Absolutely horrible!!! I’m not one to give reviews but this place definitely calls for one! My husband and I recently got a new car and obviously we needed a new sticker for our parking permit. The tow people had already taken pictures of our car to show the ladies in our leasing office and they were aware of it and let them know we just needed a new sticker. Not once did they call to get the car towed, the car was parked in OUR parking spot! The ladies in the leasing office also let the tow company know that they are not allowed to tow any cars without their approval let alone signature and they towed the car anyways! I called to see if they had my car and I spoke to a lady and she was absolutely rude! Did not care what so ever and when I asked if they had it she said yes are you coming to pick it up tonight?? Like for 1 how if you towed my car and I got 2 kids and I will not be I going there at 4am with both my kids! She said it would be $716 to get it out tonight and if not the next day it would be $516!? For what!? One they towed the car without any permission let alone signature and it was made aware to them that they are not allowed to do that without any signature. Absolutely ridiculous and disgusting! And they they hit my fender as well! It is dented!
Wilson towed my car from the CERO TOWNHOMES community in san Bernardino who they are contracted with and have gate access. They come in every night prowling on cars to tow. They towed my vehicle at 1am and I called and spoke to one of their employees (mind you this was on a Saturday) and she told me it would be $500 out the door to pick up my vehicle before 5pm. I made it before they had closed and the women who answered the call box (they don't show their faces) told me the total was $800!! I told her the girl I spoke with when I called in the AM said it would be $500, but her excuse was that the girl was NEW and was not trained properly. How is that my fault! They are scammers and tow vehicles even when they have their permits displayed correctly!
I had my vehicle towed due to an unforeseen situation. I was upset and I called several times with questions and I spoke with three different employees and the manager and each one was understanding and patient with me. The wall you talk through is to protect them because it is frustrating not to have control over your vehicle. I am not local and could not pick up my vehicle myself and they worked with me and even towed my vehicle for me to a safe place. The customer service is a five star.
Genuinely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.
Everyone in these reviews are absolutely correct. They’re extremely predatory and insanely expensive. They charged me $516! I parked in a public parking lot where it was an hour parking. I was about 10 minutes late, and they already towed away my car. Meaning they were definitely “watching” the parking lot and just counting for the moment my hour was over. So I had to uber to Wilson’s Towing which mind you doesn’t even have a waiting room. They force you to sit outside in the sun and they don’t even talk to you face to face. Only through a metal wall. It’s incredibly scammy and I feel they know what they’re doing is wrong, but are too greedy to care. Not only that but even after you pay them, they ask YOU to walk over to their parking lot which is a 7 minute walk to receive your car.
Extremely predatory & WHEEL LOCK KEY STOLEN FROM INSIDE CAR!

As shown in the photo, my car was “observed” and TAKEN with 1 minute of me parking in a guest parking (30 minute parking). The car was taken in to their facility all within 25 minutes.
After speaking on the phone, they make are very vague with detail and direct you to make an appointment on their website, which is extremely confusing to access on their site.
After making my appointment and arriving (4:50pm) I waited an additional 45 minutes in line to officially speak to someone through a metal door which blocks off all public view of the facility. In order to confirm I was the owner, they requested my registration (which was in the car) so they asked me to hand over my keys. THEY DID NO ALLOW ME TO COME AND GRAB IT MYSELF NOR RETRIEVE ANY PERSONAL ITEMS. THEY WENT INSIDE MY CAR FOR WHO KNOWS HOW LONG!
Upon finally receiving my car, I noticed my glove compartment rummaged and items misplaced. After checking a small baggy I keep tools in, THATS WHEN I REALIZED THEY STOLE MY WHEEL LOCK KEY !!! For those unfamiliar, a wheel lock key is a metal tool that is required to remove tires- a sort of theft protection absolutely needed for tire removal. Without this item, it’s nearly impossible to remove as tire shops don’t often hold these / they are sized to make & model.
For a grand total of 1 HOUR & 40 MINUTES I was charged $486.

Is this towing Company a "Predatory towing Company"? Do not let them get away with towing your company illegally. They must have written authorization at the time of the tow from an authorized representative of the ownership private property from which your cat is towed.
No your rights. Yes, in California, a towing company must provide you with a copy of the written authorization to tow your car from private property upon your request, as mandated by California Vehicle Code 22658(l)(3). This authorization is a legal document that the property owner or their agent provides to the tow company. If the towing company refuses to provide this documentation, they may be violating state law, and you should report them to the appropriate authorities.
In California, a towing company generally cannot have a "blanket authorization" to tow cars from private property at any time it chooses. State law, primarily Vehicle Code 22658, strictly regulates when and how private property towing can occur.
A general or blanket towing agreement between a property owner and a tow company is only permitted in very specific and limited situations:
Fire Lane Violations: A vehicle parked in a designated fire lane.
Blocking Access: A vehicle that is interfering with an entrance to or exit from the private property.
Fire Hydrants: A vehicle parked within 15 feet of a fire hydrant.
For these specific violations, the towing company must have a written agreement with the property owner and must take a photograph of the violation before removing the vehicle.
Requirements for other towing situations
For all other towing from private property, a tow company cannot act on its own discretion. A property owner or authorized agent must provide specific, case-by-case authorization for each vehicle towed. This requires a written authorization that includes the following details:
The vehicle's make, model, VIN, and license plate number.
The name, signature, and contact information of the person authorizing the tow.
The specific reason for the tow.
The time the vehicle was first observed and the time the tow was authorized.
My vehicle was towed by these damn scammers ! I was charged $764 for ONE day.
Not only do they scam people but they take their sweet time to take you in have to make an appointment and expect to wait minimum of two hours outside for them to actually call you in and process everything. There was a crashed car in the same lot I was took my car but to this day the crashed vehicle is sitting there.
The absolute WORST in 1. Customer Service (rude), 2. Prices (they say it’s industry standard pricing but I got a quote on a tow and it was $78 more than AAA, like what???) 3. Their drivers are rude and unprofessional. So are their employees (check out their responses to some of these reviews)
If I could put no stars I would...I've lived on a property managed by their tow service?....if u call it that...I've reported deserted vehicles with over 2 year old registration!.....but they tow the residents that actually pay their tags and plaques....my children are handicap and they have no qualms about towing me for the slightest what they call out of the lines...but I've seen multiple vehicles park overnight in firelane....double park in multiple spots who still sit not touched....They are so rude....They are vindictive and they will harass any property owner who they just don't like.....I highly recommend never dealing with them whatsoever. Even if u report a vehicle with every right to tow, they pick and chose who they like and who they dont....I've had a driver follow me out my complex to harass me...very unprofessional.....don't care about business or rules....or laws....
These people will tow your car in the middle of the night and charge $497 for a 2010 prius the next day it went up it's foul I do not recommend they are straight garbage
My father is handicap came out of his mother’s home from visiting only a few seconds and his car was towed away. The guy said he would take it down for $200 so he went and got the money came back. The car was gone said go online make an appointment and then you’d be there 10 minutes before we made an appointment for 655 and here it is 730. No one came out of the gated sealed building Charging $699 to pick up a car now I see why this place rating is at one star I’m gonna report them to the Better Business Bureau because the ethics and the customer service on side of the hardship of your car being towed is treated like a prison gotta do better The online scheduling is just a piece of crap.
Sadly I was one of the victims that got my car towed no warning no nothing and also what do you mean I gotta make an appointment just to pick up my personal belongings. And when going in person why do they keep their identities so secret for what reasons? If their job is done legally Besides all that it's just bad business such poor management, poor everything. They should really learn from these reviews and try to better themselves and if they can't do that than theres no hope for this business.
Has a racket going with Lydo apartment complex. Patrols for cars parked in unmarked areas for lack of permits and tows them. We parked, as tenants, in what we thought was unassigned parking to accommodate our house guest of one night. Within 12 hours our car was towed and SAME DAY(within 2 hours) pickup was $500. Meanwhile apts workers and contractors are always parked in my husband’s assigned spot and we don’t even complain. Complete Trash.
Update: sorry for the late reply I'm pretty sure it's been to long to investigate since I wasn't able to figure out how to reply. But it was a "black 2019 nissan altima s" with purple wheels. My dash cam was still there when I picked up my other stuff but It was the only thing that went missing when I was finally able to retrieve my belongings from the insurance tow yard. If you are able to shed some light to the situation I'd greatly appreciate but if not, it is well I choose to forgive and forget and may God bless you all.
When I picked up my stuff from the car at their tow yard dash cam was still in there but said I couldn't take it cuz it was "wired in" but only in the cigarette lighter. When I went back to the insurance tow yard to get it, it was missing. The insurance yard did warm me since it was at another yard they weren't responsible for anything missing. Had videos of my newborn son saved on it and now there's no way to recover them. Hope they're happy with what they did
468$ to get my car out withing 13 hrs. Better to wait till they open at 8am. Otherwise it's 160$ after hours to get it out, as they have to call someone in. Should be 200$ ,not 468$. Just robbery. You stand outside talking to someone through a metal drawer that protuding from a plywood wall. So you see no one. Makes it easier to ripoff people I guess.
Predatory & Unlawfully towing cars. I was parked in a visitor parking & they towed my car saying I was parked without a permit.
They refused to provide information on who authorized the tow.

They charged $700 for holding my car less than 12 hours.
The lady on the phone who refused to give her name is rude & not helpful, she hung up on me for no reason. When I was explaining that I was in visitor parking & she stated that they made that “overflow parking” which makes no sense since there is plenty of resident parking & I was parked in between two clearly marked visitor parking. So she acknowledged that where I parked was visitor parking & not resident parking that requires the permit they claim to have towed me for.

. I had a terrible experience with Wilson Towing. My car was wrongfully towed from visitor parking area my vehicle parked over there 9 hours. Literally extremely unprofessional + shady spotter business. My car wasn't even in a parking spot for 24 hours. No issue of a warning. Just straight up malicious targeting. Tows my brand new 2024. Then charges $500 to get it out. Doesn't even give me the county's flat rate. They will be seeing me in court. Overcharging scummy company.
Why is this company still in business? Why are we collectively letting them get away with how the operate? They tried towing my car once on the basis of "it's been parked there for 3 days" when it wasn't lucky enough I got out in time and stopped them. I'm gone on vacation now and they took my car this time on the same basis "it's been parked there for 3 days" when it hadn't been, not even an hour. I have picture and proof my car wasn't there and of another car that in fact does park there weeks at a time and no one does a thing to them. Must be friends. Taking this to court and I won't let off til I get justice. I ask for everyone to do the same if they've took your car unfairly. We have to fight back and we have to do it right can we please stop being sheep and stop letting this happen. We out number them. We have lived in our apartment for several months always parking in the handicap as I am handicapped- placecard was in the window. They towed the vehicle because a person stated I didn’t look handicap-are you kidding me?? Then for 4 hours of hold it was over $600 . I didn’t even want to give any star- I’m looking at two cars parked in handicap with no plates or place cards- these people need to be shut down, they are the worst and should be ashamed of themselves
Absolute scam artists towing my car in the middle of the night for “double parking” when my tire was barely on the other parking spot and a whole vehicle could fit. There was plenty of other parking spots and I wasn’t blocking anything. I call them first thing in the morning while I’m holding my baby on my hip and it starts raining on us and they said they didn’t have my car. I call the police and report it stolen. Then the apartment complex says they don’t have it and will review the cameras with the police then call me and say never mind they did have it they just hadn’t put it in the system. Then say I have to pay all the fines over 500 and to wait for the police to come and clear everything before returning my car since I reported it stolen. They charge a storage fee when they don’t even store the car for 24 hours. They hope you run out of time to charge you for another day. They are rude and they treat you like if you are over reacting when they are liars and just try to buy time to close and charge you extra fees. They hide behind metal gates because they know you can’t touch them they disrespect you because they know there is nothing we can do.
Having friend contact city attorney. This business is taking advantage of locations that tend to have less income & are a predatory towing facility. The female attendant is rude & it must be hard to look yourself in the mirror knowing your company exploits people’s financial situation & expects you to be ignorant/unable to pay. This particular company tows primarily cars in lower income neighborhoods using deceptive practices. I would like to speak to the owner. Also keep in mind this business is only accessible by phone M-F not 24 hours. They have over 100 1 star ratings & I bet the owner/s personnel have convinced themselves that “it’s not us, it’s them.”
I promise you they are a predatory tow service. Complain to your apartments & get other people involved like other tenants to end the contracts with Wilson Towing. Hurt their pockets & they will treat you with respect instead of people who don’t matter. Tow companies that pray on people are some of the worst people on earth.
Remember- CALL your local attorneys office file complaints & Also get their relationships revoked with your apartment complexes. I’d also have them investigated for kickbacks.

The positive: Garrett was helpful. Unfortunately, the female attendant was combative after I explained that there were no signs, and where I had been parked (in the apartments) were not the covered parking and I was in a guest parking spot. She raised her voice at me (through the blacked out wall).
An employee at the apartments said, "there should be signs because that isn't right but management doesn't listen to me." So, their hustle cost me money I don't have. I recently lost my home, and my storage unit was robbed. They wanted almost $500... She wouldn't back down, even after asking them to let me show them proof, and me asking HER to stop being combative. Deplorable, unprofessional & I'm going to look into the legalities. Garret, thank you for the water after seeing me sweat for hours under the sun, while tears poured down my face. I would much rather speak positively, however, I'm not sure what they did to me (and I was told by the apartment employee, are also doing to others) is legal, when there was not one sign and again, this was not a carport space... This side hustle between the tow company and the apartments management, will be exposed.
5 stars at being scam artist. They towed my vehicle as I was working on it in front of my residence. In the process of trying to recover my vehicle they called me and said they would “help me out” if I can make it there in an hour. They’ve only had my vehicle for 45 minutes at this point. Come to find out it’s an “after hour pick up” which is an extra $192. The total to get my vehicle back was $660. They maybe had my truck on there lot for 2 hours. You don’t see anyone face to face because they know they’re ripping you off. I’m sure that’s why the big metal gate is there and they drop your vehicle in the street out back for you to pick up. Big time scam! I’d be willing to help anyone with a law suit. Feel free to contact me.

My car was parked in our apartments handicap parking due to me being handicap and having a permit for handicap. But I assume that my plaque fell of the mirror last night. Paid the fees to get my car out all for the plaque to be on the passenger seat. This company is very shady. They take your money right away and then start asking for paperwork and proof of certain things. I wonder, if paperwork was not with me, had I gotten a refund? Another person was there getting their car out. They stated they been dealing with this place for over a week now and each time they make things more and more difficult to get their car out. Times are already tough in this country. Wages are low and the cost of living is high. This little set back is forcing me to have to feed my kids what I could possibly find here at home until next month since I’m on a fixed income due to being disabled. Cereal until July will have to be our meals for now.

I called in distress and the lady that pick up did NOT help at all and obviously she could tell I was in distress. They tow us away because we park this way. Yet they park in red zones and block the entrance way to the apartments! When you ask them to move it, they go off talking about how they have permission to do whatever they want whenever they want. Yelling at people like they own the actual apartment complex.

This tow company practices the unlawful act of scouting! They act like parking enforcement without any authorizations from law enforcement. They have the habit of taking vehicles at the dead of night when the office personnel is close for business. They tend to do their work at the beginning and end of the month.
This place STOLE my car from Edgehill Village in San Bernardino when I absolutely made sure that I parked in their GREEN VISITOR ONLY PARKING so that this wouldn’t happen! They are absolutely rude and a lady named Alana tried to get smart with me and MY car that THEY STOLE! It was an absolute terrible experience and they need to be shut down. They’re incredibly shady and you can’t even see who you’re speaking to! The only way I was able to see where my car was at was because of my airpod case! San Bernardino PD didn’t want to help either when I asked if I could file a police report and they said they had nothing to do with it.
