worst costomer service will make fun of you prices are extremely high and the quality always gave you wrong part and when you ask for return will never refund you gave you store credit and charge you 25% restocking fees
Customer service and pricing leaves a lot to be desired. Guy on the phone sounded like he could give two shakes about being professional or reasonable. So if you want to over pay for a part, this is the business!
You could not pick a worse place to do business with! These people will insult your integrity! I walked in and was disrespected as a customer. Their prices are double anywhere else. The ONLY reason why I chose to make a purchase is because they had what I needed. I recommend that ANYONE avoid doing business here at all costs!
I bought an engine from these guys, it turned out that the VIN was torn off the engine, so it is impossible to check the origin of the engine and also impossible to confirm the mileage, the money was not returned. These people work dishonestly and are not trustworthy.
Is less than a 1 star possible? They sold me a motor that was seized. They promised a motor replacement for 2 weeks and then told me they didn’t have one. Not cool.

This whole experience has been a total disaster, from dealing with the person at the counter to trying to place my order. Honestly, I wish I had never come here in the first place. This place really shouldn’t be operating, and I’m shocked they’re still around.
I wanted to put zero stars but I can not, today I spoke in the morning to buy a wheel and they gave me the price of 200 dlls and when I get to pick up the part they told me 250 dlls I think it is a bad move for customers to travel 45 min and then raise the price I recommend not to visit that place is very bad customer service very rude.
Everybody, please. Do not go there for buying anything. I believe they might have a good service but not with me. I bought the Transmission on Ford which was without rear gear. When I brought it to exchange they showed that they ordered a new one and it will come in couple days. MORE THAN ONE MONTH I called them and was waiting to receive a call, they promised me every day telling a random dates. Eventually, I received my refund from them. But I don't think they even tried to find another detail for me.
If you stuck with them, go complaineverywhere you can, because the things they do, is inappropriate. Never come back to them
Purchased an abs pump / abs module for a 2016 Audi A7 , they claimed that it was in functional condition , installed it on vehicle it’s not programming and is not in working condition and they refused to give me store credit or exchange even though I have a invoice ,DO NOT RECOMMEND & THEY ARE RUDE
Got a transmission for my f250 for 1200$ with 28k miles 6mo warranty. Put it in and it works great.
Allot of bad reviews seem to be dumb people that get the wrong part. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AS THE PERSON BUYING AND INSTALLING THE PARTS TO KNOW WHAT YOU NEED AND ARE GETTING.
Ordered a part. Paid over the phone. Sent a damaged part. Lied about sending a replacement day after day of calling. Then said the replacement got returned by shipper but could never give me the tracking number to an item that was going to my address. Called to ask what’s going on, and would just leave me on hold and would hang the phone up when I would call. Won’t give me a refund or answer my calls
Was going to utilize this group for a purchase but upon reading reviews I'd be stupid to do so. So my public service announcement....people that's what these reviews are here for....for u to protect urself from people with no scruples, morals and or remorse. Based on the overwhelming number of negative reviews it's clear that they take ur funds and do not deliver on their promise or give you your money back. Heed the warnings people....that's why they exist....these people...they to exist but God has other plans for them.
Not being one to review without first utilizing product or services but in this case after hearing about people's experiences I'm surprised many people still not utilizing these reviews to their benefit. I read and the majority of these seem to state the obvious and most common complaint....that this place is not reputable and good luck recovering any of ur money paid. Im surprised the place is still open for business. As such all I had to do was read enougl these reviews and am appalled I even thought about utilizing this agency.
I part with this advice, as a concerned citizen who has parents who this owner might have just as easily ripped them off to I really think u all should write a review contact ur local authority and council member and inform them as well and the department of motor vehicles also handles local wrecking yards and the people who run them. Of course don't forget to contact the local police.
So I deviated from my normal approach so as to provide this service to my fellow citizen because again, how is this person still in business is beyond me, unless we all do our part it will continue to happen. And remember, if they don't like this peer driven review systym it's cuz they got something to hide!
Don't use this company they are thieves they advertised a head light for sale .and I paid for it in advance $750 with my credit card. And was told by the owner I could pick up next .I got a call from the owner the next day and was told they no longer had the light .I asked for refund he told he only give refunds at the end of each month..three months later I still have not received a refund. I'm filing a complaint with the district attorney office and recommend any one who was robbed by this company to do the same
I stopped in looking for some parts for my 2019 F350. I inquired first about bits and pieces in the engine bay and was told that some of those pieces are sold complete with others. I have no problem with that. My problem is that the person I was speaking with stopped midsentence to attend to someone else, and then didn’t re-engage me once they completed their conversation. Apparently they weren’t interested in hearing about the more significant pieces I needed like a cab and bed! After being ignored, I just walked out. Boo.
I was nervous spending a lot of money on a used engine but I felt right at home with the gentleman inside I have been to this place years before and always was treated good and products were excellent. I was looking for an 8.1 l Chevy engine for my Avalanche because getting a great one or parts to rebuild mine was kind of out of the question. So I went after a used one so I could start driving it again it had 100,000 miles on it I paid $1,800 I have my mechanic pull mine out and put that one in and 3600 later I had a very strong truck it ran like brand new. I bought the truck and 2002 so it's 20 years old and I remember the power when I bought it and I'm telling you they sold me a great great engine I'm very happy with the place and the people that work there. They deserve my trust for sure
Do not do business with these fraudulent people. They are rude and think they are barge enough to give you an attitude and intimidate you. I made a purchase with them for $16,000 in September and after myriad of calls to try to reach owner they finally answer and Marc and serg,managers, stated they will not refund my money or the item. I proceeded to file a fraud case with my bank and under the California DBO. If you are someome who was robbed by Truck Time Auto Wrecking in Rancho Córdova I encourage you to sue them and report them.
Ordered an engine and transmission from this company, they said when they get one in stock I would get notified and have it shipped. After MONTHS of getting nothing but the run around and no engine or trans, I wanted a refund after NOT Receiving what I pre-paid for. After calling them they say they don't offer refunds, EVEN IF I NEVER RECEIVED what I paid for. They stole $3,700 from me. DO NOT do Business with these thieves, and I will be taking them to court very shortly
We bought a motor from this place and it didn't work. Since we couldn't get a refund we had to exchange the motor for another motor. We waited for almost 2weeks. Finally they gave us another one. That motor didn't work either. We called the office to let them know what happened and the guy was so rude. Then he hung up on us. So now were out of our $2800. and still no motor. I've never been treated so badby any business.
If you have issue with this business file a credit card/ debit card dispute to get your money back. Horrible place to buy, stay clear. They do not honor their warranties. Only way to get them to return your money is through dispute via bank. Second time a customer brings back defective part to this business only to be sent with ‘we dont do returns.’ What do you mean you dont do returns on defective parts?!?!
I had an issue with the part I bought. Christian reassured me they not only had the part I needed but they would exchange it without a problem. Which they did. If in the event I should need another part for my car I will absolutely be a returning customer!
Worst place to buy parts from, if there is a way to avoid them I won't hesitate but sometimes they are the only one who will have the part I need. Always they will tell you what you want to hear and never deliver. They leave you waiting and go out to smoke with the worst attitude especially the guy named RALPH, if I'm the one managing that place I won't have a single person from the counter sales stuff last one more day in that place. Hopefully the owners will read this comment and get more involved by getting their sales stuff to work more professionally, in every business taking care of customers and making them happy should be a priority, from today on even if they are the only ones that will have the part in the whole world, I'll go spend more money with the dealership and never to use them again. Stayyyyyyyy away from this place
It's kinda hard to rate them... 1 time I went there and they were very helpful and got my parts pulled at time and delivered. Next time I go there and my part didn't get pulled for over a week!!! Had to call them so many times... So I think 3/5 is fair.
But!!! I looked through the reviews and I saw at least two 5-star reviews from their own staff. I'm sure there's more... Come on, really? That's how you work on improvement?
So yeah, just be aware of that
