Needed my clutch replaced and knew it'd be a big/expensive job, however they got it done in a couple days at an amazing price and were constantly updating me throughout the whole process. I work nearby and saw the good reviews and decided to give them a shot. I took my vehicle in and gave them a list of things I wanted looked at. They did it quickly with honest feedback and solutions. This is a shop that wants what’s best for the customer and are not trying to rip anyone off. I had them fix multiple things on my vehicle and each time they do amazing work for a VERY reasonable price.

After 3 mobile mechanics who can’t tell me what was wrong with my car I took my car here and Mario was very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what was wrong with my car, very fast service and he showed me the exact problem and my car is running great now. I can’t explain the satisfaction I had with this shop, I have been to soooo many and after a few weeks something goes wrong and I have to go back . Not here … they replaced my transmission and I was so nervous since it’s a big job . But it’s now been a bit and my car is driving perfect. The owner walked me through everything they were going to do and always kept me in the loop. Very impressive, thank you Mario. I have to say the after check up call is what really got me. They seemed real busy and they still took the time to check on how my car was running and to see if I was satisfied. Definitely going to be back for other cars and also going to be referring to family and friends. Thank you guys

I had my car checked and “repaired” by so many mechanics before finding Vilchez. Took my car in late to be checked and repaired and the next day it was up and running after a month of it just being parked at other places. The waiting room has all you need, coffee, restroom, & comfy chairs. Mario is my go to mechanic from now on- very honest and reasonable prices.

I found this shop through an ad on Offerup. I went in to have the AC system on my 2012 Honda Insight looked at. I already had one other shop tell me they could not figure it out. Mario at Vilches was fast, he diagnosed the system with me present and explained thoroughly why he came to his conclusion. I went ahead with the suggested repairs and had my car back same day with working AC. The price was about as affordable as it can be for quality service. Sometimes you try to save the most and end up in a worse spot then before and just because you pay top dollar doesn't mean you get top customer service. This was truly one of the best experiences I've ever had with a mechanic shop. I know that's not something often said by anyone, I highly recommend talking to these guys before considering going anywhere else.
I promise you this is the best mechanic shop in the area! Not only do they provide fast, amazing, and quality service. They also do it at the best prices. I went in because my AC compressor was not working. And Mario took a look at it, ordered me a new AC Compressor, and installed it, All in less than 24 hours.
