I went in for a Body Control Module for a 2006 Chrysler 300. They showed 3 in stock, online. I called before arriving to let them know to get it ready. They said it is ready and they’ll grab it once I arrive in person. I showed up, they told one of their mechanics to pull it out… Waited ~30 minutes just to be told they don’t have it. Waste of time
Manager George went above and beyond assisting me getting a transmission shipped to me in an expeditious manner. When Central Transport could not make it to the Astra Auto dock to pick my transmission up George took it upon himself to deliver the transmission to Central Transport hub and even asked Central Transport to process the shipping in order to have a tracking # before he returned to his place of business. This guy deserves a raise. Thank you George.

We called this place before driving and asked multiple times if the part was in stock. The person on the phone said yes, yes, yes — it’s available, come over. He confirmed it at least three times.
We drove over 2 hours to get there, only to be told the part was NOT available.
When we tried to explain that we were told on the phone that the part was in stock, the manager’s attitude was extremely rude. Instead of taking responsibility, he basically said it’s not his problem, acted dismissive, and spoke to us in a disrespectful way — as if we were stupid for trusting what his own staff said.
Complete waste of time and gas. Unprofessional, dishonest, and zero accountability.
George has been wonderful and has gone over and beyond to help get us a used engine for my son’s car and shipped to the east coast. I appreciate his willingness to help us out especially in these economic times when older vehicles need to last. Thanks again George!

Had the parts I needed and walked me to the vehicle to view before removing. Was in and out within 30 minutes. Also helped with finding my invoice almost a year later due to salvage inspections. Much appreciated. Will use again if they have what I need!
Unbelievably good experience. These guys sent a Mercedes engine to my repair shop in Las Vegas, took phone calls and gave advice and instruction on how to do the engine install, and FaceTimed the mechanic so they could show him exactly how to do a modification to make the installation work. How many salvage yards would take that kind of time and trouble? Super helpful, and super friendly about it. I didn't know it was possible to get this level of service from a salvage yard. I would say their level of customer service is on par with a Mercedes dealership - probably better. Five big stars from me, and you'll notice that's what everybody else thinks too.
