Good service, no hard upsell except brakes which I already knew needed replacing. Usually do those myself but price was so good I had them do it. Fast replacement quicker by far than if I had done it.

Ricardo was very helpful, thorough, and helped me to create a cost effective approach to servicing my car over time. I originally purchased tires for my 2021 Subi Outback at American Tire Depot 2 years ago. I returned to have my tires balanced and checked, as well as other car services that were needed. I needed to leave my car for the day and appreciated that Roberto was kind enough to give me a lift to my house. American Tire Depot did the work, as agreed upon effectively and in a timely manner.

I had a great experience working in American Tire Depot Newport Tustin Branch with an excemptional services given by Juan R. He was great from the very start up to the end.This is our second visit, the first was changing the Wheels with the great experincece we had before we decided to come back but this time is for our car maintenance. He did a great job again. JUAN R was very accomodating, helpful their services was great offering great discount with efficient work. I highly recommend American Home Tire Depot Newport Ave Branch in Tustin.

There was a slight hiccup when we changed our tires but when I spoke with the store manager Ricardo he made it right. He was eager to find a solution and willing to help. Ricardo made what could have been a bad experience into a positive one!

I went on American Tire Depot website, added 4 brand new tires to cart, and set an appointment. Today I dropped off my vehicle for a few hours and got the new tires installed. The process was extremely convenient. Also, great service. Thank you, Juan and team. I'll certainly recommend you to my family and friends.

I came in 10 minutes before closing on a Sunday to get a quote and recommendation for my tire had a nail. They informed me that they would have to take out the nail to evaluate the damage, but reassured me it would be no cost to patch it up. They were so kind to help me PAST their closing hours on their weekend, the service was super quick and they sent me off with a couple quotes if I ever decided to purchase new tires. I will definitely be coming back to this location for any future tire needs!

These guys are great at this location! Especially Cody! I have been working with another Tire Shop that gave me two wrong size tires on my vehicle And I’ve been trying to get on the phone with them for over an hour now they put me on several holds. I called this Shop one time and Cody picked up immediately and got me the tire that I needed by 4 PM today. He was able to do all of that in under five minutes! Great customer service

Booked an appointment for 1:00 PM and showed up on time, only to be told by the front desk that it would be a 2+ hour wait because they had “too many cars.” The staff member was rude and dismissive, showed no interest in helping, and simply blamed the call center for booking the appointment — as if that’s the customer’s problem. No apology, no attempt to find a solution, no care at all. If appointments mean nothing and walk-ins are prioritized, be upfront about it. I would not recommend booking an appointment here unless you’re prepared to waste half your day.

Juan was a fantastic help and made our day. We came in with a flat tire after getting towed and he was able to fit us in to replace it same day. He was friendly and gave us multiple options to pick what we thought was best. Pricing was reasonable and up front. Would recommend!

The left rear tire was leaking air. I took my car to America Tire Depot at Tustin for assessments of the damages caused by a nail punch. Juan was so calm and confident (vs i was stressed) to take control of the situation, he said "don't worry, we will take care of you..... either to patch the hole or to replace the tire. Today was a very busy day. Parking lot was almost full. One by one the cars get fixed. I waited about 40 minutes. Juan called my name. "Your car is done. We patched the hole and the patch will last as long as the tire itself." Total relief on my part. He asked me to sign a invoice with zero balance. I was puzzled to say "the workers are working for nothing??" He said: "no worries, if you trust us, bring your car to us next time for serious repairs, we will take good care of it." My impression of this shop is that they are competent, trust worthy and fair.

I had noticed that my tire was leaking air. I went to Big O Tires, in the area and three hours before they were closing and they turned me away. Their customer service was not very great. So in the parking lot very worried and concerned, I contacted American tire I spoke with someone at the dispatch office named Luis and he was so kind and checked with the local location. I was looking at and Ricardo helped me. He was so kind and caring and made me feel like I wasn’t a nuisance. They were quick and able to repair my tire for me! I would recommend them 100 times over. Ricardo had awesome customer service…

Ricardo and Roberto Were such a big help! They solved my car issue in less than an hour! Truly care about their customers and not just the money! Definitely coming back for any future car problems!

Went in for a tire leak, gave them my key, they moved my vehicle from original location then somehow wasnt able to turn back on. Asked me what was wrong with my key and car battery. Nothing I replied, the car was completely dead, not even able to unlock door with key fob. I had asked if they atleast fixed the tire and what they found, the tech replied "we havent even looked at it, how are we supposed to fix it we cant even get it started". Yeah that reply annoyed me, told the guy there was no need to get smart. Ricardo the "manager" came out was condescending, and unprofessional from the start. Told me the reason i brought the car and battery issue were 2 separate issues and he had nothing to do with it. Kept saying "I fix cars" randomly which was awkward. Finally I had to be the bigger person and ask if they can assist with getting the car turned on rather than standing out there trying to prove some type of point and turning it into a you know what typr of contest. Over 3 hours later, they jumped my car (battery to battery terminal) I drove off with the dashboard displaying the way it did in the picture attached but im sure thats now my problem to deal with too right? I didnt drive in with that display showing but left with it on. Rude and unprofessional.

Had a hole in my trailer tire. They couldn’t patch it. But needed a new tire. Initially seemed don’t have one available but then looked and found one. They even had a driver go get only 1 tire. I think they made nothing on it. But service was great. They even recommended the cheaper tire but was good. Definitely recommend. Oh and they were busy but did in a couple hours.

Horrible service... we were in an emergency and they lied to us twice just to fraud us. First guy said it would only take an hour and second guy pushed it out for another 2 hours and then the third guy comes and says that they didnt mean what they said ?!? And that it would take another 2 hours. Needless to say that trust and reliability are not followed here and we got out of there. Taking advantage of people when they are is a desperate situation is the worst you can do. For management, its the employer who was working here on Nov 26th. Do NOT recommend this shop for reliable fixes.

I dropped off a tire with a nail in the tread. They repaired it promptly, called me when finished, mounted and rotated my tires. All done efficiently and with politeness. Very pleased.

this was very bad place. My wife and 102 year old mother in law had to wait 3/2 hours for a single tire change. Management did not know how to evaluate his customers. This is only a 20 minute job. My wife and mother in law of 102 years should have not been made to wait 3 1/2 hours. They should have been brought in and got out quickly. This place or any of the other stores will not get my business again. Or ever.

Dropped off a tire on a Saturday with a nail on it and they had it patched up within an hour without an appointment. These guys are awesome!

Thanks a lot to all the guys at the Tustin/Newport Avenue location! My service experiences here have been great and I really like this location. They’re very friendly , professional and fast it was good experience all around!! I bought tires at this location previously and I got a flat fixed today no charge. Also they got me out of there much quicker than I expected. Definitely would recommend American Tire Depot and I will be back for all of my tire related needs! ?

I called for a tire patching and tire rotations.I ended up going in person so they were able to take a look at my tire and let me know if it was able to get patched. When I arrived they were very helpful and informative. I only waited for about 40 minutes to get my service done. I checked out once again they were very quick, informative and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location.

Anytime there’s an issue with my car I get nervous. The 2 tires on the left side were leaking air so I made an appointment at American Tire Depot in Tustin. I had 3 nails which they repaired free of charge which was so unbelievably nice. I will definitely be back for my car’s needs. Great experience!

I had a great experience at this tire center thanks to Jonathan. He was honest, helpful, and worked quickly to get me back on the road. I came in with a nail in my tire, and instead of trying to upsell me on something I didn’t need, he offered to plug the hole right away and even did it for free. It’s rare to find that level of customer service these days. I really appreciate the professionalism and integrity Jonathan showed, and I’ll definitely be coming back here for any future tire needs. Highly recommend!

Nothing but an amazing experience here. Juan, Ricardo, AND Jonathan helped me out with my very last minute valve issue. I called 5 minutes before showing up and they quickly got me in. I was a little skeptical at first because my first valve issue didn’t get resolved, so I wasn’t sure if this place would help me; but I can now see the difference in work. I am so glad this place was nearby and in such an easy place to find. I immediately told others how quickly I was helped and how happy I was with their service!
