VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS. I BOUGHT A PART FROM NATALIA, AND SHE REPLIES ONCE A DAY ONLY AND I GOT SO LATE IN COMPLETING THE ORDER, SO I CANCELED IT. NOW I ASKED HER FOR A REFUND, SO SHE IS NOT EVEN REPLYING.
the biggest fraud. I bought a full assembly bumper from them for $850 and even paid $250 for the shipping, it weas supposed to be 2 days shipping it took them a week to get it. when I opened it, it was not the complete bumper, but it was missing the upper grilles. when I called them, they said they can sell me the grilles and would only charge me a $1 for the shipping as if they are doing me a favor. when I talked to the supervisor, he said he will let me know. the biggest mistake is to deal with them.

He is dedicated, trustworthy, customer oriented and just an overall good human. He helped me color match, model match and size match with ease. He was hours away from me yet had the door shipped overnight to a location near me. He has connections all over the state to auto body parts and goes above and beyond to find the part you need.
We do not typically install used parts but sometimes there is no other options. These guys are legit we have got parts from them over the years and they are supper helpful. I needed a rear axle today and they immediately located one and hooked me up with a phone number with in 15 minutes of dialing their number I have what I need in route.
Biggest crooks ever,I'm a auto dealer who's bought a lot parts from the and they've been giving me the run around for over 6 months,they literally stole $500 from me from used transmission. I have 100% proof of it ,but they avoid my calls.stay away from these crooks they don't even check engines or transmissions before they sell them,I literally returned 3 malibu engines 3 times for no compression. I also bought a jeep transmission with supposed low mileage that didn't even move. Stay away! Call lkq they check their inventory and have excellent customer service.

I just ordered and I haven’t got any info or tracking on it on when my transmission will get here and i ordered last Thursday, overall prices are affordable
Buying a engine here is a risk. The last one I bought from them had a bolt in the cylinder #3. These guys do not check or turn over the engine in front of you. I had soke trust they did but I was wrong. I was expecting better. Do better. I have a picture will be posting it as soon as I can.
Ordered a front differential for my 2015 subaru legacy and they tried to give me a rear differential. This was after making sure that I needed the front Differential about three times with the guy on
I purchased a part that they said the had in stock in another warehouse but come to find out they didn’t have the part and I waited days for the part and was told just come back the next day and it may have just been a 20$ part but I deserve the respect of being a customer because the employee gave me a snarky remark saying to shut him up give him his 20$ back it’s just 20$
I really am dissatisfied with the service at this place I could have went elsewhere instead of wasting my time with these people I don’t not recommend them at all
1st ones I call when I need car parts Is tapatio, San Bernardino location Staff is always cool and friendly If they don't have the part they always search their other locations that let me know right then and there who has the part.

I purchased a defective part which I understand happens. But trying to get the issue resolved was so difficult that I finally gave up and absorbed the cost and had to purchase another alternator elsewhere.
Bad customer service. I would not recommend this place. They deserve zero stars. Don't waste your time and money. They are a poor excuse for a business.
They need to learn how to do business for regular customers. They've lost this one. Our company won't be doing business with them again. The parts are junk. I had to return the last two items and the last item they wouldn't give me a refund because I was just outside of the warranty period. I even showed them the receipt that I had to purchase the item elsewhere within the warranty period. They did not have a replacement available so they had told me to return it for a refund but then didn't refund me. No credit or anything. That's not a way to retain a customer. Good thing it was only $35
Bought a decent, low-mileage engine for my 2012 Ford Transit Connect from these guys. Just finished installing it today and it runs great. Better than the original engine that was driven to death. Let’s hope this engine lasts. If anything they do offer warranty. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because when I took out the spark plugs from the engine from these guys, they were brown. Meaning the engine probably got over heated at some point. Which could lead to having to replace the piston rings and head gasket. Let’s hope it doesn’t get to that.
