I saw the reviews were bad but went for it anyway. It was actually a nice experience. The owner is not overwhelmingly friendly but he is a genuine guy. With the coupon, it’d $48 in cash or $50 with card. I got there when they open and he did everything in 15min. Quick and professional. Did not try to sell me anything. Price is transparent. I would recommend this place.
DO NOT take your car here!!! If you have zero knowledge, they will rip you off. My mother in Law just went with a check engine light, and instead of educating her that the test would fail, they went and did the test to charge her. They also just sent her off with no solution but to bring back to retest and charge her again. As you can see on the previous reviews, they just apologize and keep being rudely disrespectful and crooks. They do nothing to mend the relationship and continue to take advantage of people. Will report License EO149742 to the BAR for shading business if this is not rectified.
In my opinion, this is the worst smog check place I have ever been to. Guy actually threatened to call the police when talking about the results. He seemed more interested in watching his videos than helping a customer.
First of all, this man needs to learn proper basic etiquette, he is very rude as well as a scammer. Although I showed him the coupon he charged me full price saying initially my car is a SUV and when I pointed out to him that the price only $10 more for SUV then he changed his word and said I showed him the coupon after I asked for the price and now it is too lake. I showed the coupon which is by the way on his website! I think he puts the coupon only to bait and switch and when I told him that that is not right and I will file complaint he said" I don't care"
Got SCREAMED at by mechanic for asking questions. I just moved here from out of state where emissions tests are completely different processes, and was just curious where to park my car and whether to leave it on. On top of that, the mechanic used a bait and switch to try to overcharge for the smog test when advertised for cheaper online. What a joke
Don't bring your car performance car here. Brought my m3 in for a smog, he immediately told me I failed because of how it sounded; My car only has a muffler delete, which is completely legal. I made him look under the car and he is so incompetent at his job he apparently doesn't know what resonators and catalytic converters look like. So he still said I failed.
I went down the street to another shop and passed with no issues.
Double FF more like it waited 30 minutes was told I was next then the rep helped another person and said he forgot about me terrible service and a waste of time.
Very fussy guy, no appointments or guarantee of service as he closes at random hours in the evenings. Took the car twice at 4:30 PM and again 3:15 PM still he can't smog it. Not going back ever again .... unprofessional!
Does not honor coupon and pricing listed. Rude, rude, rude to costumers. This is the guy that will stick a rag in your tailpipe and tell you don't pass smog. DO NOT GO HERE!!
Wouldn’t smog my car because I replaced the engine… it’s a stock replacement from the factory. If you’re unable to literally do your job then close shop instead of making me drive all the way down to you.

The price is actually 60$ cash for smog, even with the coupon. They charge $3 more for using a card. The tester, when shown the coupon was adamant about having you call the owner, and having him approve a lower price. Super rude with an bad attitude. I do not recommend this place at all super shady and not honest upfront. Who know what someone dishonest will do with your car when ur not looking just because….
Would not honor coupon at all. Wanted to charge more. Terrible service. Wanted to charge me $70. Far above coupon prices. Did not honor or go over any prices...his response is fake and not truthful. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
Don't waste your time even if your car meets the criteria for the smog check coupon. I brought in my 2011 Lexus IS 250 only to be denied the coupon. It was only $10 more without the coupon but I do not want to give my money these bait and switchers.

This business will not honor the coupons they advertise on their website. when the coupon was presented to employee, he immediately dismissed it as fake and indicated the business had no coupons. The coupon does not state it must be presented before invoice, only that it must printed or mobile. They will charge you full retail. I will not be going back to do business with them!!!
If you pass and decide to use the online coupon, it is CASH ONLY and $38. If you don't, it comes out to $40- so overall well priced (for my 4 door nissan sentra). The guy there was nice and even gave me pointers about my car's engine and problems he tends to see with my particular car/engine type. Seems like he genuinely likes to work with cars. The test only took about 10/15mins. Highly recommend.
Just had a terrible experience here with the technician Hung Nguyen. After coming back twice (1st time I got there there was a wait, no big deal, I went to run an errand, 2nd time he told me he forgot to calibrate his machine so it would be another 30 minute wait. I should have left then, but ran another errand and came back) I knew my older car (a '98) would take a while so I sat down with my book to wait. While waiting Hung asked what I did. When I replied that I was a teacher he began talking about how we should have metal detectors at school and how shootings would never happen at private schools. He went on to talk about how much better private school were, how school shootings would never happen in Vietnam, how the shooter in Florida would probably get off because his lawyer would argue the shooter was "mental" and how a coach died because he took a bullet for his students. Never once did I mention I worked at a public school. I answered his ranting with one word answers for the most part and repeatedly tried to go back to reading my book. I tried not to engage him but admittedly defended my school when he started talking about how public school teachers only know their students and principles at public schools are never outside monitoring their school. As a dedicated public middle school teacher this conversation was incredibly upsetting, offensive and inappropriate. This was not a conversation I wanted to have with anyone, much less someone in the service industry. On top of this he tried to get me to go to an atm to get cash rather than take my credit card so I would have to pay the fee rather than him. I pushed back and he did eventually take my card.
I called to see what the price is for a smog check, and the man who answered started by asking what kind of car I have. Then he just got angry and started ranting that I was shopping around too much. He said I called someone. I couldn't understand everything he said because of his thick accent, but he said "I already told you it's $40!" Which he didn't because I hadn't called him before, and I certainly won't be calling him again, either.
I have always had a coupon for a few $$ less than the standard price and they have usually been able to take me when I drive in, no waiting. Been using them for 5 years, pass my check & don't have to wait very long. Paperwork is sent directly to DMV so I can just go to AAA and pay my tags the same day. Would and have recommended them to others.
Went on a Saturday afternoon and was very quick. Told them about issue with my car that caused it to fail last time it was checked. Seating area nice too!
This location grossly overcharged for a smog check, refused to accept a web coupon specifically for that location ($30 smog check), and charged a different price than what was displayed on the sign. All in all the triple digit bill to test a compact car was not quoted until after the test was complete. I would highly advise against testing any car here.
