I had been all over the place looking for a certain part. so I ended up calling Napa on Hampden and Tower and realize that it was 7 minutes to 6:00 and they close at 6:00. and then that's okay I was just wanting to know if they had the part I could have picked it up Monday. so when I called I don't know who it was but asked if I could hold. he left me on hold for 7 minutes until it started ringing and it just rang and rang so he left me on hold until they closed. that's bs. he could have told me it's too close to 6:00 for me to help you and I would have been okay with that.
Great experience! We were helped by Justin at this store, and he was very knowledgeable and helped us understand the problem with the vehicle and what we had to do and buy. He went way beyond out expectations, and he was just a very nice person.
I was in the NAPA location at Tower and Hampden, looking for specific wiper blades. The 1st employee seemed lost as he couldn't find them in the computer. Lucky for me Chris was overhearing the conversation and jumped right in and found what I needed in back without even looking in the computer. He was knowledgeable and extremely kind. Thanks Chris!!
I was in the store yesterday 1- 13-2025 in the afternoon and was helped by a younger guy that was fantastic. Polite, extreamly helpful and knowledgeable about my car battery.
Carlos Jones is one of the worst people to ever meet. His workmanship and ethics are the lowest I've ever seen. Very condescending and Chris the manager needs to review and fire him. He definitely does not know how to do his job.
These guys lied about a product return saying "Only corporate NAPA stores can return items over $30". I drove to the Parker NAPA, which is not corporately owned and they returned the items in a few minutes.
Gave me some good advice about changing my oil and how often I need to do it since I’m driving a 1995 Mazda 626 with 126,000 miles on here. Had the perfect filter i needed for the job as well.
Worst customer service ever! Jerry oleson is terrible with helping the customers. Will never come back to this store. His condescending attitude will make all customers walk away. When you walk into an auto parts store don't expect everyone to know everything about a car. You are supposed to help find the parts and not make people feel less for not knowing the type of vehicle part we need.
The guy behind the counter was unnecessarily rude and unhelpful. When he asked me what I was looking for, I told him I wanted a power adapter for my trailer. He said he wasn’t sure but when I started walking over to the area he knew exactly what I meant.
Normally, I'd say this store does ok, but recently it's been a disappointment. The store itself is small but it seems they struggle to keep full shelves and tool selections. The other day (Sat), I tried calling 3 times without them answering. I figured something was wrong, so I went by to see if they had what I needed anyway. While I was there though, I observed that multiple employee's at the front desk had no reaction to the phone ringing. Frustrating to say, they didn't have the clamp I needed and it was going to have to come from the warehouse. This was something I needed the same day, and I was surprised they didn't have it in stock.
The shaved head guy was great. He's the best by far!!! Also the lady behind the counter was very helpful and cheerful. Thanks for being the best Havana parts store.
Talked to the manager and he was so helpful and resourceful that it made me realize this NAPA is the only place to buy parts. Thank you Mike for your professionalism and warmth. You are a true professional.
As good or better quality parts than other shops, and helpful friendly staff. Prices are about what you would pay elsewhere too. They usually have whatever I need in the store when I need it.
As usual NAPA has the best quality parts with an extensive inventory and decent prices. What's more is thier employees are knowledgeable and polite enough. I was extremely happy to find a NAPA store so close to me and I will continue to buy thier parts as I have since the late 1980s.

As a long time automotive industry employee, Havana has been a great parts store with great people. Unfortunately living near this location occasionally means in person visits as a "regular customer" and the level of condescension and lack of customer service at this location has been surprising.
Refused to help me changed my windshield wipers that I bought, even tho it wasn't busy and they had three other people working. and then on top of that the lady was extremely rude to me when I asked for a refund an a void receipt.
Ordered parts and first they say they are late and then they just disappear and after a week of waiting they say I need to re order everything and start the process all over again and in the mean time I have no car! Don’t recommend anyone using Napa!!! autozone can at least get the parts you order!
Napa seems like they always have the highest quality parts between all the auto parts stores in the area for roughly the same price. The staff here are very knowledgeable about the parts and tools they sell.
This review is for NAPA as a whole. Not just this location. I would suggest that NO ONE ever purchase anything from these crooks.
I buy a good deal of auto parts from many different brands and I have NEVER BEEN SO TOTALLY RIPPED OFF! I purchased tire chains for the exhorbitant price of 157.00 and was told I could return them as long as they were unopened. I ended up not needing them and tried to return them with my receipt that says nothing about "no returns" only to be told that they would not take them back and to check the bottom of my receipt. When I showed them that there was nothing regarding a no return policy they said basically too bad. I then contacted corporate and they gave me the same song and dance... 157.00 for snow chains everyone else sells for 50 to 75!! Steer clear of these thieves if you like your money.
Summary: Everything seemed a little disorganized, it was difficult to tell if they had what I needed or not.
The good: They seemed to have a lot of products. The worker that helped me was friendly.
The bad: They perhaps had too many products. I needed a deep socket to replace a car part. I tried looking by myself, but their wall of sockets was difficult to navigate and not easy to tell if they had what I needed or not. When I asked for help, it seemed that the worker who assisted me had trouble telling if they had what I needed or not as well. When he couldn't find it, he had no good alternative of how my needs could be met, so I went elsewhere and solved my own problem.
The "Meh": The store overall felt disorganized, in addition to some seriously old school credit card processing equipment & receipts
I'm not sure why or how, but this Napa is always empty (as in no customers). Great, helpful, friendly staff, and I've never left without the part or item I went in there for. Reasonable prices as well, and I've seen them help with little things like windshield wipers that most places won't. Great job guys!
They had what I needed. They took a return without a receipt and helped me to find the correct part, specifically the gentleman who sits at the far right desk. He is knowledgeable and patient. I suspect the others are as well; I just did not work with them.
Better prices than Auto Zone for brake pads and parts. Fast service and all that have helped me have been very informative. I will continue business with Napa
I just came here for a quick thermostat, gasket, and a socket. On a Thursday at 11am. 4+ people working. I ask if I can make sure a socket can fit. I try one and then have to try another but the employee wants to go with me this time. I understand that they don't want anything stolen. After he unsuccessfully helped me, he says "I can't keep coming out here every 5 minutes..." I just left without buying anything and I'll just hope that O'Reilly or Advanced Auto cares a little more. Good customer service Napa. Keep it up!

Stopped in this morning to have my alternator checked by Josh and he deemed it good according to the machine, but when we tested it on my truck it failed and he would not honor the lifetime warranty that I paid for. Put a brand-new battery and it drove it this afternoon and it killed this battery and had to have $180 toe to another Napa corporate up north and they took care of me just by looking at it on the truck and testing it after it failed. to say the least Havana auto-parts is not reputable.
