Beware of this place! Very unprofessional and disrespectful to me. Johnathan and the manger were both changing the prices and weren’t detail enough to get my car back. I had to call a few times just to get the information correct because he wasn’t detail enough. I got it towed and Johnathan gave me attitude on the spot. They gave me appointment at 2:00AM and I’m a female. That’s so unsafe just to get my car back. I came by the for the first hour to pick it up and they refuse to release it and made me wait until 2:00AM. Than Johnathan refuse to help me and kept my keys for my house and work and he turn off everything and left. and told me to come back at 9:00AM. When I had an appointment with him. Than 9:00AM I tried to explain to the manager with my experience but she didn’t even bother to hear me. She kept over talking over me. This place had no customer service. They rip you off and they’re very unprofessional. Good luck if you get your car tow here.
Brought a 2017 Haundai SantaFe for my daughter here for $4900. They open the gate we get to look inside the cars for about 20 mins or so but not the engines, they drive them through and you bid and get, bid starts at $500, you put a deposit down and stand in line when the auction is over to pay the balance in CASH. Paid $850 at DMV to put in my name and had to take it to be fixed for $450 then it needed a smog for $60. I guess that was ok I spent more than expected but it’s for my kid so I can’t complain
Wish I could give them 0 starts. So unprofessional. Worst customer service Jonathan told my sister to come pick up her car at 2AM and he would charge her a certain price. When we get there he changes the price and starts raising his voice at my sister if she’s going to pay to get it out or not. Then giving her no choice takes her keys shuts the lights off (with is still in there) and shuts the door. She goes back the next day and tries to explain to the “manager” about her experience and same attitude starts yelling at my sister etc. My sister pays for her car to get out and tells them she’s going to take them to small claims court so try lower the price a bit. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE TOWING COMPANY.
Have you seen their posts on Instagram? There's a reason no one talks bad about them on there. They block you if you call them out on their photo comments. Your comments disappear once they've blocked you.
This auction place Is different now. I was here a few years ago and the auctioneer guy was actually calling out bids.
Now he runs the number up without any one even bidding its scam. Years ago I got 2 beater cars that I knew I had to fix for 750$ cash the most. Now these cars that are even smoking from the engine are being sold for 2k cause he runs the bud up alone to make the most.
Watching out these foos are scamming now it’s not. Cool especially coming 70 miles away to see that. Done with this place.
They know the popular cars people and will increase it market value without bidder bidding. Total scam.
You’re better off buying cars you test drive/inspect from offerup or facebook marketplace.
3% of the cars are good deals but even then you don’t know what you’re driving off the lot.
Security very rude, Nobody there to greet people to come on in, can't check the cars thoroughly until the bid, and that's probably only a few minutes because they have alot of cars but little space. They yell at you to close the hood. Even though they say you have 45 minutes to check the cars. And when you ask for carfax from security, because the people who are selling them don't come outside until later, they say they don't have them and are told to say "close the hood" if someone pops the hood. Just not friendly all around. And not much details on the cars issues, most say "no issues" but alot of them seem like they will break down in a few days.
hi they tow my car without any major reason and ask for money in right away then i question them they misbehave with me .. and i went them on address they ask for more money and rudely behave with me . i ask them please turn off me four-way flasher they didn’t and tell me i don’t care about your car battery.. and said rudely increase the price . their are so mean they didn’t know how to talk with person even with women.
False advertising. Online it says you can bring a scanner. But you cant scan the cars at all. And they have so many cars that they want a certain amount from. Seen 2 mercedes benz that were “sold” live at the auction by fake customers. If they dont sell what they ask for they bring them back again. Its not an auction at this point.
terrible scammers. When having my car towed for no longer than an hour and half they considered it a day and several ridiculous fees were added to an already expensive towing fee
Very disappointed in how they take vantage of innocent people my daughter lost her first child one year, and I had a little extra money to get her a car because I know that would help her get around to do what she needed to do and before we can get it to the house, the engine messed up Sitting on the side of my house for months. It was too much expenses to even get it fixed so sad. I actually bought two cars from them before and it was a waste of money.
It’s a scam unfortunately I learned the hard way today .. $1750 gone and the car only made it about 3 blocks before smoke came from the under the hood and it was overheating !!! Sad thing is this was supposed to to be. My daughter birthday present . I had to have the car towed to my house .. I feel like this should be illegal !!!!!
Called to report a tow on private property and was advised they would send out the driver. It’s been a few hours and no one has shown up. Now when I call no one is answering the phones.
Bought a car here a year ago and it’s still running good, no mechanical problems whatsoever. They let you look at the car before you purchase it. Good place to buy a car. And I drive the car from lake Elsinore to Long Beach daily got my money worth. 2012 Nissan versa for $2900. It’s in my job parking lot waiting for me to drive home . Predatory towing should be illegal. I forgot to place my handicap placard when I parked in the handicap space at my apartment. Woke up to my vehicle missing, freaking out thinking it was stolen. The management said they didn’t report it, & don’t give the towing info to residents. They gave the number of the company they use, I call & they say they have my car. When I arrived & asked how they “happened” to come across my car, she said “someone called”. I told her the apartment leasing office didn’t call, so how did they find my car? I told them I have the placard but in my haste forgot to hang it. She didn’t care, & insisted a resident called them. No one was parked in the space at 7:20 this morning, so where is the car that needed to park there??? They must’ve come either in the middle of the night or very early morning so no one can stop them. STOP PREDATORY TOWING COMPANIES. This shouldn’t be legal. Making money by scoping private parking lots is diabolical.
I wish i could give it no stars. I bought a car here thinking it came with little to no problems. Once you win the auction they make you pay a down deposit of 500$ and park it inside. You get the car after all the auctions are done and have to wait in a long line to pay for however much you bidded. And only after the entire process do you finally get your vehicle. As I was driving it home, it was obvious that the car was messed up, and soon the engine light turned on. I had to take it to the mechanic to get it looked at. It was no wonder why they didnt let you see it more before you pay for it. I had to throw more money into this car and never actually could fix it. This place is terrible and all their cars have problems with them.

Bought a car thinking it was a good deal. No check engine light was on when we bought it, my husband drove it home which is approximately 2 miles away from the auction and the check engine light turns on. Cylinder misfires, the engine is overheating, and now the car shakes terribly while idling. My husband has replaced coils, spark plugs, thermostat, and now is going to replace fuel injectors. It’s just been a waste of time and money. Do not recommend going here. After you bid on the car and pay the deposit you have to wait til the end of the auction for them to get the paperwork ready so you can pay off the vehicle, which took an hour or more.
Terrible quality cars. Do not get a car from this auction. They reset the codes, I've never met anyone who's gotten a good car from here. Got a Ford Focus with absolutely no lights or alerts then 10 miles later the transmission is completely blown and I almost lost my life on the freeway. The same day there was 2 cars being taken by tow and I needed to help jump start someone's Lancer they had just bought. Not to mention my car was infested. 0/10

The auction process went pretty smooth. We looked at the cars available, and chose a couple potential cars according to our budget. Bid on them and fortunately, drove off with a Honda. My family was so happy! The paperwork was quick and easy. Will definitely visit again when we need another car!
Stay away from this place. Get your money and run. I got a nissan sentra 2016 for 4550 , no codes seemed like an awesome deal. Drove it 2 miles and figured out it doesn't drive over 40. Transmissions out and needs plenty work. I honestly feel they patched it up to sell. Y,because codes were erased, they had a new air filter and cleaned it up. I know it's an auction but seems fishy all around. Hope this review helps another family from being robbed.
Do not go here. You check the cars and you think they run good no engine light. They just reset them you believe there's no problem. 2 days later engine light comes on and you have to buy a new catalytic converter. Be warned.
These people are crooks!!! Our car got towed by them at an apartment we were just doing a job there and the customer said we can park infront of the garage and they towed us (our fault but we were nice about it) the apartment said they will refund us our money but this tow company said we only paid $279 when we paid $479. They are crooks stole $200 and are saying we didn’t pay them enough. They then threatened to call the apartment complex to make sure we don’t get any money back! We were nice to them and even said it was our fault for parking there didn’t give them any problems til they stole our money!
This tow company charges unnecessarily high for dropping your vehicle. They are crooks and are rude to you aswell they have no sense of professionalism or understanding. I would highly avoid doing any kind of business with this unethical company.
Purchased a vehicle here, worst experience ever! The vehicle was worth about a hard $500 they up the bid to $1900. People who have no interest in the vehicles bid just for the auction to get what they want! People bid and don't pay deposit and still get vehicle they want...a lot of personal favors going on, if you don't have double what your gonna pay don't purchase because that's what you'll need to at least keep it running a year at best. Where is another auction??

Remember that these cars are SOLD AS IS. You take a gamble when you buy one. So go ahead of time to take a look at the cars. If you know vehicles, it's even better. Expect to pay to fix up the used old cars. That's just the way it is with these cars with alot of miles on them. That's why they are auctioned off for cheap prices.
It was hot, not enough shade to accommodate the public, they should be better organized, after they accepted your down payment you should be able to go to the front, and pay off your car, so that they can bring it back around. it was a long wait just to finish paying off the balance on the car. I think I got a pretty good car, and looking forward to coming back to this place.
