I had my alternator replaced here and when they were done my vehicle had a problem that it did not have going in. This shop suggested that I replace the alternator they just put in with a brand new one. Yet they claimed to have tested the alternator before it went in my vehicle. So I took my alternator to get tested and it turns out these amateurs at Almazan failed to plug my radiator fan back in. I spent money on Ubers and a rental car because these idiots tried to trick me into buying someone else a new alternator when all they had to do was put things back the way they got them and plug in my fan.
Customer service was great . I told them about my problems with my car and they gave me the quote , showed me the problems and what my options were . Fyi .....probably the most underrated shop for any car problems. I am a repeat customer and won't mess with any other shop. Check them out because they not trying to rip you off ......
Took my moms car there and the “mechanic” told me I needed to buy a new alternator TWICE and that was the reason for coolant dropping out the bottom of my car….turns out when they were replacing the alternator the first time, they unplugged my radiator fan and somehow forgot to plug it back in. Just blows my brain a certified mechanic can watch the coolant literally drain out the bottom of someone’s car, look under the hood, and still not see the fan they unplugged was still unplugged. I believe they were trying to get me for my money because when I asked him why this was happening, he said he needed to speak to my grandfather and not me. Feels like a misogynistic scam artist.
Tried getting my A/C fixed and ended up installing a switch to change the air temp, fried the dashboard's backlight, and broke off the driver's door handle for 500 dollars despite the mechanic making errors. Got the issue and a lot more fixed for 300 dollars less. Don't go here
Very good pricing and quick repairs. Martin and his guys were able to help force open and bend my hood back into shape, and replace several components in my car from a previous accident. He is upfront with pricing and definitely the best auto repair shop I've been to.
They mickey mouse alote here don't go I sent them to replace a hose all they did was chop the same hose not going back don't reccomend to anyone honestly
Great auto repair shop. Walked in 14mins til they closed with a snapped serpentine belt, he got the part there and the job done. I was out the door in a hour! For being closed and still working definitely great customer service and good work
Really fast and didn't try and over sell me on my overheating I changed radiator, hoses, temp gauges only issue I forgot to change the cap they realized this and helped me and didn't over charge I will go back

I have been going to Martin for 7 years
now and absolutely refuse to go to anyone else. He is more knowledgeable than any other mechanic I’ve been to. He is honest, professional and very reliable. There is no mechanical issue he cannot fix and at the best price around. I recommend him to all my friends and have directed my own kids and their friends to him. I can’t say enough about how impressed I am with the consistently great service we have received from Almazan over the years.
I went in there to do a head gasket. He recommended an oil change, so I I agreed. He over tightened the drain bolt and and the oil filter and stripped it. It took my boyfriend 5 hours just to remove that bolt. I took it back to get it checked and told them the issue because Walmart told me to go back and complain. I went back and they tried charging me 80 dollars for just an oil change (I have a 05 Honda Civic). I told them the issue that THEY caused and still wanted to charge me for an $80 dollar oil change. They are unprofessional and just want to be paid and don’t care about your vehicle. Don’t come here!
I found this family-owned shop completely by accident, and it was an incredible find. When my truck died at the end of a work day, they stayed open late to repair the problem so that I had it to drive home that night. I expected to have to leave it until the next day, and I expected to pay twice as much. This is definitely my new go-to mechanic for everything I need for my F-150
Even though it took Martine a week to get my car back running again. He is very thro with the answers I asked him . He also was very fair about the labor and parts I needed for my car . So far so good it runs like brand new.I would go back again for repairs.

They don't write up your complaint or give details. They preffer to explain the parts replaced. The vehicle that was repaired for shaking while driving is not repaired. I called to get informed by the service repairman and he stated my vehicle was not repaired by them even after I showed him the receipt for 600 dollars...? Not the safest place to bring your vehicle to get repaired.
