Dean and his staff are always honest and definitely trustworthy, this is why they stay busy often booked out a week or two and do t need to over charge people or charge you for things you don’t need. Definitely worth it.
Absolutely blown away by the honest and reliable work that Dean and his team do each time. I’ve been screwed over by mechanics before and Dean is far from one of those guys. This shop is the only place I recommend and the only place I go to.
I am extremely happy with the professionalism that Dean provides. I highly recommend his services. I’m temporarily working in the area 12 hours a day six days a week and he was kind enough to Remain at his shop until I could make it there. I wish I could have given him 10 stars. A+A+A+.

So I haven't used this gentleman to do any work but I called him this morning because I was concerned about the heating on my Duramax truck. He spent 15+ minutes talking me out of bringing my truck because what it was doing was just normal. I have to say this kind of customer service is lost in today's world. I don't think I've ever rated a business before but certainly not a business I never went to. I would have to think if he's doing this much work just to make me feel confident that my vehicle is OK when I didn't pay him a dime, he would be an amazing person to work on any vehicle. Sir if you're reading this I apologize that I didn't get your name but again you were a breath of fresh air and thank you very much.
Dean has been our service mechanic for all our 4 cars since 2003. He's always been so kind and does the job well! We trust him very much and treat him not only as a friend, but a family! towed to Dean's in March 2022. I received
Professional Competent Service at a very
fair price (fuel pump replacement). The engine
compartment fluid levels were topped off and
nitrogen tire pressures brought up to spec. at no
extra cost.
Dean is very friendly and knowledgeable. Found my problem and did repair very quickly. Good price for the work done. Will definitely go back for other automotive care!
Dean is amazing and does a great job at fair prices. If he doesn't do something, he can refer you to a reliable person who can. But there isn't much he doesn't do.He is definitely our go to car guy.He checked out our sqeeky brakes and said they still had life in them and no need to change them yet, but cleaned them up and stopped the grinding. He also rotated the tires,no charge!
Dean is as capable as he is friendly. Straightforward and honest, he will tell you if he can or won't fix what's broke. Lots of experience and a very clean well equipped shop. Can't imagine using someone else in the area
After our Infiniti FX35 was written off by our Insurance company I tried to register our car online and it was refused - I needed to get a "salvage" title before I could register - and you need to go to a state approved inspection place to get it. Dean's is state approved and he somehow managed to get me in that same afternoon and do the inspection. It took less time than he said it would and he let me stay in his heated office (no waiting room) while he worked on the inspection. Did an excellent job and even replaced 2 lights at no extra charge. Just before I left I showed Dean a picture of a red light that would blink in my Porsche some times and he looked it up (I had tried on Google but his connections are better) and he told me it was a low water sensor and to put some water in the Porsche. Bingo - that was it. Thanks Dean
Dean is just simply fantastic. I took a recently purchased 2013 Subaru with a salvage title and brought the vehicle to him for a break and lamp inspection. I found him because of Yelp! Although my car did not initially pass due to rear breaks, he gave me options to do the break work elsewhere and bring it back for re inspection. His price was very reasonable, so he did the break job that day and I had my certificate!
He was so personable and honest I decided to bring the car back for a service and an inspection on the air bag light that kept coming on. I purchased this vehicle for my daughter and I know that Dean understood I wanted to make sure it was safe and ready for her to drive. I made an appointment for a few days later and brought it for a full service and diagnosis. Not only did he perform the service, during his diagnosis he adjusted the new door we had installed by a family friend that was loose. He went the extra mile for me and I will always be appreciative for that. I wish he worked on BMWs because if he did, he would be MY mechanic for sure. I will bring all of my other vehicles to him in the future. If you want excellent work, service, and a very honest place.. THIS IS IT!!!
Dean is a honest mechanic that knows his stuff. He's fair and does good work. Only draw back is he can get booked up at times. Also, only place I trust in the area to do brake and lamp inspections

Dean has been my regular mechanic for 8 years now. He keeps you in the loop with how much any project will cost and wants to get you the best deal he can give you. He is genuinely concerned with getting to the root of the problem to get your car into top shape. Whatever the problem is with one of my cars, I get very good advice from Dean. He knows the used car market and can advise on how much money to spend before you dig yourself into a money pit. There have been quite a few times where he's saved me money - whether by keeping me from buying a junker, or on parts or on labor. On his large projects, he will offer a 90 day labor warranty - he does the job right the first time, every time.
