Called Rex Towing when my truck didn’t want to start. They showed up fast and attempted to start the truck in order prevent the need for the tow. Unfortunately they couldn’t get it to start, but were very helpful with towing the truck to the mechanics and at a good price. Very professional and helpful

Reasonable prices compared to another company I called. The driver arrived at the expected time I was told, and was courteous and polite. He verified the location my car would be towed to. I was given the option to pay via Zelle or cash.

I had a flat tire on the side of the freeway, and the shoulder I was on wouldn’t let me get off. But then, Rex towing came to the rescue. They made sure I was safe and got me off the freeway as quickly as possible. They even stayed with me until the tire shop opened. They were a lifesaver! The other tow trucks were charging crazy prices and giving me impossible ETA’s. Rex gave me a reasonable and close estimate. I’ll definitely use them again
Let me start off with saying Franco from Rex towing is amazing! Highly recommend this service. Let me tell you what happened tonight (well morning).
It's 1am in the morning, I go on Google and find a 24/7 hotline for tow trucks. They answered, I paid $250 straight away and they said it will be there in 30-40mins. After waiting over an hour I call them back and ask for an update with my tow truck and just then tell me that the tow truck broke down. After waiting longer than their expected time, they never called back to let me know. I'm extremely upset and exhausted.
As I just start crying and canceled that service, I scroll through Yelp this time to search for a tow truck. First one I saw was Rex Towing. I call hoping I can get an answer and thankfully they did immediately. After getting my location and other information, they accept the job and even asked if I was "okay" since I'm pretty they could hear I was upset over the phone. Luckily, the driver was literally less than 10 mins away. Once he arrived and came out to greet me, he also reassured me and told me that "everything is gonna be alright".
