I can’t say enough good things about my experience. Gio fixed my brakes and did an amazing job. He took the time to explain what was going on and made sure I felt comfortable with everything before he started. What really impressed me was that he did the repair in the rain and still didn’t rush a thing. That kind of dedication is hard to find. My brakes feel great now, and I feel much safer driving. Huge thanks to Gio for the hard work and going above and beyond! I truly appreciate it!

After having an almost full day at a jiffylube in Huntington Beach because that was the only one near me that did brake jobs, after hearing them hmer away at my drums for inspection and replacement. The could not complete the task so they replaced the front rotors and brakes like I had requested. The recommended a brake fluid flush and replacing the back drums since there was a crack in the rear passenger side rotor. Since this was an emergency job I googled frantically and compared pricing and availability and reliability between brake shops and services near me. I saw E-Z Brakes, saw their reviews. Read up on their website and services they offered. I decided to go for it putting my with in a local mobile service. Scheduled an appointment for the following day as early as possible! Traffic on a weekday hit hard delaying my technician a bit but they were professional and courteous to give me a heads up of an updated eta (estimated time of arrival). Gio came by as I was leaving my front door to guide him to a spot in front of my car. A little Honda Civic from the 2010s era. I had just moved into the neighborhood. New tenant and all and had completely forgot about the 12pm street sweeping. The alliance employee sped up through various cars which seemed unsafe and came to cite me for having my car on the street. Which was a bummer since the car was already lifted and rear wheel less because it was being serviced for an emergency repair job. The alliance employee showed no empathy and left an impression for that company which will forever be embedded in my memory as u professional and disregard for safety and human empathy. A ways. I digress. Gio was professional and respectful of all property and an all around cool guy to chill with while he worked. I brought him a bottle of water cuz it was getting intense! Gio worked effortlessly and through it all! Like an unstoppable force of repair, Gio took care of my drum brake system and was able to finish in time for me to be able to make it to work with time to spare! Honestly price didnt matter for me because the job got done even though I had brake drums that were embedded into each other. It was like watching David take on Goliath with my rear drums. If ANY brake issues occur on your vehicle in O.C. I definitely recommend E-Z Brakes. And Parker kept really good communication throughout the appointment setup and answered any questions I had about the job. Definitely worth having them around!

I had an issue with squealing/squelching brakes. Chase got back to me and quickly gave my car a diagnosis and estimate. Gio came to meet me, and he was very punctual and kind, not to mention efficient! I could not have chosen a better outfit to repair my car, with the added plus that they are mobile, which is a big plus for people like me who aren’t too crazy about leaving my car at a shop. I couldn’t recommend them higher!

I have always had good experiences with EZ- Brakes and have been using them for several years. This time, Chase came to handle my brake services. He was on time, friendly, didn’t mind answering questions plus sent me a text when he started on my rear brakes and rotors to provide me with a status of their condition. It was a small thing, but I really appreciated that he kept me informed the entire time. He replaced my brakes, rotors (all 4), and performed a brake fluid flush all within a very reasonable amount of time. I would rather pay an independent business that is reputable and does quality work than to give my money to a dealership anytime. This business is family owned and are wonderful people. I couldn't be happier with the service and work from EZ Brakes. The online quote was fast and fair. Setting an appointment via text message was super easy. They came to my house to do the work. Gio was fantastic! He had my pads and rotors done in about an hour and was extremely friendly. I would recommend and I would use EZ Brakes again no question.

I trust these guys and they did a great job. Asked them to replace all 4 brake pads and when they inspected the brakes, they said I didn’t need new pads on the front. They found that the rear rotors were worn beyond the limit. They were fast, convenient (at home installation) and at a fair price.

Came across on a Google search and saw how many five star reviews they have and decided to request an estimate. Received the estimate from Parker (the owner) fast and they even had availability to come today (the next day)! Chase, the mechanic, sent me a text with an estimated ETA; he was right on time. He finished my brakes probably in a little less than an hour; and that was even with him having to pick up rear brakes after I had thought it was the front brakes. Very professional and price was standard to any local mechanic shop. Highly recommend!!!!

Brake service was performed by Chase and was efficiently done. He was on time and friendly. If I had another car that needed brakes, I would certainly call them for a quote. EZ-Brakes truly lives up to their name. I called to inquire about their service and Parker sent a repairman, Geo, that afternoon. Georgio was amazing. He explained everything in detail and went above and beyond my expectations. Not only did he repair my brakes in the rain but also test drove the car with me and told me there appeared to be a steering issue. He crawled under the car in the rain and took a video showing the control arm bolts were loose (I had it replaced at a different shop months earlier). Geo actually torqued the control arm bolts for me. What impressed me the most was the efficiency and attention to detail. It is rare to find a service that combines quality workmanship, fair pricing and true customer care, and they delivered on all fronts. I highly recommend them and will not hesitate to use them for future brake repairs.

This family-run business has rescued me more times than I’d like to admit. Brakes squealing? EZ Brakes. Battery dead at the worst possible time? EZ Brakes. Existential crisis about whether my car hates me? Probably still EZ Brakes. They’ve fixed my brakes and replaced my battery on numerous occasions — which sounds like I drive in a Fast & Furious movie, but honestly I’m just trying to get to Target. Every time, the service is fast, friendly, fairly priced, and they never make me feel like an idiot, which is truly the mark of greatness in an auto shop. They explain things clearly, don’t upsell nonsense, and somehow make car emergencies feel less like disasters and more like, “Eh, we got you.” If you want honest work, solid prices, and mechanics who don’t treat you like you wandered in from another planet — go to EZ Brakes. Best brake service in Orange County! The guys here are incredibly knowledgeable and have amazing service. They take pride in their work and they go beyond expectations in order to get the job done correctly. Why take your car to the shop when you can have the same service done at the comfort of your home! I only call these guys for any brake work I need done.

I had such a great experience with EZ Brakes Mobile in Orange County! The price was very fair and comparable to other shops — I was honestly surprised they don’t charge extra for the mobile service. It saved me the headache of finding a ride or waiting around all day. My technician, Georgio, was so thoughtful and took the time to teach me things I never would’ve learned at a regular shop. For the first time, I felt like I could truly trust my mechanic. As a young woman who doesn’t know much about cars, that meant a lot. I found this company & so glad I did. I sat comfortably in my home while new brakes & rotors were installed in my Jaguar right in my driveway. The technician was knowledgeable & very sweet. He was on time, and worked for 11/2 hours. When he noted that my rear brakes needed rotors, he placed a call to the company & the parts were delivered quickly. I am grateful to EZ brakes for providing this unique experience. I recommend them & rate them 5 stars.

Excellent service. I’m considering intentionally damaging my brakes just so I can use their service again. Estimate and booking process was quick. Britt was really friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was properly cleaned and greased. All four of my new rotors and pads are smooth and silent. I without a doubt recommend EZ Brakes, and will use them next time.

Had a great experience getting my brake pads replaced by Parker from EZ brakes. The service was convenient, they come to your home so you don’t have to worry about taking your car in. They were also very quick to respond, I called in the morning and they were able to come the same day and I was able to get on with the rest of my weekend with a peace of mind. They allowed me to stay and watch them replace my brake pads and kept me informed on what was happening. They were honest and explained everything thoroughly and diligently. The pricing was reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent isn’t a strong enough word to describe the service I received. I was going to have my brakes replaced at the dealership but on the advice of my tech savvy son I decided to try out this unknown company. I was very skeptical that they could do the work at my house. But they did and it was pretty cool how they did it. Also they could have easily convinced me that I needed rotors, but as I only drive infrequently, they were not necessary- saving me additional expense. They also came out a second time to fix another problem I had with my brake lights. They brought the right part and fixed this small item which otherwise would have taken me half a day to have a shop or the dealership take care of. Thank you so much. Highly, highly recommend.

I called Tesla Service Center and the earliest they can schedule to worked on my brakes is 10 days! So I decided to try EZ-Brake and I am so glad that I did. This is the first time I used this company to replace all four brakes and rotors on my Tesla Model X. They came on time and were very friendly and did very good work in front of my house. It took only 1 hours for a father and son tag team to completely replaced all four brake pads and four rotors. They also tested drove the car to make sure everything was done perfectly. I really like the convenience and quality work that EZ-Brake provides and with a good price. I highly recommend EZ-Brakes.

I have had my Model 3 for three years now and it started squeaking. I wanted to get my brakes checked out at an affordable location near my home. I called different places and they all either didn’t have the parts available, had little knowledge, or offered me absurd estimates. LUCKILY I found EZ-Brakes!
