Jason was very knowledgeable. Free inspection. He told me it’s not a safety concern however if the pulsation bothers me when I step on the brake me. It can be done in 2 hrs. The customer waiting area in Irvine was well equipped and comfortable. 🆑

Everything about my experience was 5 stars! The team kept me in the loop every step of the way with videos, photos, and a seamless approval and check out process. It was clear that the shop was busy but I never felt it because of how communicative the team was. Everyone was honest, trustworthy, professional, and overall this was an excellent experience. I wasn’t sure where to take my Volvo for work and didn’t want to take it to the dealer. It’s hard finding a repair shop where you don’t feel pressured to fix everything at top dollar. BUT, the staff were amazing, the price was reasonable and my car is all good. I feel super lucky and will be bringing my other car in to see if they can fix it.

Just had brakes and oil change here. It was a seamless experience from making an appointment to check in and pick up. There was very good communication from Jason with no surprises on the price. I will be using them again for sure.

These folks really know about customer service. They are kind, always eager to help, excellent hospitality (people go there to get their car fixed and are treated to a comfy lounge and treats!!), their prices are the best I can find. All that being said, the thing that always stands out the most is the human aspect. They relate to you and treat you kindly and with humanity. Again, we just go to get our car fixed but all these layers add up to a wonderful experience.

This place is amazing. I had an unfortunate problem with my beloved Jeep, and the team here did everything they could to make the experience as painless as possible. Jason in particular went out of his way to help me with my situation. I will certainly be returning for any vehicle needs going forward!

The guys are Euro Car Doctor are great! I've been going to their Irvine location for a few years, first starting with one car and then ultimately, taking all three of our vehicles to them for service. They are super professional, reasonably priced and always quickly turn our vehicles around after repairs the repairs have been completed.

I was extremely skeptical about getting service outside of Mercedes. These guys definitely exceeded my expectations. The level of service is the same as Mercedes in terms of both quality as well as customer service. I’m grateful to have them 🤩🤗🙏🏽

Really great service; the location in Irvine is very convenient. The only reason I'm taking a star away is that it's very expensive in my opinion. Other than that, highly recommended if you can afford it.

My old Mitsubishi’s brake booster failed, and the part had been discontinued. Euro Car Doctor was able to track one down and repair my car. They were very informative throughout the process and kept me updated on the progress. I’m very happy with their service and highly recommend them.

It’s been 5 years coming here now for my 2019 Tiguan and they have been consistent in their old school genuine and professional customer service. I’ve had my battery changed, old tires plugged, new tires purchased and just now rotated them and it is surprisingly the same quality of work and service each time. Since I live and work in OC I’ve gone to Costa Mesa and Irvine and every representative was genuine and I’ve always left confident feeling safe. This time around I was helped by Jason in Irvine, and it was the same as in Costa Mesa - there is no “salesman” attitude but instead straight up good old friendly service. Not sure if I just lucked out every time but I hope these guys never change. It also doesn’t hurt to have a waiting room with free water, soda, coffee, cable tv, and phone charging ports.

TLDR: overcharged by 7,270% -- $3685 for a $50 fix (BMW Z4) 1. Excellent customer service and high quality reporting. 2. Ideal for repair by insurance or pre purchase inspection 3. Avoid for general maintenance or any immediate repairs Firstly, I highly appreciate the level of detail in the car reports for the diagnostic fee and the timely customer service and care offered by Teresa at Euro Car Doctor, Irvine. This is a summary of the parts to be swapped and labor recommended upon visit after white smoke appeared totaling $3685 (quote attached below) - thermostat - Radiator plastic tank - Water pump - Oil cooler thermostat - Automatic trans radiator - Radiator plastic tank - Radiator air seal - Coolant flush - Transmission oil cooler After some research, a rock had hit my oil cooler causing the leak and the "contaminated coolant" was coolant mixed with widely recommended stop leak. The white smoke was caused by low coolant levels leading to overheating and evaporation. A coolant flush and a plug and play swap of a $50 transmission oil cooler later, the car has been running fine for close to two years now without a leak or any coolant related issues of any kind. That's essentially an overcharge of 7,270% (near negligible labor was required) Moreover the attached screenshots show that for that parts that were recommended to be swapped immediately to get the car running, not a single part was truly inspected for signs of wear or non functioning of any kind. Blanket repairs were suggested to all ancillary parts in the system to get the car out of the shop running. I hope this helps someone making their decision. Felt it was a necessary general disclaimer for anyone operating on a budget or European car models with traditionally expensive parts. Overtime experiencing the car I genuinely feel like there was an incentive to overcharge and quote significantly higher estimates considering the location and average income and came off predatory towards customers lacking knowledge in the area. The response left room for more expensive engine repairs after this set. My engine and cooling system have not experienced a single issue since getting the quote to date. Most shops in OC quoted $300-800 for the same job (not all the fixes) to get the car running (including parts and labor) Id recommend their diagnosis for purchases but get the actual work done somewhere else if you want an experienced mechanic that actually routinely works on maintaining customer cars. The inspection did reveal a transmission oil leak that I probably wouldn't be able to spot which I am grateful for and the report and quote were all online and well organized/presented and the customer rep team were kind and communicative hence the emphasis on it. I understand I could be inaccurate and results vary, but this was just my experience and in hindsight it left a very disappointed outlook on the expertise and honesty of the shop and the shock of receiving a $3.6K bill for a $50 fix hit me hard at the time and left a distaste/ disappointment long enough to come back and write a review a year later. Just took my car to Euro Car Doctor for the first time. I described the possible problem--a malfunctioning alternator--and EuroCar gave me a fair estimate, 50% lower than that of the dealership. The service team was extremely friendly. They Uber'd me home. I was called two or three times with updates as the car was thoroughly inspected and kept overnight just to be sure everything was working. It was the alternator which was replaced. No surprises, no added charges. They Uber'd me to the shop to pick up my car. The fee exactly matched the estimate to the penny, which included a generous discount. They also offered a free car wash. If I could give 6 stars, I would. In the 45 years I've been dealing with car problems, this was just about the best experience I've ever had. Awesome!

I love everything about Euro Car Doctor!! This is the first time I've taken my car anywhere other than the dealer where I purchased it, and I have definitely found my new go-to place for car repairs! Upon the sincere greeting from the service advisors, Jason and Evan and the new person, the communication had been timely and understandable. The up to date information provided keep my schedule inline. The explanation of what is needed, what can and should be done is palatable. They give options and recommendations to solve the issues. They offer alternatives if they need to keep the car longer than promised. I appreciate the professional that Dar, lead technician gives in his explanations of the problem.
