My truck broke down 270 miles from home (Southern California). Both dispatch and the technician (Zack) who drove the 270 miles to retrieve my truck were absolute pros. The dispatch person was very communicative with the driver’s status and ETA. Zach arrived as promised a little before the time they had given me which was a blessing. He was polite, professional and quick to get the truck loaded and headed back to Los Angeles. Overall, I am incredibly impressed with Allied’s level of professionalism. Highly recommend!

We had gone up to nearby Lake Gregory in Crestline for a few hours to enjoy the mountains and lake with our golden doodle. We had an issue where our front right tire area had a loud pop when turning and wheel had shimmy and whine to it. Pulled into a Starbucks as quickly as possible and the whole tire came off with all the bolts being sheared off. Thankfully we were safe down the hill. Gustavo was our Allied Towing driver and he did an amazing job. We worked together for over 45-minutes with the help of his larger car jack to get my “3-wheeled” car up onto the tow truck, then dropped to our local mechanics after hours on the weekend. Great job and thanks to the Allied Towing team!

Allied towing saved the day! AAA was glitching because they first sent a tow truck that could only hold two people and I told AAA that there were three of us including a car seat. I got a call from Elaine at Allied saying her driver would be there in 30 minutes. Zach got there even earlier and he was professional and super pleasant. It was so hot outside and inside the tow truck he had the AC blasting, thank goodness. It was super roomy and comfortable in the cab. Zach towed us all the way back home next to LAX and was super friendly the whole time. Allied, Elaine, and Zach made a horrible situation pleasant and my family and I are incredibly grateful. I couldn’t recommend them higher.

Last night my car overheated on the 210 W heading back to L.A. I was uneasy about the tow as any high performance car owner would be due to the vehicle's low ground clearance. Allied was dispatched from AAA. The dispatcher was extremely professional, knew the location, and said his driver would be over in approximately 30 mins. Earlier than 30 mins, Zack showed up. Hot out the gate he said, "I got you. I've towed these cars before." He knew the deal right away-low ground clearance car, attach to the tow hook to the front, and hoist easy and steady onto the flat bed. Zack had the car on the bed in 5-7 mins. We got loaded. While in the cab w/ him he shared his background and how he got into towing. There's passion here about what he does. In all of my years I've never met a more enthusiastic and knowledgeable tower than Zack. Allied definitely got this hire correct. Zack is an asset to your organization. Should trouble ever arise again in the area then I'll be sure to request Allied Heavy Duty Towing. 5-stars!

The driver that assisted my daughter when she broke down from Las Vegas to California was professional and courteous. We appreciate that he also communicated the ETA after she had already been waiting over 3 hrs for a different tow company that was extremely busy and not able to assist. Hands down to the driver and his excellent service. Water pump failure - coolant leaked completely from a failed part.

After being told by three other tow companies that they could not do it and waiting 3 days. once I was put in touch with Allied they said they can make it work they had to get a mobile mechanic there also but they actually got me to the repair shop I can't say enough great things about them the driver was phenomenal.

I had some front suspension problems while off-roading in Dry Lake, so I called AAA, and they sent a company to help. The driver, Edwin, did a fantastic job! He carefully loaded my G-Wagon onto the tow truck and allowed my wife and me to sit in the front with him. During the over one-hour drive, there was no loud music play or picking up phone calls. Driver did great, I usually have issues with my truck not fitting regular flatbeds. I walked outside the tow truck driver smiled like I got this lol. I said to my husband are we good he said yes. We previously owned flatbeds so we recognize good tow truck drivers and this guy was great. He saw our truck and knew off the bat he was not going to have issues towing it. My husband watched and talked to him while loading it, he was very polite knew what he was doing. My husband and I were happy with the service. I have a 2003 FORD EXCURSION wide Ashanti offroad rims which pop the tire out a bit. We did not have issues and sent the driver off with our truck trusting him and he delivered within good time and truck was dropped off safely to our mechanic. Thank you guys for thinking of big vehicles lol.

I called around for tow truck services and everyone wanted and an arm and a leg on top of my repairs, I called allied and spoke to Elaine and she walked me thru everything and gave me a really good deal.
