I went to Empire Auto sale to purchase my first car. It honestly was one of the best choice! Ed was so professional/caring/ beyond respectful and nice. He talked me through the whole process where I can understand everything. He goes out of his way to make sure people that have bad credit etc get their car. The other associate Daz is such a character. We pulled up and he greeted us with such positive Energy and he will definitely have you laughing and feeling comfortable while you’re on the lot. He was so beyond excited for me to be able to purchase a vehicle. Like I had my own cheer team lol this place might not have the car you want at the time but they have the best professional employees that truly care about you purchasing a vehicle. Been looking for a GT for about 3 years and these guys had a good price. So I pulled into the place with my v6 mustang looking to get into a GT. Soon as I pulled in, I met with Dasz. Dude is chill and his personality's awesome. Let him know I was looking to check out the GT, he got it set and ready pretty quick. Been a long time since I drove a manual again but muscle memory kicked in and it felt like a dream come true, though Modesto traffic definitely made that a challenge😂. Once the test drive was done, we got into the finance phase, met up with Ed, awesome and chill dude, me and my gf had a blast talking to him. Me and him got started on the paperwork, he worked with my credit and got me a seriously good deal. I'm already hitting up my friends and letting them know if they need a car for a good price, Empire's a seriously good place to check out. Ed and Dasz, it was cool meeting you guys. We recently purchased our FIRST family car and we LOVE IT! I’m honestly thankful we had a great person like Ed to be the one to help us. Can not express how satisfied I am with Ed and Dasz. They got me in and out quick and easy. From the test drive to signing the paperwork. They gave me the final price under market value even after taxes. They even filled the tank for me so that I can make it back to home. Recently bought a truck from these guys. I was a little nervous because they were located almost 7 hours from where I live, but they were super helpful over the phone and I had a good feeling about them, so I made the long haul down there.
Very glad I did. Ed gave me a really fair price, and since I was worried about making the long drive home on the existing tires, he had their guy take it to get brand new tires for me while we were doing the paperwork.
I actually made a mistake in the paperwork on my end, but when I called them to help me remedy it, Ed was super accommodating, and spent hours redoing the paperwork for me even after the sale was already done. Never experienced that level of help after buying a used vehicle before, and it saved me a ton of stress and headache.

I just purchased a used vehicle from Empire and my overall experience was EXCELLENT! From the moment I called to signing the final paperwork I never felt pressured nor pushed into buying anything. They have awesome prices, very fair and even had the car I was looking at, sitting in the shade, totally detailed just waiting for me. I was greeted by a super nice and professional young man named Dasz. He was so friendly and professional and gave my boyfriend and I ice cold waters (it was a very hot day) and let us take the car for a test drive, just by ourselves. I got a very fair price and they were so kind and professional. Emilio who went through the paperwork with me was patient, friendly and answered all of my questions so professionally. He even brought up an issue that we hadn't even noticed and he said they will fix it immediately, which they did! Ed was the manager who we met last, he was again, very friendly, not pushy at all and was very professional and laid back. I was so pleased I even brought in my old car & had them do a full detail on it! Their work is excellent!!
