Jacob was very professional and caution when loading and strapping down my vehicle. I just had my wheels powder coated so he was nice enough to let me put towels in front of the straps so that no scratches would occur.

Shout out to United towing my starter went out on my sleeper, never thought I would see my car on a tow truck but things happen, D showed up on time loaded my car up with care and delivered her with no issues, I would highly recommend United to truck service.

I recently used their towing service. Their driver J was very courteous and professional and prompt. I would highly recommend their towing service.

After my car accident, United Towing was sent by my insurance. Mo arrived within the provided time frame, navigated through the street closures to get to the location without frustration, loaded my car with no troubles and towed it home. Professional, precise and timely, exactly as the service is intended. Mo was the operator and his customer service is exceptional. He worked within the scope of directives given by my insurance. He loaded and unloaded my car with no problems. The service was precisely as it needed to be... and after a car accident that's what a person needs. So thank you United Towing. Had to call insurance for a tow, we were only 1 ½ miles away from work where we were having our truck towed to. When speaking to the insurance company and answering their questions it was expressed and determined that due to having NO oil pressure that the engine of the truck should not be started due to possible engine damage. One of the other questions the insurance asked was How Many People need to be transported with the truck. It was told to them that there were a total of 2 that needed to be transported with the truck… The truck showed up in the time frame that was stated. The driver asked for the keys and asked if the truck could be driven. He was told NO that there is no oil pressure and not to start the truck. We understood that the steering needed to be unlocked so the truck could be pulled up. The driver positioned the flatbed for the truck then jumped into our truck, started the engine and drove the truck up on the flat bed—AFTER HE WAS TOLD NO. After the truck was secure he asked WHO was riding with him. My husband stated that, “we are both” riding with him. He said—no, only one. We told him that our insurance told them that there were 2 for transport—he again said, “NO, she can stay here” My husband said absolutely not. So, our driver—even though he was told that he needed to transport 2 people thought that it was good idea to bring a “friend” with him. I got into the tow truck, had to sit next to the young man that clearly not happy having to remove his dirty bare feet from the dash of the truck and NEEDED to bathe and have to direct the driver where to go as his GPS was taking him to no where near my office. This driver was rude and completely unprofessional My suggestion—DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY-If I could score this with less than one star--- I would *One other item--there are "signs" in the truck stating that everything is being recorded--so, what I am saying is easily verified by the owner.

They arrived before the estimated time and were super quick and kind. I appreciate their help! They were also the least expensive of the nearby places I called.

This towing service was great. I was not able to be with my car when they were going to pick it up. They kept me updated every step of the way. Help me feel safe and know that my car was in good hands. And Oscar was the best!! Highly recommended!!!!

Super friendly! Yes it took a long time but it was at night and my guy was on call. Was willing to drop my car off at any location in Modesto. I had to ride with him and he was very nice and didn’t make me feel dumb when I asked questions.

I stopped for coffee in Modesto and wouldn't ya know, my car died in the Starbucks parking lot. I called several tow places and they were all closed or didn't answer, except United Towing. The man who answered could've made ~$400 off of me because I asked him to tow me from Modesto to Atwater, but he was incredibly honest and said it sounded like my car just needed a jump, which was $75. He even suggested I use my jumper cables and ask someone in the parking lot to jump my car, so I wouldn't have to pay him to come out, but I didn't have jumper cables and there weren't many cars around. United Towing had someone there 7 minutes after I called, and the gentleman they sent was super nice. He explained what was wrong with the battery (corroded terminals) and cleaned the terminals off. Thank you, United Towing! You guys are awesome!

Oscar picked up my smashed car and helped my wife out. He was very friendly and professional. I chatted with the owner while doing paperwork. No complaints here! Good guys!

I would not recommend this business at all. My warranty insurance provider called them for the tow and informed me the eta was 90-120. It actually took a little over the two hours. The tow truck driver was friendly but he took the car to the wrong address. The driver had my number and didn’t call me to let me know that he was having trouble finding the shop. He text me after he dropped the car at his employers lot and told me shop denied having an appointment with me. Well, of course they denied it, it was the wrong shop. The correct shop was near by, around the corner street. So, the next day I had to get my my warranty insurance provider to call them again to tow it to correct shop. These guys tried to claim they received the wrong address but I saw the order and it had the right address. Now these guys will probably threaten me with their lawyer as they have to previous customers, as you can see in previous reviews. Well, I have records of all the calls (with times) and I have the text messages between me and the driver and their dispatcher.

We needed a tow and a ride to America's tire our insurance said they'd be here in 90 minutes we live in Turlock the driver Ryan called shortly after and said he was 5 minutes away. He towed our vehicle and let us ride in his truck friendly and professional thank you for your exceptional service

They suck at communicating! Worst service ever!!! The truck driver was great, but the people handling the phone calls sucked and gave me false timeframes. I had my pick up time set through geico for 3pm, called the company when the tow truck did not arrive, they said it would arrive between 3:30-3:40 Instead. I waited and called again, the woman on the phone said it would be another 8 mins, did not arrive!!! I called again, a male picked up this time and said he would have his driver call me to give me an ETA, he never did. At this point, I left around 4:20 to get my rental because I did not want to continue waiting for false hope. On my drive there, I receive a text saying that the tow truck will not arrive around until 6:24!! So during the time when I’m getting my rental, it is 4:58ish, the tow truck driver finally calls and says he is there. I ask him to wait 20 minutes as I finish up with my rental process and drive back! He says he needs to check in with the company, the company calls me and that same male gives me so much attitude, finally coming to agreement with me after I tell them that they had me waiting for 2 hours and explained how I received that new ETA text. His response was “I don’t know why it did that but we are only waiting 20 mins and that’s it” despite the fact that they had me waiting. Terrible. IGNORANT!

My car broken down in Modesto on highway 99 they were the only company who came fast and helped me out. Thank you so much for the tow truck and the driver was so friendly thank you. I will definitely tell all my friends and family about united towing.

My emergency roadside service assigned them to come pick up my vehicle that was broke down on the side of the road they gave me an eta of one hour they called and about 45 minutes into the hour of waiting and said that they were running behind and said it would be about two more hours so the new eta was 9:30 pm so I was understanding and I was like that’s fine no big deal but I get another call from them at 8:45 pm and they said that it would be about another hour to an hour and a half so that would put the eta to anywhere from 10:30pm to 11:00 pm so they told me that they could cancel the request for roadside assistance so I had to call my roadside assistance provider and file a complaint against them and to get my call transferred to another tow company. The new company showed up within 15 of the call and got my car to its destination in a timely manner

I got a flat tire and Ryan came to save the day! Communication was great and he arrived sooner than the ETA. I couldn’t have asked for a better tow, my car was secure and arrived to my home safely.

They had the best price and eta to get to me. United towing helped me when my car broke down on highway 99 in Modesto. They came to the rescue. The driver was friendly and the truck was clean surprisingly. Thank you again United towing.

I got a flat tire in Modesto and i didn't have a spare. Luckily Jay was able to tow my car. He arrived extremely fast and was incredibly friendly. One of the best towing experiences I've had hands down

I called United Towing when I locked my keys in my car. Jay arrived very quickly - 18 minutes - and just a couple minutes later opened my car door. He was polite, professional and friendly. United towing provided excellent service and I will call them should I need roadside assistance.

i called my insurance i need a tow and they told me someone is gonna be there like 1 hour but i waited for 4 hours, so i called United Towing to tow my Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution 9, the dispatcher told me someone is gonna is there like 35-40 mins. The driver (JAY) he called me for a update he was on the way told me he was 15 mins he well be there, but he came in 10 mins wooow i was very surprise he was on time even the dispatcher said 35-40mins. And my Evo is lowed he was very good and he take care my evo very well, without scrapes or getting stuck on the on bed, i well use United towing again and I recommend the driver (JAY) for lower vehicles to tow
