We have taken two of our vehicles to Classic Collision on separate occasions, years apart. In both instances they made unfortunate experiences associated with damaged automobiles much easier for us. They were professional, friendly and successful in repairing our cars. In both cases they completed the work in timely order; kept us informed of progress and returned our cars in what appeared to be near new condition. We highly recommend their business to others that may find themselves in our situation.
Got in a fender bender and used classic collision thru State Farm. They were incredible and hopefully we won’t have to use them again, but if we ever have the misfortune of another accident I would bring my car here no question.
Classic Collisions did a great job fixing my truck after an accident. I mostly worked with Alexis, and she did an awesome job keeping me updated throughout the process and making sure everything stayed on track. The repair work came out great, and they even cleaned the inside so it felt like getting into a new truck when I picked it up. After it was done, I noticed a gasket on my tonneau cover was coming loose, so I swung by and they fixed it really fast with no hassle. I’d definitely recommend them.
I came here as this place was approved by my insurance company and needed a new bumper following an accident.
At the check-in they said this should take no more than two weeks.
For the first two buisness days my car just there without being checked at all.
They then ordered cheaper parts that didn't work for my car to try and save money at the request of the insurance company, this delayed the fix by another week (I would've expected them to know in advance that the parts won't work and not waste this time).
Then they did order the correct parts but due to some mix-up something didn't came and that delayed for another week.
Throughout these 4 weeks, I had to chase them for updates.
Overall, I don't recommend coming here.
Greeted warmly, cordially spoken with, appeared my car was handled with kid gloves, don't before promised, paint matches perfectly. No one would ever know anything happened. After a traffic collision, this is the best thing to happen!
Classic Collision did a great job repairing my vehicle. They kept me updated several times throughout the process and the repair looks great. Paint match and panel gaps are perfect. They were also done with my car a few days earlier than their initial estimate and the car was cleaned inside and out before I picked it up.
I took my car to Classic Collision on 14th in Dallas, on an insurance claim, 0for repairs after an accident. I received my car a week earlier than predicted and the seat belt No Longer works and the air bag light is on, Constantly with a warning popping up telling me to "Check Air bag System. This tells me there was NO INSPECTION!! Now I'm just out here with a HAZARDOUS VEHICLE. Please Fix It Jesus!!
My car was vandalized and broken into recently… classic collision went above and beyond in taking care of me in a timely fashion. Not only taking amazing care of the repairs, but keeping me updated along the entire process. The entire team deserves all the recognition they can get.

Both the manager and the estimator answered all of our questions and spent time with us going through every detail of the repair results.
Bonus points: They helped us remove an oil stain from the car outside of the original scope of work.
Classic collision was wonderful. The staff kept us up to date on what was happening with our car and they finished the job early! Will definitely go back if we ever need more body work done.
Very professional staff and they did really good work. Super convenient because our insurance (Geico) connected us. They finished working on the car faster than expected and communicated updates very well. I wasn't sure at first glance if I should trust them but I'm glad that I did.
Working with Classic Collision was the best experience I've ever had with an auto shop. The staff were friendly and respectful and kept me updated on changes and progress related to the repairs and the insurance claim associated with it. The whole repair process took quite a while, but it was fully due to delays and slow approvals from the insurance carrier the claim was being handled under. Classic was great and took proactive steps to be ready as soon as the approvals came through so that everything could be done as quickly as possible.
In addition, my car was in their lot during a big spring hail storm, and Classic called customers the next day to offer to cover a portion of any damage from the hail, which is really appreciated.
Finally, I had asked them to fix a small issue unrelated to the claim, and I would pay for it separately. After the initial estimate, they told me that the majority of the cost would be for the part that needed to be replaced (almost $600), to swap it out would be super easy and quick. However, when I showed up to pay, they told me they ended up not needing to purchase the new part, so they did the fix and didn't charge me.
I think the biggest hope when looking for an auto body shop for anyone is to find somewhere that is both honest and capable. I found that shop at Classic Collision. Should I need any future repairs (hope not!), I'll definitely be going to them.
My car was with classic collision for 3 months, and during this time it was very stressful. Parts were backordered, coming in wrong, and the time that my vehicle should've been ready---it wasn't. Erica went above and beyond every step of the way making sure that I was informed and keeping me updated. They even got me a rental car paid for by them when the promised time of my car fell through and I gave the rental car I was in back to Avis. I really appreciated this and it took a lot of stress off of me. Erica will do whatever she can to make sure you're connected and in the know through the whole process. I have never brought my car anywhere but Jeep to be fixed but if anything were to happen again, classic collision is first on my list. The work they did was immaculate, and my car looks brand new. Thank you to the whole team at classic collision, truly especially you Erica. Not many people in any industry anymore will go out of their way for customers without seeing a dollar sign. Your work and effort towards helping me has never went unnoticed. Everyone at Classic Collision from Vanessa, to Giselle and the man who did my body work, you're all appreciated.

Massive thank you to the team here at Classic Collision (formerly Colorado Auto Body). The insurance claim for my vehicle repair was processed smoothly and quickly. My car was in the shop a few days after my accident and I had it back within about a week and a half. Big shoutout to Erica, who answered all of my questions with diligence and made sure all of the moving parts to the repair were done in a timely fashion.
Beware. They do a shotty job and are dishonest. I had to take my car back in after they repaired body damage to front. They ripped off the trim peices then attempted to put them back on. The pieces were dangling on because they had broken them when they ripped it off. Then attempted to tell me that the grill was damaged prior to my accident so they didn't fix it... it's crooked now.
They charged me full price for an additional part and upon inspection it was broken in half and then put back together with glue that didn't stick. Now I'm stuck with a broken part that I paid for full price for as "brand new".
I am so happy with the service I received at Colorado Auto Body today. I went in for an estimate after a hard day. Erica was so helpful! They not only were quick to get an estimate, but they made sure it was safe for me to drive home and over the weekend. I have not received this level of customer care in the car industry for a long time.
Updated review: We discovered an issue with a detached door handle a few weeks after the repair and Tom was more than happy to address the issue and repair it at no cost to us. Exceptional quality and completed weeks before original quote. You can definitely trust this company with your collision repair.
Super awesome staff, constantly kept me informed with where they were in the process and were always friendly. I had some pretty good damage to my driver side door as well as a dent in my back passenger side. My car looks great!
Colorado Auto Body is amazing! I had right front panel damage that also tore off my mirror. They were quick getting me an estimate, that I had to send to the company responsible for the damage. Eric and Lynn were extremely helpful thru the entire process, making it super easy, including the rental car. Great to work with. They did an amazing job making my car look new again. They even finished it earlier than what was quoted. To top it all off, they cleaned my car inside and out. This was not part of the quote. This goes to show the quality of service they provide. I would definitely recommend them. Thanks again!!
Everyone here was so helpful and accommodating. They finished working on my car before the estimated time because I needed it earlier than expected. They were very professional and they kept me up to date on the repairs. They also washed, vacuumed, and detailed my car before pick up. I’ve been coming here for over ten years and they have always been great. It’s a small Colorado business I’m willing to support.
I had a front bumper collision. My whole experience with Colorado Auto Body has been fantastic. Not only were they quick, they did a fantastic job. The replacement front bumper look great and the work was quicker than I had expected. The car was clean both inside and out. They worked with my insurance company and helped me a rental car at a discount price. It's great to do business with a company that takes such great pride in their workmanship and service.
This is my second repair at Colorado Auto Body and they continue to do a great job. It takes a while to get in for service because they are that busy, but once you get an appointment set things go very smoothly and they'll take care of everything with the insurance company.
On this repair, someone backed into my brand new car (just 4 months) and busted up the grill and put a dent in my hood. I had an estimate done and it was to take 4 days. Once they got the car apart, they discovered additional extensive damage to the bumper and associated parts. Rather than take the cheap way out and just replace what could be seen, they took the extra time to repair and replace ALL the damage so the car really was restored to full and safe operation. A lot of shops would have done just the cosmetic part and left me with an unsafe car. Not Colorado Auto Body.
It did take an extra week, but the car came back just as good as new and it looked fantastic. You would not have been able to tell there was ever any damage if you didn't know beforehand. The paint job was perfectly matched and the bodywork was perfect. The shop kept in constant contact and kept me informed as the repair progressed.
You can find cheaper and faster shops, but you won't find a higher quality one. Trust in Colorado Auto Body to do the job right! I hope never to need their services ever again, but if I do I will be back.
