My Man Breeze changed the tire on my Highlander like a pro. It’s nice to know there’s roadside assistance guys who are respectful and know what they’re doing AND show up in a timely manner.

The driver Breeze was very nice and informative of how he would be in contact throughout the tow to the dealership.

Breeze was great! friendly and courteous. i usually get a guy from Tonys when i need help and they have all been fantastic

AAA said they would be here in 45 minutes but he actually got here in about 10 minutes. He was very very professional and courteous. I definitely give him a five star review.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars for Andre. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very nice. When we reached my destination he gave me a few minutes to make space for my car since I knew it’d be sitting for a while waiting for repairs. He then backed it down the long driveway like a pro. Very courteous and outstanding service. 100 stars.

Anytime I've needed roadside (frequent the past 2 years), Tony's is often assigned to provide my service and I'm always relieved because i knows I'm in good hands. Everyone has always been helpful and efficient and quick. Today i was greeted by Raul, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and very fast. I always have perfect service with kind and friendly technicians every time. 10/10 always recommend!

Literally worst customer service ever. Call and tell them I have a broke down truck. Guy replies “ you know this is tow service” I’m like yeah, I need a tow. He goes it’s 85 to hook it up and $10 per mile. I’m like ok. Can you tell me a total. He’s like you don’t know how far your truck is form your shop?” I’m like no most companies ask for where the truck is and where it’s going and then give me a total. Guy tells me to add the miles up and figure out myself.. there is plenty of other towing companies, screw this place.

I’m not sure why there would be any negative reviews for this business. My car broke down at my home so I called AAA to have it towed to my mechanic. I had someone to my home within 30 minutes. He was very nice and careful with my car. I would recommend this business for sure. As a business owner myself I understand not all calls go as planned. It seems as tho people just look for things to be upset about these days. Treat people how you want to be treated and the service you get will match. Thank you!!

It isn't always a fun time when you need to be towed, but Tony Auto Center exceeded my expectations. Firstly, the agent showed up within 10 minutes of the estimated arrival. He greeted me and immediately got my car loaded up. There were no damages because he handled the whole process with care. (My transmission went out so i couldn't drive only reverse) Also, I live in apartments with difficult parking, so I said he could just leave my car on the street, but he insisted he could drive my car in reverse into my assigned parking spot, and he did! Thank you so much!

I’d like to tell you that it was one of the most horrible experiences that I have ever had with a towing company in my entire life. The company called me 4-5 times confirming more and more information and didn’t bother to dispatch a driver for more than 30 minutes after the call to AAA was made. Leading the tow to not arrive at the scene of the accident until an hour and thirty minutes after it had occurred. Leaving my automobile in the middle of heavy traffic. When the driver finally arrived not only was he rude and insistent that we take the car to his lot instead of where it needed to be so it could be repaired. He also demanded we leave the scene of the crash while he loaded the car. When we tried to provide him with directions to where the car needed to go he was adamant that he knew where the car was going, and then proceeded to take it to the wrong place. Leading to another tow on our AAA record in order to fix his mistake as the company insisted that we were in the wrong and would not take any responsibility. The whole company and everyone we spoke to was incredibly rude and took no accountability for their horrible service.

I broke down in the worst possible situation last evening and a long way from home. I was extremely blessed to have Leo show up to help me and tow my car back home to be able to do the repairs. He couldn’t have possibly been a better representative for the company. The kindest soul and so helpful in such a difficult situation. I hope to never go through a breakdown like that again; but if I do, I will pray that Leo is there to save the day. You could not be in better or safer hands than his care! My car was towed recently in Palm Springs. I am from Northern California and did not notice where I had parked was illegal as the sign was not apparent. My car was towed and since it was past 6:00 pm on Friday, Ortega very indifferent and not helpful answered the phone and told me that I could only get my car back the next day and to call after 9am to setup an appointment. When I called after 9am he told me to be there at noon. I was much before noon and a guy showed up who said he cannot do the paperwork and needed the secretary to come in. The secretary shows up nearly 40 min later and we complete the paperwork. I was shocked by the outrageous bill. I have never had my car towed as I am very careful where I park and I think its daylight robbery for these towing companies to get away with crushing innocent people. I am going to take it to Better Business Bureau and small claims court. This is NOT RIGHT for these companies are scamming people.

I have AAA and my dad had a flat tire right after Hurricane Hillary and Tony's showed up within the hour and put his spare on the car and we were able to get to a tire place. The tech was very nice and listened to our concerns and was able to settle our worries. Thank you for your help during a time of turmoil.

After driving in from out of town and having such a busy day and a long drive, I completely forgot to gas up my car and was stranded on the side of the road. Weather was so hot there were extreme weather warnings being issued. I called triple AAA and they called in a local auto service rep for me. Olman V. from Tony’s Auto Center showed up lightning fast and even had some complimentary water bottles. Filled up half a gallon and had me on my way to the nearest gas station within minutes. As you can imagine I was so grateful. Great customer service.

Amazing service! Had car trouble and had two techs come out and help me! Jose and Andres were both amazing and accommodating! I had my two kids with me and they made sure to get there fast! Thank you Tony’s auto center and your staff for coming through in 115° degree weather.

Yesterday my dad and his ill wife needed a tow. I called Triple AAA who assigned this company. By far the rudest person who was answering the phone between 4-6pm needs customer service skills. He told us for 2 hours that someone would be on the way, it was 114 degrees outside with a diabetic senior citizen. I got frustrated and finally told him that he had been telling me the same thing for 2 hours, he proceeds to put me on hold for 10 minutes. 10 minutes I had to call back, he then tells me he cant provide service due to him not having a driver. Wasted 2 hours of my life by lying to me and then proceeds to tell me to put his name on this review. Based on the lack of professionalism and reviews here please stray away from this company. A & C towing was there within minutes. I will file a formal complaint with Triple A and contact the owner directly this week because its no one here cares about their customers.

I waiting 2 hours in 100* weather. Called AAA back and was told that we refused service. I contacted Tony's direct and they said they didnt know what AAA was talking about and a truck was due to arrive shortly. The truck arrived and said he couldn't tow my little mini work truck because it's commercial. Although, if I paid him $95 and $10 per mile it was no problem. I refused to be taken advantage of and said NO. I called AAA back and they sent ADVANCED TOWING. ADVANCED TOWING was there within 20 minutes. Loaded my Truck without issue and saved us. I just want to say I'm thankful for ADVANCED TOWING A honest company who cares about clients stuck in 100* weather just needing the help we pay for with AAA. Thank you ADVANCED TOWING

Raul from Tony's was at my location under 10 minutes when I expected to wait an hour. He was quick, efficient, super knowledgeable, and gave me a 5 star recommendation for a new tire. Thank you so much for changing my flat and getting me back on the road.

Had a blow-out on the freeway this morning. Eddy came out and was courteous, kind and quick while changing my tire on the freeway. It wasn’t the safest situation and Eddy helped ease my nerves. I appreciate his excellent communication and prompt service. Eddy saved the day!

I requested a tire change through AAA from this company and it was the most unprofessional and discourteous service I've received a long time. They took hours to get to me and kept lying to me telling me that they were going to be there in 10 minutes even though it took over 3 hours total. If AAA ever matches you to this company, I would suggest asking them to use a different company immediately unless you're okay with waiting an indeterminate amount of time with people lying to you as to how long that time will be.

We had a major tire blow out on a travel trailer at a dangerous location of I-10 with fast-moving traffic and not a lot off room off the shoulder. Eddy from Tony's Auto Center to the rescue! He arrived on scene very shortly after our call to AAA, and immediately put us at ease that he was going to take care of us. He had the spare on within just a few minutes, then guided us back into the whooshing freeway traffic - a potentially dangerous situation for him and us and anyone oncoming! Eddy then followed us off the nearest offramp to check the rest of our tires. For a not-great situation, it was the best experience and outcome because of Eddy's superb service and demeanor. He is a gem!

Tony Auto Center are breeding heartless staff. AAA pays them to tow clients to their destination. They like to decline service just because I wasn’t present upon arrival to show my membership . I called it for a cousin that lives in the area. Unfortunately I was in LA at the time so it was impossible for me to go. I wasn’t going to let them stay stranded. This young punk named Jose refuse to take the call because we had not presented the membership. I’m a business owner myself. I respect his loyalty to company policy but you guys are in a line of helping people in need. A true business that wants to succeed will seize every opportunity to provide their service. It really bothered me to have to hear he couldn’t accept the call. This company is unacceptable. They don’t care about helping others. They should just go out of business if that’s their mindset. It starts from the top and it trickles down. The mindsets the culture needs to be changed if you want to succeed in any industry of service. I don’t blame Jose. It’s not his fault it’s the leadership telling him what to do. Jose if you’re reading this, you should also know what the right thing to do is and help people bro. I’m sorry if I hurt your feelings hopefully you think about this the next time someone desperately needs assistance, God is watching. Everyone deserves a chance.

Eddy arrived within a matter of minutes after I called for help with my dead battery. He was very helpful and efficient, explaining what he was doing the whole time, and was very professional and polite. My car was up and running in no time. I'm very pleased with this service and highly recommend.

Driver cancelled pickup without notifying me. I ended up having to request roadside assistance again through triple a and had to call multiple times afterwards to make sure a driver was en route. In all waited a total of 4 hours for a simple tow to a tire shop.

I didn’t catch the name of the gentlemen who towed me tonight. but let me tell you, he was AWESOME!! i was so shaken up from a minor accident that popped my tire and ruined my bumper, he made me feel so so much better. He had such an awesome attitude it quickly helped me calm down and relax from what was the scariest driving situation i’ve been through yet. He was very quick to get me as i was stuck in the median of the freeway and safely drove me to mountain view to drop me and my car off. I wish i got his name so I could rave it here. The tow was right before 8pm west of the I-10 hopefully this can help identify him and get him some brownie points!!

I’ve used the company through AAA twice for the same issue (battery), although it was USA Towing the first time and this time its Tony’s Auto Center. Not sure if they changed names or ownership. Anywho... the first time was not a good experience. Long story with replacing my old battery with a new AAA battery. Different techs came out on 2 occasions and it was just a mess BUT... under Tony’s Auto Center, it was somewhat better. The tech, Maezz Khalid was nice. He apologized for taking longer to get to my call but it was fine, I was in no hurry. He was polite to my son and got us a new AAA replacement battery for the one they had put in just three months before. Overall I’d say they were better than before. I hope they continue on a positive incline. I’d definitely try them again.

I had a recent experience with this company as part of a AAA service call. I was beyond pleased when Connor arrived after a short wait time (six minutes). He was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly with a heart of service to help. Conner explained he was going to check my alternator to make sure it wouldn't drain the new battery, test the old battery to see if it would hold a charge. It wouldn't and then install a new battery with a six year warranty. It was all good and I was happy to be on the road again after a short while. The part I was most impressed with, was after he finished putting everything back in order, he asked if I wanted him to check the tires. I said yes after being surprised at this level of service.Turns out all of my tires were very low. This is a very sweet young man who wanted to help, not because I asked but because this is who he is. It warmed my heart to see him take the initiative to go out of his way and do the best job he could, not just do the least and get out of there. If you ever have a chance, please ask for Connor.
