Went to the one on Waring road in San Diego and an employee in there by the name of Philip was totally helpful completely awesome attitude and knew what to ask and what to look for found everything we needed.
Good place to go for when ever I need anything other then the new girl working there who is very disrespectful to me everytime I go in there not trying to help me then saying disrespectful words about me so I can hear from a distance other then that the rest of the staff are very helpful and respectful!!
The customer service is mostly times poor at best. I’ve come in there at least ten times the last three years and have only been greeted maybe twice. Clearly there is a culture there that will encourage me to give my money to auto zone!
This one store on Campo Rd is the only one I can honestly recommend: the one on Broadway in Chula Vista is the worst, the one on Federal in Lemon Grove just average. I guess it depends on the person at the desk; I went to the one on National Ave and the guy was so useless I should've reported him to management but I'm not sure it would be of any use.
Alejandro was amazing! I was trying to find OEM spark plugs for my car and he was knowledgeable enough to assist me and alongside do so in a timely manner. Best O’reilly in San Diego.
Courtesy is great. There was a waiting line. It moved pretty fast. I returned a part for warranty. There were no problems exchanging the bad part for a new one. fast service.
This place is a joke now. Called to see if they have a part in stock the guy answers says oriellys and then asks if I speak Spanish. I said no and he just sticks me on hold and never came back until the line hung up on me afte like 10mins
Needed a replacement battery for my stepper. The rep took my old small battery and researched in his database to find out which one was comparable. Great service!
What happened? Called for a part and they stated “Yes” we have it here. My response is cool! I’ll be there to pick it up soon. I arrived few hours later to wait in a long line wich i didn’t mind it’s how it goes. 15 minutes later I arrived at the counter after waiting to be told uh! Yeah we don’t have that here it’s in L.A we can order it for you? End of story. I walked out found the part at advance auto whom is going out of business. I will miss them.
If you need anything these guys got it cheaper than most stores . If they don’t have it they will get it in normally the next day. Most professional mechanics shop here . They will help you out
Terrible customer service I asked for help with replacing my headlight and it's not hard to do it. It's on the inside. Nothing needs to be removed and GILLY refused to come outside or even help me and he basically told me to beat it and that he's not responsible for helping the customer. I will never go back to that location
The worst customer service ever! They don't answer the phone. I even drove there and called from inside of the store and I saw three guys there that heard the phone and NEVER picked it up. So I waited for a Total of 15 minutes and they never helped me. When I was leaving I saw an older gentleman barely coming to the counter to help the other customer that was there prior to me. I will Never waste my time coming here again.
One of the best auto parts locations in San Diego. The staff is very helpful and very knowledgeable. Gilly is a car ninja and knows a lot about cars. Definitely a big asset to this location. Thanks for your help Gilly, see you soon.
We have a new RV and had to add DEF for the first time. The customer service was excellent- he guided us in what to buy and even put it in for us since we weren’t sure what to do. We will always come here when we are in town!
10 out of 10. This store trains it's employees well. Service with a smile, promptness and knowledgeable staff. Plus they honor Veterans with a discount. Keep up the good work.

Bought a battery for my Ford five hundred. A little high then i thought it would be. $170.00 bucks. But they were the only one that had it. Its all good.
Needed a battery for the car, they ordered it and I picked it up the same day. Was very impressed with the courtesy of the staff and the layout of the store. Will definitely be purchasing from here again.
Great store, friendly and helpful staff. usually has everything I need as far as automotive needs. They are my go-to for Mechanix gloves and they usually carry the styles that I want/need. Pretty much your standard auto parts store, not much else negative except for limited parking due to them being next door to a auto repair shop. Other then that definitely recommend them.
This is my go to place for auto parts. The employees have always been super helpful, very friendly, and have gotten me out of some troublesome situations while working on my car. Even though I'm still learning and have to make 5 trips to this place anytime I work on my car, it's always hassle free and no pressure to buy excess stuff you don't need (unlike their competitor down the street 🙄).
I will always be an O'Reilly person when it comes to working on my car.

Chris, Dassarae and Erwin are very professional caring beings ! I had a 2 day emergency and they was there for me 100% until we figured out the problems that we needed too solve, they were definitely a blessing too us
Terrible customer service. Employees know nothing about cars or auto parts. Staff woefully undertrained on policy and procedures. Took over twenty minutes to find an item that was ordered online. It would have been faster to go to Autozone. I will never shop an O'Reilly's again.
Honestly blows autozone out of the water. The only issue is the store doesn't feel as new as autozone does however the knowledgeable and helpful staff more than make up for that. Generally have everything I need in stock and if I ask for something I never hear "oh I don't know" like I did at autozone. The kicker is when I was ordering in a transfer case they had a 3 year warranty and autozone had a 1 year and oreillys was only 20 bucks more and they offered to price match. I declined because the better warranty to me is worth the 20 bucks.
Quality service and knowledge, but when they only hire knowledgeable people you have a shortage of personnel. When there are more than 4 customers in this store the wait can take a while. It's not an in and out shop, like other auto parts stores.
