I brought my car here to diagnose an annoying chirping noise. The mechanic Carlos and the manager Marc diagnosed it to need a new cam shaft. They said it would cost $2,600. They also gave me quotes for some bodywork which were way overpriced! My husband did some research and found a YouTube video that said the chirping noise could be from the spark plugs not being torqued properly. So my husband fixed it by torquing the spark plugs properly. It never needed a new cam shaft for $2,600!!! They charged me $75 to diagnose the car. I asked for my money back and they said they would send it but never did. This business does not know how to diagnose problems and completely overcharges for issues that don't even need to be done. BEWARE!!!

Marc is someone that I have used 3 times in the past year. After this last repair I joked that I hope I don't see him for a while. Marc does a great job at a fair price. He communicates well and fixes your car without breaking the bank. I'm thankful to have found him and can highly recommend his work.

I called and spoke to Marc to replace the rear disc pads on my 2004 Ford 150. Marc gave me a next day appointment, I arrived and Marc promptly began replacing my pads. I enjoyed Marc's easy going personality and automotive knowledge. He gave me some great advice on how to improve my air-conditioning cooling ability. His pricing is very honest, fair and reasonable during a time where inflation is off the hook.

We had a fantastic experience working with Marc. He was very responsive and had great communication. He dealt with the tow truck driver as well as handled the details in connection with insurance and really made us feel as relaxed and comfortable as possible. Our car was fixed and delivered to us after having been washed. I highly recommend this auto shop. You won’t be disappointed!

This place was amazing! I had a huge dent on the hood of my car and tears in my bumper and grill. Marc was amazing, even coming to my place to see the car and give me an estimate. The price was fair and he was able to get my car back to me in 3 days and it looked brand new!

I had a flashing airbag light and went to Angeles to diagnose. Marc used his diagnostic tool and determined that there were no issues that required a repair. He didn't charge me for this diagnosis even though he spent around 20 minutes of his time to do this! He did some previous work for me on another issue I had with an airbag, and did a fantastic job at a great price. I highly recommend this business if you're looking for an honest company that performs great work at extremely fair prices!

I recently brought my 2011 toyota prius in to Marc for paint and body repair. I would just like to commend him on his price fairness, accurate quoting, professionalism, and the quality of his work. My car had significant paint fading, chipping, denting, etc., and he was able to cost-effectively restore my car to beautiful, shining condition. The dents were removed, chips and scratches either completely removed or very significantly improved, and the repainted sections look brand new. When I told him that I had some concerns about a part of the suspension as well, he informed me that his shop could also do that work and he gave me a very fair quote on that work, as far as I could tell from online research. He replaced the broken part and completely fixed the issue. I'm no longer embarrassed about the condition of my car, and I did not have to pay an arm and a leg thanks to Marc. I cannot recommend his shop highly enough!

Do not take your car here ever! He scams the system and used my insurance to come up and instead of getting me a new tailgate, he just tried to get the dent out and use bondo which the paint was unable to remain in tact and cracked 3 times he’s taken my car back and the same result, except this last time he kept my car and used all my gas driving it around and gave it back with a part of my engine missing and the tailgate with only primer and the same crack! He won’t return my calls and this has been over 2 years of waiting for it to be fixed properly! It’s unprofessional and rude! I will report him to my insurance for fraud! Beware! He is disrespecting by not making things right and ignoring my calls! I’m the customer! I don’t deserve this!

Had some fender damage on the front right side of my Mazda sedan. Marc gave give me cheapest quote of the 3 body shops I went to. He was quick to respond, giving me an accurate quote within the hour from some pictures and had my car fixed in 3 days. Solid small business that I recommend you give a shot for your body damage needs.

I was in a time crunch and needed a scratch/paint repair. Marc was able to accommodate this and at a very reasonable price. Highly satisfied with his work. Marc has been a godsend! He is highly professional and knowledgeable in automotive work. He was able to perform an oil change, complete an engine wash and clear my Mini Cooper's foggy headlights at a reasonable price and efficient manner. He is kind and patient with explaining what is wrong with your vehicle. He'll make sure to answer all your questions and won't try to overcharge you for unnecessary repairs. He is well connected with other professionals in the area (e.g., tire shops) and was able to provide me with referrals. Overall, my experience with Marc has been a positive one and I recommend him to family and friends!

I didn't want to tow my car only to receive a quote I couldn't afford, and Marc was willing to a virtual assessment. Marc gave me a quote that was reasonable, so I took my car there the next day. Marc told me my car would be ready within 4 days, and I was able to pick up my car on the fourth day as promised. Waited almost a month to write this review. My car is still running fine. Had my first accident a couple of weeks ago. I contacted my best friend to see if he knew any good auto shops and he highly recommended me Angeles Automotive. I met with Marc and he explained to me in great detail on what was going to be done to my car. After about a week and a half, I got my car back and it looks excellent. It's as if nothing ever happened. Marc keeps you updated on the status of your car and what is currently being worked on. He is very professional and very friendly and I would highly recommend him. I’ve never had to go to a mechanic so when I got into an accident i wasn’t sure where to go that would do a good job on my car. So my girlfriend recommended me to Angeles automotive and introduced me to the owner Marc. Super friendly and explained everything that needed to be done without sugarcoating anything. My car was expected to take about 2 weeks and they finished in less time which was great. Got my car back and they did such an amazing job! The car looked practically brand new! Thanks for doing an amazing job Marc! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for repairs from a great mechanic! Will definitely be bring back my car should any problems arise.

We found Marc on a whim after our spoiler fell off on the freeway. He let us come over right away to get an estimate. It was $450 less than what the dealership quoted us. He was fantastic with communication. The part came in quickly and had it installed in just an hour! Marc is just a great guy with a great work ethic and great customer service.

Marc was great with overall customer satisfaction. I came to him after being in a small accident and damaging my front bumper on my 2013 Scion TC. I read all the good reviews his shop had and I gave him a call. He was very helpful right from our first conversation and he not only helped with the insurance process, but he also kept me updated the whole time my car was at his shop. I was nervous when picking up my car, but when i saw it i was ecstatic! Everything from the paint job, the quality of work and the price was great and i was glad i chose his shop. The team at Angeles did an awesome job on my bumper and returned my car looking better than when i dropped it off! I would recommend him to family and friends. The mobile car wash "Huitz Mobile Car Wash & Detaling" also did a great job on my car, i was glad he left his business card in my cup-holder haha.

After finding this place on yelp I took my car over for an estimate. Water was dripping in the parking garage of my apartment and left big water stains on my car. When I called they told me to come over and when I got there was greeted by Marc who was very nice and helpful. He looked at my car and told me everything they were going to do and assured me they could fix it no problem. So a few days later I decided to make an appointment and called in the morning. I asked when the soonest appointment was, to my surprise he said to bring it in that afternoon! So I took it in later that afternoon around 2pm and spoke with Michael, who was also very nice and helpful, and he told me that it should only take about a day. So I went back to work and figured I would get it the next day but to my surprise around 6pm I got a text saying it was ready! So I headed on over and they showed me the car. It looked SO GOOD! They did an amazing job, even got out some older scratches on door. My car has never looked better. Between the great customer service and the great price I’m glad I didn’t go anywhere else. I plan on coming back for all of my car needs.

Marc and his crew did a great job fixing up my Honda after an accident, they really went the extra mile and replaced my tires and seat belt and even washed the car. They gave me a fair price and decent turnaround time. I will totally be going back if I ever need repairs like this again.

So happy I found Angeles Auto here on Yelp and his reviews are all on point. I had right fender damage and 1st place I called was a local auto repair place and got a quote which was just as high as my delectable my second quote was to Marc at Angeles I sent him pictures and info about my damage within an hour he responded with the complete price that was fair and straight shooters which I appreciate. I ask if I can drop it off and said yes and I did. Was so easy to find was greeted professional and my experience with Marc and his staff was kind and knowledgeable. It was ready to pick up and I was so happy look brand new again could not even tell there was damage Excellent work guys. Marc is great and the team did a fantastic job repairing the dent on the front of my car. They were efficient and were able to give me my car back in 3 days. This past July I was in a minor fender bender, which caused great damage to my front bumper. Although I have insurance I didn't want to report anything just yet because I was afraid my payment was gonna go up. So I looked around the area for quotes and checked out a few locations and wasn't pleased with what I had found. Some places were a bit pricey and looked sketchy. So then I decided to check out Yelp and the first place I came across was that of Marc's. It was a Sunday morning so I called to see if they were open and he quickly returned my call and told me I could stop by that very moment. Luckily it's near my area in Santa Ana so I decided to take my car in to be checked. He then gave me the total cost for the damages and told me he could have it ready to go within a week! And sure enough, it was ready by the weekend. Marc is great! He is trustworthy, knowledgeable and understanding. He is really helpful and takes good care of not just your car but you, the customer, as well. Since then I have gone back a few times for other issues my car has had and he keeps being helpful. I give this place a 5/5! Great customer service and outstanding results on the car.

I had my accords dents and paint done with Marc. He made it really easy! He's very flexible with his schedule and he also delivered the car to my house! Where can you get service like that! Amazing service and experience with this body shop. Marc was so helpful and understanding on our situation. I brought in a Mercedes gla 250 with a big dent on the door and a couple scratches on the bumper, also even threw in our mirror while at it. He gave us an amazing deal and worked with our insurance estimate. Checked out many places and I haven't seen a body shop as willing to work with us as Marc. I am very pleased with his service and experience that he has. This body shop is honestly my best recommendation. Been to a couple and none have put this amount of time and service on their customers. He even was willing to deliver the car, what else could you ask for. Going out of his way to work with our schedule and always updating me. I'd give an extra star if I could. Overall, an amazing experience.
