Was referred to fleet Manager Brandon He by a friend and bought a Corolla cross. Brandon was very responsive and gave me a good deal on the car. He was very friendly and attentive with superb customer service. Car was sold straight as is no aftermarket add ons like other dealers that scam you. Was picked up by the dealer and was given complimentary subway and coffee while I waited for my car to get ready. If you want a straight forward deal just ask from Brandon.

Where do I begin... I was given Anthony's number by my brother (who was honestly annoyed with all the questions I was asking him), when I was looking to get a new Toyota Land Cruiser. Anthony made the whole process, from start to finish, so semi less. Not only was he honest with me in what needed to bring to the "table", but he also told me that there was no such thing a "Nurse Rate APR" Something a friend of mine told me was a real thing. I love the fact, Anthony took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I was good with the options I was getting. I was very happy to leave the lot that day in my brand new Toyota Land Cruiser 2026

Edwin and Yong were really knowledgeable and helpful throughout the shopping/buying process. everything went very smoothly. edwin gave us an offer we could not drive away from. yong was honest about the options he'd recommend and not just trying to upsell us. I appreciate tustin toyota and have bought multiple cars from here. I love their large selection and large dealership! makes the wait for your car to be serviced not so bad. there is a subway inside, kid play area, quiet study area with cubicles, TV seating area, and many many small tables to sit at. I highly recommend this dealership if youre in the market for a dependable new or certified used car! Toyota is the best!

I brought my 2019 Rav4 Hybrid XLE for a few reasons, asked about the gas tank issue and was given a bs answer by the service advisor Shahram, that I know is incorrect. I had a critter get under my hood in a recent camping trip and it tore up the insulation and started building a nest on top of my engine. I called in advanced since I had already filed a claim with my insurance company and I assumed Toyota was best to replace and clean up given that it's their car. I requested for a rental before coming in and was told they would provide one and I'll be well taken care of. Well, I show up to my appointment and I was told they would not provide one or arrange for me to get one, I had to do that on my own. Even though there is an enterprise there I still had to walk across the street to arrange for a rental. When I got my car back, my insurance company paid to clean under the hood and I recently found they didn't clean it all out because part of the insulation was still on my engine. I expected better from Toyota. Given that they made over $4k for the work, I thought they would at least drive my car through their car wash. I'm glad I refused to have them replace my windshield, brakes and tires and took my business elsewhere for those things. I will not be returning to have my car serviced here.

Talk about quality service! Been shopping around and felt like every dealership was just playing games to see what they can squeeze out of me but once I got here to Toyota of Tustin I truly felt like Tarek Abdelmuti was here to help me and not his pockets. No back and forth games like "let me talk to my manager". Straight to the point, understood what I wanted from the beginning and went above and beyond to get it for me. Tustin Toyota has always been my go to place for a Toyota! That will never change. Adrian (Sales Advisor) and the manager at the time was amazing to work with! Nicole (Service Advisor) has been amazing to work with as well, above and beyond. Only giving 4 stars because my car, while beautiful, I've had to come in for service multiple times already for an issue that Toyota corporate can't seem to solve for me and suspension noises. Overall, a great team here. They will take care of you!

Purchased a remanufactured alternator from Tustin Toyota since it was the cheapest in the area and the original lasted 200k+ miles so I figured I should just stick with Toyota/Denso. The Toyota parts website makes it easy to order the correct part. The prices are also very reasonable. It ended up being slightly more expensive than Rockauto for the same part but with faster availability. When I put it in I knew it was defective out of the box because the battery light was dimly lit while running whereas it was not before. The voltage checked out OK but I was skeptical. I asked them if there was a warranty and they told me Toyota parts are covered for 1 year. I figured I might as well use it until it broke. 1 month later the alternator failed to charge my battery and left me stranded. I inquired about a warranty exchange, told them my symptoms and VIN number, and after some back and forth they agreed to replace the alternator under warranty. They let me know when the part was ready. All I had to do was to give them the defective part and they handed me the warranty replacement. I just put it in and viola, no more battery light.

Should've gone to another dealership. Started well, but sales turned into salesman and service along with customer service failed. Like all other sales people, they started nice and then not helpful. (Ashely) Online rep was nice until I questioned price. Told sales guy I was coming in, but was late. He then decided to text me saying he was ready and that he's waiting. Completely inappropriate, I basically gave him a sale! (Adam). Had scratches on my car, again rude service from assistant service manager Derrick) and the vendor they used. After all this, certain car issues were not fixed. This is after 3-4 times of taking it in. They told me first time was "goodwill" and this most recent time was "courtesy". All wrong words to use when my car should've never looked like this in the first place being a new car! "Customer service manager" who is supposed to help in this situation made this entire situation worse! (Mabel) DO NOT BUY FROM TUSTIN TOYOTA OR OREMOR AUTOMOTIVE"!

Excellent service from Cody and Hannah - start to finish. Cody helped identify the vehicle, check inventory and provide constant communication. Hannah helped us with the test drive and paperwork. Finally, Cody helped finish paperwork and handle final delivery. Zero pressure. No promises were made he couldn't keep. Definitely coming back for next purchase.

Tustin Toyota is the best Toyota dealership in the Socal area. Just bought a full package 2026 Camry SE this weekend and Leo Castillo offered us an unbelievable price that couldn't be beaten by any other dealership within a 75 mile radius. This dealership also doesn't charge dealer mark ups or add ons. Initially, we were expecting the car to arrive in early-mid January, but Leo went above and beyond and got us a similar Camry with all of the features we wanted and gave us an additional discount from the original price that we agreed on. Overall we are very impressed with the great prices, service, and communication. 10/10 recommend.

When it came time to discuss financing, Angel went above and beyond. He took the time to compare my bank’s APR and loan terms with the dealership’s options, ultimately helping me secure a much better APR and a loan term that fit my financial needs perfectly. I truly appreciated how transparent and helpful he was. I also had the pleasure of meeting his sales manager, Jose, who was equally professional and patient. I requested a quote online and Eddie Rodriguez from Tustin Toyota contacted me immediately thru email and call and we set up an appointment for the weekend. I requested a quote for a pickup truck with the options I had in mind. He showed me all the available cars and we checked them all out he told me all the available leasing options clearly and I signed the lease the same day. He was very patient and helpful during the process. While I was waiting for the finances he invited me to have lunch at the subway inside the dealer. This is the best dealer with coffee and subway and friendly staff. The service department is great too since I am a returning customer to Toyota and I remember they service for free for leased cars. Our car salesman, Ever was the best! Everything was so comfortable. My son and I were looking for a car and we felt very welcomed by everyone at this location. Tustin Toyota went above and beyond trying to help us out. They even brought the car to my home after we bought it. I appreciated the fact that everyone was so good to my son. Fist bumping and hyping him up on “buying his first car”. Multiple people asked if I was comfortable with going forward and explained any questions or concerns I had. Everything was simple. Test drive, paperwork, hand over the keys and we’ve been driving the car around ever since. I’d highly recommend this location to family and friends. I even called a few weeks later with extra questions about my warranty and they were great and explained how things worked.
