My tire has two screws, so it's leaking. The company quickly repaired it for me and filled my other tires. This kind of service is really satisfactory. Thank you very much for your help.

The staff was not only professional but so friendly and kind. They fixed my tires in a very timely manner for free which I couldn’t believe. I highly recommend this place and when it’s time to buy new tiers I will definitely come here.

We trusted this place to sell us good tires at a fair price. Paid 1000 for new tires to be installed and balanced. Turns out the tires they sold us for 180 each sell for about 70 each at Costco. They are good tires for the (Costco) price and they installed them well, for the price we paid I would have expected something besides close to the cheapest tires possible.

I wanted to change the back tires on my car and decided to go to American Tire Depot. The staff were knowledgeable and efficient, gave me a couple of options that weren’t too expensive, and did the work quickly. I recommend ATD to anyone in need of tire repair or replacement. I assume their work on other car related issues is just as professional and efficient.

I had a slow leak in my tire, and they inspected and repaired it free of charge. The staff was very professional and friendly, and there was absolutely no pressure to purchase anything. I truly appreciate their honesty and service. I will definitely give them my business first in the future.

I had flat tire and I needed new tire I called few places and went to few mechanic shops they were all saying today is Sunday we have to order the tire on Monday and your car will be ready by Tuesday. My son Inlaw told me go to America tire. I went there and a gentleman name Andrew helped me. He was so nice and professional and solved my problem fast and easy. My car was ready Monday morning at 9:00 am. I suggest to every one that have tire problem just go to American tire.

I had flat tire because of the nail on the road. i called up american tire depot, and they scheduled me on the same day.And I was able to get my tire fixed up free of charge. i could not deliver it is actually free. And I'll definitely come back.If I have my any other tire problems.

Shout out to Emerson & Trevor for taking care of me. I was able to come in and get my flat checked out and replaced. It was a very busy Saturday but they still made sure my car was taken care and would be finished before close. Great friendly service and honest communication, would highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Discount Tire today. One of my tires had a valve leak, so I drove to their location as quickly as I could. As soon as I parked, a young man in a red shirt came out to help me right away. After I explained the issue, he immediately got to work. He was so knowledgeable and efficient that he diagnosed and fixed the problem in about 10 seconds. The best part — he didn’t charge me anything. I really appreciate the quick, professional, and friendly service. Thank you for taking care of me so fast!

Needed a TPMS tire pressure sensor replaced and they turned it around in 20 minutes. Special thanks to Andrew and Emerson for there fast and courteous service!

Rolled in on Sunday with sidewall bulge on front tire of my ol’ 2011 Acura MDX. Safety check found front struts & back brake issues at about 130,000 miles. Trevor & his team identified, explained, showed photos, ordered parts, and then repaired at a reasonable rate on timely basis. Not sure they ever get to go home on time, but Thanks!

I’ve been to this shop several times now and every single visit has been exceptional. They’ve repaired my tires multiple times and the service is consistently fast, professional, and high-quality. The team really knows what they’re doing and they get you in and out quickly without ever cutting corners. It’s rare to find a place this reliable, honest, and efficient. Highly recommend them to anyone who wants excellent workmanship and great customer service every time.

Trevor is something special. Warm greetings, consistent follow up, and clear communication on estimates and pricing would just be the beginning of a full description on who he is and how he operates. His smile, handshake and warmth are real. He makes me feel like a brother, and he reminds me of the handyman neighbor that everyone wishes they had. Trevor is a good man overall, and any company employing him would be proud, and could always look the other way knowing that the business was taken care of.

The stereotype of misogynistic mechanics exists because of shops like this one. I (an Asian woman) brought my car to have the front tires replaced since there was a bulge in one of those tires. Over the phone, Trevor quoted me ~$500 to replace them. After I drop off my car, Trevor quotes me ~$600 for replacing the back tires instead because he thought the front tires were ok, and apparently he didn’t see the bulge (is he blind?). He then quoted me ~$1200 if I still wanted change the front with the back tires and get an alignment. I tried turning down his recommendation and requested just the front tires since the back tires still had life and tread, but Trevor refused my request and INSISTED, with attitude, that there was no life in my tires. I realized that he was not going to listen to me, so I asked my husband (who works in the auto industry) to talk to Trevor. My husband convinced Trevor to only have the front tires replaced and thankfully I didn’t have to pay over a grand. Ugh I am never going to another American Tire Depot. I get treated better at the stealerships.

I went in thinking that I needed a tire balance in alignment and the guy Andrew was so honest and forthright. He was like the problem is you need your rear shocks done and you have some unevenness on your tires. And so he didn’t bill me and try to take my money for something my car didn’t need and I really appreciated that. He’s an unbelievable guy with a great sense of business and a great representative for your company.

I recently brought my son’s car in for a rear tire repair after discovering a nail. I made the appointment online, and they fixed it promptly and free of charge. I’ve also previously replaced two tires on my Tesla at this location and have always found the staff to be highly professional and knowledgeable. They consistently meet my expectations, and I’m very satisfied with their service.

I was losing air in one of my tires, so I took it to a tire shop, but they couldn’t find the cause. I even brought it to the dealer, but they couldn’t figure it out either. I honestly thought it might be a rim issue. Then one day, another tire started losing air, and I found a screw in it. So I decided to try this location since it’s close to my work. And guess what — they were able to fix both tires! I was so thankful because it had been bothering me for a long time; I kept losing air but couldn’t find the reason. They told me there was also a nail in one tire that other shops somehow missed. And the best part — they took care of everything free of charge! I couldn’t believe it. Andrew helped me through the entire process, and he was incredibly helpful. I’ll definitely be coming back here for new tires and will recommend this place to anyone with tire issues.

I don’t think I’ll ever take my car anywhere else in Irvine after going to American Tire Depot. I was honestly blown away by their honesty, professionalism, and overall care. I first went next door to Euro Car Doctor for a simple oil change and after their diagnostic test they handed me a quote for around $9000. You can imagine how stressful that was, expecting maybe a $200 bill and instead being told my car basically needed a complete overhaul. Out of concern I took that same quote to American Tire Depot just to get a second opinion. They reviewed everything line by line and told me they could get it all done for about $1500. That alone earned my trust. They finished the job in just a few days, the car drove perfectly afterward, and the entire experience felt effortless. Since then I’ve brought my car back several times for regular maintenance and other issues that come with having a 10 to 15 year old car. Every time they’ve treated me with honesty, patience, and care. EJ and Trevor along with the entire service team are genuinely great people. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about customer safety and satisfaction more than anything else. They don’t just do the job and send you off. They actually walk you through what they’re doing, explain what might need attention in the future, and even tell you when something can wait so you’re not spending unnecessarily. There was one time my car completely seized on the freeway and I was dreading another massive repair bill. EJ went above and beyond, helped reduce labor costs, expedited the service, and made sure I was taken care of quickly and fairly. That kind of customer service is rare these days. American Tire Depot has absolutely earned my loyalty. They’re honest, fast, and truly care about their customers. If you’re in Irvine and want reliable, trustworthy car service, this is the place to go.

Both gentleman up front were helpful and polite. Service took quite a while for a plug on a tire, but, it was mid morning/mid day and I did show up with a line already there. So I can’t complain. They took care of the tire and it went smoothly. No complaints why so ever. Super grateful for their help!!! I’d say definitely an 8/10 experience

same day tire replacement went amazing, i blew out a tire, these guys picked up the tires from their warehouse and got them installed same day within a few hours, it was amazing! great job, friendly service, faster and more convenient than costco!

Office staff friendly, professional, and expedited my needs within a respectable time. Many price options for tires. Bathroom, free WiFi, and an air conditioned upstairs waiting area. Food places across the street.

Quick and professional service. Good price. Tj was able to order the Tires I wanted for my Tesla. They were out of stock and he sourced 4 of them within an hour. I would highly recommend this place. Also, for Teslas, they lift your car from the frame, not the bottom o there’s no risk of battery damage or punctures

Had a nail in my tire while driving on the 405. It was Sunday evening and most of other places are closed. My husband helped me made an appointment at American Tire Depot for 8am on Monday. He also asked me to get there 15 minutes earlier. When I arrived at 7:45am, the shop was still closed. There was 1 person in front of me. It opened at 8am sharp. The person behind the counter was well mannered. He apologized to me for arriving at 8am and asked me what he could help me with. I told him I needed a patch on my tire. He had me filled in a form and he went to help the person behind me. Once I completed my form, I returned to him and he told me it will take about 45-60 minutes to do my job. They do this for free. I don't mind waiting. Other places would charge $20-30 to patch the tire. I went to Ralph to walk around and pretty fast it was already 50 minutes. I went back to the shop and I was told my car is almost ready. And within a few minutes, he passed me the key to my car. The office inside is very organized and clean. Friendly workers. I see there are some promotion going on, Buy 3 free 4th tire . May be this is a good deal. I am not sure when the promotion will end. This was in 7/23/2021.
