They promise u one specific date to deliver parts and them turn around say they dont have it. They dont even call back to give a update. Better to deal with the other dismantlers then these idiots

I purchased a used motor from them last October. A motor that was supposed to have been checked for oil leaks and certified to be in good shape. When my Ford technician received the motor at the dealership upon installing into my F 150, it was discovered to have a massive oil leak due to a faulty timing and gasket issue. I paid $3,090 for the motor. I immediately reached out to Benzeen. I spoke with several individuals there, who said they would get back after they checked with so and so. Of course of which no one ever got back to me. Total runaround . I sent numerous text messages showing the issue as explained, and showing the invoice to have it corrected. They totally ignored me, could not have cared less. I left several voicemails. I finally just had to put it on my charge card because I needed my vehicle fixed. The cost to fix the problem was over $3600. $500 more than I paid for faulty POS engine that they sold me. Do not do business with these crooks!

Wish I had read others review first bought a wheel for $550 that ended up being bent. Have spent 2 months trying to return the part and get my money back and they will not do so. They take your money quick and then kick you to the curb, I'm still trying to get in touch and have spent over an hour trying to contact mangment which was no help, I would personally stay away.

I believe his name was Karl. I’m just a girl & never had to order a part before lol. He was super understanding and very informative. It was such a horrible Christmas Eve & I called after finding a wheel/rim on eBay the day after Christmas. And after the hassle of not finding what I need in time, Benzeen is the only place that had exactly what I needed with fastest delivery possible. I just want to thank yal , everything kept hitting our family one after another & this shop made the process and delivery so much easier & took enough stress off my shoulders that I didn’t completely crumble. We live all the way in Delaware & will DEFINITELY be recommending Benzeen to everyone we know!! 10/10 experience

Absolutely terrible service and experience. After purchasing a part and waiting for it to be shipped they msg me to say it was severely damged and disposed of. Yes, they claim they threw away the part I had already paid for. I asked for photos, as the part appeared fine in the listing. They refused to provide photos. I believe they sold my part that I paid for to someone else. I would avoid this business.

I called looking for parts that was no longer available. Since I lived across the country, Amid searched a few other salvage yards that were closer to me just to help me out. It says a lot about a company that is willing to help the customer even if they can't sell anything. I wish they had what I needed because this is the kind of folks I feel comfortable doing business with . Top notch service!

I was told the fender I bought was in perfect condition, but when it arrived it had deep scratches through the paint like razor blade marks. When I contacted them, all they said was that it’s a junkyard and parts won’t be perfect. Completely misleading and unprofessional.

Hello, I am a certified ASE master tech (my profession) in Bloomington, Indiana. In my shop, I'm currently working on my sister's 2012 Land Rover Range Rover HSE due to needing a replacement engine for nearly a year now. She lives in Georgia and she had the vehicle shipped to me. I sourced a used motor, with a 1 year warranty, for her from Benzeen Auto Parts's EBay webpage. She purchased the unit months ago, and it has sat for months on a pallet. I've just recently been able to work on it. I noticed immediately when unboxing the motor that the engine had been in a fire due to all the melted plastic and the fire extinguishant residue. This was never disclosed by the seller. I inspected the rest of the unit using a camera, and the inside of the motor seemed healthy. I went ahead and installed the unit. The widely used Alldata labor guide called for nearly 30 hours to remove and install. I completed the install and tried to fill the cooling system. I found that the entire right side of the motor had a severely blown head gasket. I found coolant in the cylinders after a pressure test. At this point, the engine had not once even an attempt to start or turn over. I then called the Benzeen internet sales dept. the following Monday (2 days later). At first, they were helpful and willing to make up for the inconvenience by paying for a portion of the repair. I did not want to have to remove this unit and send it back which they acknowledged. They directed the issue to their warranty company. I spoke to a gentleman at the warranty company and told/gave him the photos and info he needed. He said he notified Benzeen for more info. After two business days, they did not respond to him. He told me to try calling "Leo" directly at Benzeen. I attempted to call them about 5 times in total. I received a voicemail and tried to respond but to no avail. I left another voicemail and have heard no response in 2 days. I'm extremely upset and helpless. I finally get a response back from them 3-4 days after writing to the Better Business Bureau of California. I was then called by gentleman named Adam I believe, who let me know I'd be receiving written a check for the amount of $3500 in no more than 2 weeks which matched the estimate for the head gasket repair I provided previously. After 2 weeks passed and no check, I received a notification that Benzeen had written back to the BBB instead and had COMPLETELY changed the story and lied on my behalf to the BBB stating that I was not willing to return the engine I bought from them and that I used their unit to rebuild mine and all of the above. What a COMPLETE LIE. I had to respond to the BBB and let them know that this was completely false. I'm still waiting on a response. I want this business SO BADLY TO BE EXPOSED FOR THE SCAM ARTISTS THAT THEY ARE. Not backing up any of their statements from their employees and telling complete lies to benefit them instead of pleasing customers. DO NOT HAVE ANY DEALINGS WITH THIS COMPANY. SAVE YOURSELF!

One of the worst places I could have bought a part from. Benzeen had a rocker moulding I needed at a great price. I ordered the part monday the sales rep cody said it would be ready tuesday/wednesday that was find by me the car was done just waiting for the rocker moulding. I can thursday asked where the part is they say oh we couldn't pull two of them and I would get it friday. It's friday now and the rocker moulding just missed the truck to rancho Cordova it's going to be here monday. I was told 1-2 days to get it now it's going to be a week.

I contacted this company from ebay about s part they had. Mike was extremely helpful & provided me with all the info I needed. I highly recommend ordering from this company, as they were the only ones who had the part I needed at a reasonable price. Thx team, I lool forward to doing businuess with you again!

After looking almost everywhere for a hood and fender in white I was lucky to come across benzene auto parts. Both parts would’ve cost me north of $700 but they worked with me and sold both parts for $600 out the door. I’ll definitely be coming back here if I need any parts for my q50

⭐ 1-Star Review for Benzeen Auto Parts (Sacramento, CA) I ordered a part from Benzeen Auto Parts and received the wrong one. I contacted their customer service right away, but they refused to accept the return even though the mistake wasn’t mine. The process has been very frustrating — I followed all the rules listed in their own return policy, but they didn’t honor it. I expected better communication and accountability from a company that claims to stand behind its products. Be very careful when ordering — double-check every detail before purchasing, because getting support afterward is difficult. The The sales person name was Larry. He was very rude and he blocked my phone number also.

⭐ Untrustworthy and unprofessional business — be very careful. I called this shop and bought parts from them on August 12th. They told me the parts would arrive by Wednesday, but the delivery came a week late. When I finally received them, the parts were damaged. I contacted the shop, and they said they would send replacement parts the following week, but those replacements never arrived. When I called again, they said they couldn’t send another delivery to pick up the damaged ones, so we agreed that I would keep the parts and they would give me a 50% refund as compensation. It’s now been almost two months, and I still haven’t received that refund. Every time I call, I get the same excuses — “accounting issues,” “it’ll be processed soon,” etc. I even tried to reach their accounting department several times, but they never respond. This business has shown a complete lack of honesty and accountability. They make promises, don’t follow through, and ignore customers once they’ve been paid. If you value your time and money, stay away from this shop. They do not stand behind their products or their word.

Update: I finally got my refund, after writing the review and about 2 weeks later…… Had really bad experience here, maybe used to be a good company, right now too much business and don’t care about customers anymore. They will agree with give you all hardwares before paying, when you go pick up the parts, no bolts or hardwares will be included. And another thing is about the refunding, agree to refund around 200 dollars and 10 days passed nothing appeared, called them and got all kind of excuses. When they charge your money it’s very fast. If I can not get my money back, I will report this business

Worked with Cody on my purchase and everything went smooth he was very helpful and made the process easy. Problem comes when trying to get a warranty replacement, purchased my engine on Aug 7th 2024 sent in everything they asked for and have an email confirmation that the warranty request was received on July 27th 2025 so inside the year warranty. Never hear anything back until I reach out to Cody to find out what is going on. The warranty manager Leo tells Cody he called me and told me the engine was out of warranty which never happened so I get Leos number so I can call and discuss it with him but when I call I get sent to straight to VM leave a message no return call 3 weeks later call back call again straight to VM ask to speak to a manager get sent to the same phone number I called and to VM again. Update.....9/15 So Leo finally does call me back tells me that the warranty claim wasn't put in until Aug 11th 2025 which is a lie because I have the email receipt. Once I tell him this he says well you didn't put the engine in for 10 months so the warranty is not valid. No where in any documentation does it say the parts have to be installed in any certain amount of time I tell him this and he says " Can't help you" and hung up. In response to the below response where in any documentation does it say parts must be installed within a certain timeframe? And what do you mean lack of documentation? I sent in an invoice for the work performed just like your process required.

Nightmare to get a refund. Purchased a frame. Upon arrival frame was cut up and damaged. Agree to give 50% discount. 10 months later find out they never issued the refund. Now calling for 2 weeks and getting all kinds of excuses and transfers around. So far no refund.

I purchased an ABS pump from Benzeen Auto Parts. Unfortunately, the shipment did not include all required parts, making the item unusable. I contacted the company multiple times and was told I would be sent a return shipping label, but I never received one. Each time, I was given the same promise, but nothing was ever followed through. At this point, I have been left with an incomplete order and no resolution. This is unacceptable business practice. A company should stand behind its products and make returns/refunds straightforward—especially when the error is on their side. I am still waiting for a full refund and for them to honor their own return/warranty policies. Until they fix this, I cannot recommend purchasing from them.

Will not refund core charges after brining notified several times that the core is ready. Was told I would get a call back and never did. The supplied part and delivery was fine but the customer service on core follow up is non existent. Only use Benzeen as a last resort.

Worst experience ever with a junkyard or parts company. This company just lies over the smallest details. Tells me they have to pull a part and that’s why it took so long. I paid for overnight shipping and instead got a guy that dropped off a broken part three days later. The guy with all the bad reviews for his company is ridiculous. Disputing this with my bank. Don’t bother reaching out. I requested a refund and got your voicemail after. What a waste of time, do not recommend.

7/15/2024 The company finally reached out to me, and made a resolution that was adequate for the trials and tribulations I had to deal with. I appreciate the effort. ***Update*** I have left Sam multiple emails and he finally responded after resending the same one three times, finally got a response with the phone number I called it. Nobody answered, I text messaged no response. I even Facebook messaged him and did not get a hold of him or his co-owner partner or brother? When a business response/replies they should have a good follow through, not this place, it’s just a tactic to get people to think the reviewer is lying. Looks like I’m at the point of contacting my credit card company. A few months ago I setup a delivery to replace my 2005 2500 dodge ram rear axle and the leaf springs, I provided all the information to get a proper replacement on the rear end which was 3.73 with limited slip/ posi traction. When the parts were delivered I received one leaf spring ( should have gotten two). I called back and had to pay another 75 dollars for the leaf spring and would not deliver for free. The following Saturday I installed the rear end in the truck and changed the fluid, I noticed it was an open differential. No one was in the office when I called because it was the weekend. Monday morning can around and I was informed they would pickup the rear end and drop off a replacement. The day they were gonna deliver it changed then I was advised the following day the axle/ rear end was bent. I was told they would not provide me a refund or partial refund because “that was the best price” and some other stuff. Not the customer service I am proud of and just disappointed with the salesman.
