Joseph couldn't have done a better job helping me with my situation. Like a pro, without any hesitation, he jumped right on it and we figured it out. He wasn't bothered or anything; he was just willing to help. I recommend O'Reilly's just because of their customer service
I would give no stars if I could. I own a business in the state of Arizona. And came here to visit my nephew in the intensive care unit at desert regional. Upon arrival, my serpentine, belt tensioner broke and I walked 33 minutes to this store. The heavy set guy standing in the aisle. See me, walk in and had me standing at the counter. For way longer, then I anticipated while he and the female employee argued over who was going to help me. After I started walking out, he decided he wanted to help me.I told that's okay.I don't wanna put him out. I went to autozone and found what I needed and a cheaper price anyway
I had a misfire on my vehicle and went to store #4665. The manager trini and Jose were extremely helpful. They recommended a coil pack replaced an they recommended a mobile mannic an got my coil pack replaced was extremely happy with the service will go back again thanks trini an Jose p

I was shopping online for an idler arm bracket and found one for 86 on amazon. Shipping would take a while, so I decided to price it out at O'Reilly since I know they carry a selection of oem parts. It was 150, but I wanted to support the company and fix it the same day. Turns out when I removed the bracket, nothing was wrong with it, and it turns out the idler arm was bad. I went to return the item and pick up the arm instead, but the lady there was completely disrespectful, condensending, rude, and absolutely repulsive with her attitude when I did absolutely nothing wrong. I was in a great mood that day, too. I never used or installed the bracket. I only opened the package to inspect it before I removed the old one. She stood there complaining about it all and pretty much wanted to reject the return even though it didnt even have a single scratch on it. She ended up returning it through the warranty as a defective item when it was never used. Still have not seen the money hit my account yet. I hate to do this but im sticking with autozone and Amazon and other autopart stores. That was absolutely pathetic.
I am in town with my Tia to help my cousin settle back in after military training. His car was in storage and needed a new battery. Jose was very helpful in replacing the battery and provided friendly and efficient service.
I tried to return a product that was not needed afterall. I paid cash for item but misplaced the receipt. The item was 13.99. I entered Store and Joseph immediately helped me. He was friendly enough but said they couldn't return product without receipt no if ands or buts. I know this is probably a chain issue due to the massive amounts of theft. I've been a dedicated customer and the size and weight of the item will tell you it's near to impossible to steal this 13.99 item. No credit, nothing was offered to me. I left the item with Joseph anyways because I have no need for this item. I know it's not his fault but because of this interaction I will only do business with Autozone next door.
I have a duck billed platapus of a truck. The one they quit building because nobody wanted it. I did. Now I know why they don’t. I have a Nissan Titan XD. Diesel 5.0. Bad ax motor. However it had been plagued with problems with the top end and turbo. After those issues were resolved now it’s maintenance time. Oil changes, batteries and everything else like brakes. This place has all the stuff I have needed. Their online shop even tells you what is compatible with your vehicle! Saved my bum by helping find the best ATF for my vehicle. They have a veterans discount !
Sold me fuel injections that were wrong for my car and wouldn’t take them back stating they were special ordered; but it was their computer that said they were correct for the car.
I consulted with a mechanic friend and he confirmed the right injectors needed.
Moving my business elsewhere to Auto Zone.
I had actually planned on just going to auto zone but since oreillys was right next to it and didn't look as busy I came here I purchased a 16 oz of slime not the pressurized can but the one that says it'll last 2 years. I set the puncture at 6 o clock and proceeded to let all the air out of my tire per the instructions, once all the air was out I removed the stem valve and attempted to fill my tire with slime however I couldn't get any slime into the tire . After multiple attempts I gave up and just tried to air the tire back up but was unable to as the tire wouldn't take any air at this point. I'm assuming by allowing all the air out per the slime instructions I pinched something shut that will now have to be repaired im sure so i just swapped it out with the spare. I attempted to return the slime but was met with a "well did you use it?" Hand on hip kind of attitude. I replied i tried but it wouldn't work. Which i was met with a "wouldn't work and dont know how to use it are two different things." I said maam I followed all the instructions on the bottle. Her reply was "well that's not a product problem you have a defective tire and you didn't use the right one you have a truck this is for little tractors" i just got the 16 ounce instead of the 32 oz that still doesn't have a picture of a truck on it lady lol just a little tractor. And i asked the cashier first before i bought it if it would work and he said it should. you dont even know your own product its the same thing. I asked if it was really worth a customer? to which they said " we can't take that back" so I walked out saying have a good night. I wont be going to a O'REILLYs anywhere again. Good job guys. ? could have just wrote it off as defective and refunded my 20 bucks but instead insulted me and demonstrated your lack of knowledge about your own products. Little tactor lol

Tried to make a return due to the wrong part being ordered. The Three Stooges working at 5pm thought it was funny that they had no physical money to do a rerun and suggest to come back the following day at noon. This used to be a great store but it’s my final time going here and I’ll tell as many as I can to go to Autozone or Amazon.
I had the best experience today at this local store. The manager Trini is absolutely the best. She went out of her way to help me. She helped me learn about my auto issue.
I was having problems with payment with my virtual card. And the employees were just gossiping about another customer that comes in and is always returning instead of focusing on my problem which was it kept declining instead after the fourth time she said I will just have to ring everything all over again with the tone. So I'm going to AutoZone which next door and bought exactly what I needed and had no problem.
Their wine section is amazing. Use the vino app to pick the best wine value. Some things here are very reasonably priced, others are not. You have to dig. For example you can find some supervalues on certain cheeses, hummus, etc. Also they have some spirits there that are the lowest prices I've seen for liquor.
Outstanding Customer service.
Brandon helped me find my battery, replaced it and wouldn't accept a tip. Truly wonderful staff and welcoming environment. I would always go to Auto-Zone. Their next door neighbor!! But I think I found my new parts store. Auto-zone has refused to put wiper blades or a batttery in the past. Big thanks for the help as i can't lift it. He found it, replaced it all in the matter of 20 minutes!!! Outstanding! Good job guys. keep up the good work, big thanks everyone
Absolutely wonderful experience from employees. Purchased replacement windshield wiper blades. Employee installed them during heavy downpour with hail and lightning. I said I could wait but they insisted they could help me out knowing that I had an appointment to go to.
Purchase new windshield wiper blades they will install them for free in the parking lot.
This is why I only go to this auto part store...
My car battery was dead, so I went in to have it charged/evaluated.
The associate who helped me explained that their machine was currently unplugged, but would just give me a BRAND NEW battery if it was under warranty.
I didn't' have my paperwork, but he took the time to look up my purchase.
Long story short is I walked out with a brand new battery for no charge! On top of that, my original warranty isn't void. It's still good for the reminder.
Auto Zone is across the parking lot. Don't bother. They are rude. Trust me, I speak from experience.
I recently had some car battery issues while I was filling up at the Arco station near O'Reilly's. I must say I was blow away by the young man Ryan who works here. He quickly came out to my car, and was able to diagnose the problem. It was not the alternator or the battery (just yet) but rather the battery hook up and some corrosion damage. His gracious attitude and kindness to fit the problem himself saved me time and money. I will be back to. Thank you Ryan! (Give him a raise)
Kudos to Curtis. We drove across the desert in 115 degree heat and our car was overheating. Curtis looked at our car, determined it was low on coolant and helped us fill it up. He then gave us an extra gallon of water just in case. Great customer service! Thank you!
