can count on them to provide good affordable and ethical service.

So glad I bought my new tires from here! I got a nail in my tire and got it patched for free with thier guarantee. I dropped in early and they only had 1 mechanic in the shop on to start the day but Martin was working the front and went out of his way to put my spare on for me. I was able to still get my errands done and come back later to get it switched back out. I was so grateful for his kindness! Would highly recommend!

Gil is so amazing!! I went to this Firestone a couple of weeks ago because my Bronco tire went so FLAT that I thought I needed another tire. Gil and crew patched it up, saving me hundreds. So when I do need a new tire, I’ll definitely be back because they treated me like family instead of selling me a tire I didn’t need. Give Gil a raise!!

Each time I go here the staff are on point, and know what they're doing. I purchased a lifetime alignment due to the amount of off-roading I do, and its been well worth the money. Kudos to the staff here for their effective communication when my truck gets done.
