I took my Dodge ram Eco dieseltruck here for a second opinion, after the dealer quoted me $14,000. North Bay was able to Repair My truck and a couple of days for under $1000 and ran all the possible system test to make sure my truck was safe and able to be on the road for a long time. Having just started my own business nine months ago I depend on my truck truck, I am so impressed with this company and their honesty and their Dedication. I can honestly say I will never go anywhere else.

Brought my sprinter van here. The staff is great, they were knowledgeable and helpful. They replaced a fuel injector and gave me good advice how to take care of my vehicle.

My overall experience with North Bay Truck Center was that of professional and personal. From the time I introduced myself and the circumstances that I was trying to tackle, the staff here not only explained a course of action for my repair, but also provided me with online information to help futher my understanding. Exceptional service! I had an issue with my truck and the tow truck driver worked very hard by hooking up to my tractor and trailer. After towing the tractor trailer to the shop he was kind enough to drop me off at the hotel not far away. Excellent service once again! Highly recommendable

I was so comfortable in their waiting lounge that I wanted to stay a bit longer finish the free coffee but they told me my truck was done. Fast and didn’t cost as much as I thought. Thank you, glad to have you nearby and have road service too. The tv wasn’t working though lol

I'm giving them a 2 star only because they have good customer service. They are very over priced, wanted to charge me $1800 for 2 new tires, over 3k for a break job. Needles to say,I didn't not have them do the work. They were supposed to check my RV bumper to bumper,but did not check the radiator or filters

I brought my travel trailer in to inspect and adjust the brakes. I met Jim and Joe. Great guys. The work was completed on time. Joe took the time to explain how the brakes work and what they would be looking for. I feel very confident with work they did.

As a small business owner and mechanic, I believe in supporting local shops and treating everyone with professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, that’s not what I experienced here. I visited this dealership hoping to find a part I needed for a customer’s truck. Instead of being welcomed or even treated neutrally, I was accused—without any evidence—of “stealing their clients” simply because I run an independent shop. They refused to sell me the parts and had us escorted out. I wasn’t advertising, soliciting, or doing anything inappropriate—just trying to make a purchase like any other customer. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional but also incredibly disappointing. It’s unfortunate when businesses feel threatened instead of choosing to work together to serve the community. There’s a big difference between healthy competition and hostility. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values fairness, respect, or decent customer service. There are plenty of other parts suppliers who treat their customers—regardless of profession—with basic courtesy.

I had a very frustrating experience with North Bay Truck Center. After poor communication and a lack of transparency, they tried to slap me with a surprise bill of over $2,000—without any prior authorization or approval. The customer service was awful, and communication was nearly nonexistent. I had to chase them down for updates, and even then, I rarely got a clear answer. The staff didn’t seem to care about keeping me informed or treating me with any sense of professionalism. If you’re looking for a trustworthy truck center, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. There are better shops that respect their customers and actually communicate before doing expensive work.

This is the third time we took our RV to North Bay Truck Center for an oil change. They did a great job and they washed out RV, which made it look great. Their prices are reasonable. Will go there again.

Our transmission went out on Travis AFB. We called North Bay and they sent a service man to access our problem. He determined our transmission was most likely shot and hooked us up with another tow company as their big rig tow trucks were all engaged. They gave us a ride to a hotel and the next day we had our estimate. Their mechanic did a fantastic job and they had our truck up and running in a week. We had an ABS/traction control light that had been on for years Volvo could not figure it out. They did! Very nice people we sure would use them again! Thank you Juan at North Bay Truck Center!!!

I had a fantastic experience with Juan at North Bay Trucking! He recently replaced some bolts and all ten lug nuts on my school bus, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Juan was incredibly efficient, clearly very knowledgeable, and took the time to ensure everything was done correctly and safely. He was also very friendly and professional throughout the entire process. It's a huge relief to know my bus is in such good hands. I highly recommend Juan and North Bay Trucking for their excellent work and reliable service!

Hi my name is Gotcha. I am from Florida original from eastern European Georgia. I am truck driver 25 year.I had broke down. My truck transmission was broken I called N. Bay Truck Center they send towing truck who’s towed me to in North Beach truck center shop next day we put in my truck in the shop when I went in the shop in my 25 year experience I never saw the shop clean like this these guys very very professional guys from mechanic to manager. They know what they are doing all. mechanics have their own toolbox All is very professional and they know what they’re doing. These guys is very friendly guy. They have very nice own part store. In three business days, they fixed my truck They get new transmission very cheap price. Without the transmission, I did lot of job on my truck. Price for fix my truck was a little bit expensive But I’m very happy with that because they did very professional job. Once more I never saw a truck shop like this even in Any truck dealership. I’m recommending guys if your truck will broke down This area Go to N. Bay Truck Center. I was In N. My Cp4 failed in my 2019 Fotd F-450 & my truck was dead in the water. Jim & his guys installed the CP4 conversion kit, dropped & cleaned out my fuel tank, etc... Jim even gave me some tips about additive for my fuel to help the system. If you have had a CP4 fail in your truck, then you know it's not cheap. These guys beat everyone else's quote by a longshot. They have definitely earned my business.

NorthBay Truck Is The Greatest! The drivers at Willscot Modular bldgs have been bringing there trucks here for years. Emergencies or routine service Jim and Crew get you in and get it done! They somehow squeeze you in even if there seems to be 50 trucks in there! Today Jim actually moved a truck out of the washbay so we could get mine in for a quick pressure wash on the hydraulic unit to look for a leak! They are open Saturdays because we know the first 40hrs are sometimes not enough.They have a Great Drivers lounge Complete with coffee tea water and of course a Popcorn machine! They also bring in Donuts for those of us who eat them and fresh fruit for those who say they don’t eat donuts! Although they were extremely busy, the staff assured that my Motorhome was professionally repaired within my timeframe. They were pleasant and very knowledgeable. Thanks especially to Juan and Gloria for their personal assistance! Highly recommended!

I have a small growing business so I took a truck in for CARB testing, they were fast and professional, and pricing was fair for market. The value for me was that their service manager was able to give me knowledgable advice and tips on future truck purchases to help steer me in the right direction as I navigate a transport heavy industry. I am buying another truck this week that I plan on using NBTC for whatever comes up!

I love this garage because the welcome is good and the mechanics are respectful of the vehicles. Personally, I have a 450 Ford and Ford dealers are not good at taking care of it. I recommend this garage 100%.

Update: March 2025 - Just had my air suspension bags replaced on my class A and AGAIN I had great experience with NBTC (who is now my primary place to have my class A motor-home serviced and maintained). Always friendly and focused attention to service. Plus at today's prices they have saved me a significant amount of money with quality dialogue when discussing service items to be addressed. John the service manager as well as Jim Buell the GM are excellent in service and customer care. Finally found a business I feel very comfortable doing business with! I do recommend this service center to other RV'ers. My 2005 Cat C7 Fleetwood Expedition Motorhome (91k miles) experienced low power, intermittent check engine light and worn bushings on the sway bar. Jim Buell the GM was able to get it in right away and within a few days they determined a cracked turbocharger, with failed wastegate rod. It was in the shop from July 27 - September 3, 2021. I received good communications & updates (I did have to ask a couple times for updates, but Jim got right on that). It took quite a while to troubleshoot & repair failed components but overall, I am very happy with the service and cost of the repairs. When picking up the coach it was clean and ready to go. Jim had explained the work completed in detail. Overall received a good experience. Again, I recommend this service center to other RV'ers.

Needed 6"oval taillights for a refrigerator truck, not only did they have a selection of different ones but also had adapter pigtails to match my older truck wiring to the new LED lights! making my install super easy.

We brought our motorhome here after it started making noises. We were an hour away but this place came recommended from the mechanic at a Love’s Truck stop and when we called Monday 12/23, Juan said they’d be able to get it started but we’d have to wait for Thursday before they could do anything about the parts because of the holiday which was understandable. He was very helpful at first and let us park up the street and warned us of bums and cops maybe being called out because of the residents there. He told us to bring it first thing in the morning Thursday so they can work on it so I booked a hotel since Im pregnant, we had our two kids with us and we’re 3 hrs from home. Come Thursday, we take it at 730am and they close at 530pm. We’re told we will get an update soon but it took for me to call at 2pm for Gabby to tell me there’s no notes written meaning they hadn’t looked at it yet. She calls me back 40 minutes later with what the mechanic said and we approve the belts to get changed because he said that was probably the sound we were hearing. She then tells us the mechanic went home early though so nothing would get worked on. This was at 247pm. So Juan tells us Thursday they can get the work done but now that it’s actually Thursday and apparently that wasn’t true forcing me to pay for another night at the hotel. It’s Friday now and I call at 830am for an update with Gloria and then someone else (i think the mechanic) called me back 3 hrs later stating it was ready to go. They come to pick up my husband and when he gets there, he asks for our old belts because we had told them initially when we dropped off the RV that we wanted to keep our old parts. They said they didn't have them and they were gone already. But the work just got done so how is that true? Plus when requested, its supposed to be given back. Apparently they didn't make note of that so they were of no help with that either. My husband just drove the RV back and it’s still making the noise. $250/hr and we got charged $740. So we’re basically still stranded 3hrs from home because it’s still making that noise. We went in to fix the noise and noise wasnt fixed. Just overall shady here. It seemed good when we first met Juan but maybe they had a bad Christmas because everyone was grouchy the day after. No one is on the same page and dont ever trust theyre going to do what they promised. Random update: they also left the compartment open from what they were working on and were missing the screws. It should have been put back together by them. They were also argumentative with my husband so that’s always fun but this is why theres the BBB.

Juan arellano very patient very nice guy went thru process to fix door he helped out a lot. Liked the service here I really recommend this place.

North Bay Truck Center did an efficient and excellent job in installing/replacing the hardware/kit to my delivery-truck's custom back roll-up door. Everyone that I dealt with there was helpful, courteous and aimed to solve my truck's repair. They even fully washed and detailed the truck and cleaned inside the cab as well; an extra bonus that I was not even expecting. I definitely recommend North Bay Truck Center as a keen top-notch repair shop!

I have a 2011 Chevy diesel 4500 passenger bus converted to motor home. They were able to squeeze me in and take care of some engine issues, windshield wipers, new tires and more. They looked over my new home and gave me the peace of mind to drive it all over the country. I've had my bus in at least 3 times in between my travels. They are always super quick, very respectful and easy to work with. I recommend them to everyone traveling through California.
