They hit my car, when I told them that u guys hit my car, they started helping each others to lie, I have a camera at my house, I checked it after coming back and there was nothing on my car, I live 1 minute away from the place... So yeah.

They have done some good work for me, and didn't try to price gouge me. They do moderate work, no drivetrain stuff or anything. But they have done an alternator, fuel pump, and radiator fan for me. And when we encountered something they didnt have the ability to do at their shop, they provided me woth a few recommendations of shops in the area
I went to get my 1980 GP smogged and the Smog Tech Thomas Ferguson was really knowledgeable, , polite and helpful, so was the rest of the staff, I had taken it to 3 different shops and no one could keep it on the dyno, but Thomas knew what he was doing and got the vehicle done!!! Thank you to the crew at TUNE-UP MASTER & SMOG!!! This is my new place for all vehicle repairs and essentials!!!
Hands down the best automotive shop in spring valley ! Tommy is literally a life saver and the best at what he does. He’s very knowledgeable and makes realistic recommendations based on your financial situation but at the same time letting you know upfront what work needs to be done while still providing good reasonable prices. They get you in and get you out in a timely manner and all the work being done is more than efficient. They go the extra mile to provide amazing customer service and build good rapport with their customers which makes you want to come back, everyone is very attentive and helpful 10/10 definitely recommend ! 🫶🏾
They let me know ahead of time there was problem with light and help me fix it. This is the place to go for dmv brake and light. Only 30 minutes and finish
I stopped by with a stuck seat belt. The gentleman there went right away to my car. Checked it out. Got a couple of tools and fixed the problem, quite efficient. Polite, quick I was quite pleased.
Tom and Sam did a great job in helping me out, they are honest workers and will do everything they can to help out the customer’s experience go by smoothly. I recently went in for my breaks and lights and smog check and I ran into some issue but with their suggestions and help I was able to easily fix those issues and pass both inspections!
Paid for an oil leak repair they promised was going to fix the issue couple months ago but vehicle still leaking oil. They looked at it again but wanted more money to fix the oil leak issue even tho I paid already to fix it. Never coming here again no guarantee on work done. Should’ve asked for a refund.
I got my breaks done there. They were very friendly, and gave me a fair price. They went above and beyond to make sure my car was in good shape. I had a great experience there. The workers care about doing good work. I will be back here when I need something done on my car. Great place!
Came in for a battery replacement, they were able to refer me to the best place to buy a new one, once I took it over they had my car ready to go in 20 mins. They even stayed 10 mins after closing to make sure I got my car today! Great service and I will definitely be using them again.
Don’t go to these guys, they’re dishonest. They charged me for coils for my car Thad I didn’t need. I also paid for them to smog my car and they said it kept failing. I took it to someone else to get smogged and it passed immediately. They just want to keep telling you you need something when you don’t
This is now the ONLY place I got to for auto maintenance and repairs. Honest, won't upsell, good quality work WITH WARRANTY on most work. Sam Is a great guy and he hires good people. My radiator was leaking recently. Pulled up at opening time on a Monday; they had it ready around 2PM the same day. All for under $400. Another shop wanted almost $1200 for the same service and the first appointment was almost 2 weeks away. Sam is THE MAN.
Cheaper than my usual Oil Change!!!!! And Much Faster also. About 20 minutes start to finish! They also checked tire pressure and added air. The gentleman were very kind and offered details to each of my questions/concerns! I will be returning!!
Sam and crew did a great job diagnosing my check engine light, repairing the issue, and oil change too.. It passed smog and no more check engine light... yayyyy !!! Even topped off fluids and tire pressure check... outstanding service !!!!!

I've been taking my vehicles to Sam's for over 15 years and won't take them to anyone else.
A lot of shops will cut corners, do shoddy (and often unnecessary) work at outrageous rates assuring you'll be back in a week with the same problem. Not Sam's. The freindly staff is honest and knowledgeable. I have always been provided an accurate estimate along with a detailed description of the work to be done. They do the job right the first time at a reasonable price and they stand behind their work. Sam's is the unicorn of auto shops putting safety, integrity, and customer satisfaction above profit. I wouldn't take my ride to any other shop!
