Very disappointed with my first service experience at AutoNation Toyota Irvine Parts Center.
After completing our vehicle's first service, we were surprised to find out that our car would not be washed. The staff explained that they were concerned about an aftermarket sunshade accessory being damaged during the wash. We told them clearly that we understood the risk and did not expect any compensation if the accessory were damaged.
Despite that, we were then told that management would not allow the car wash because the service had already been completed, and that we would have to wait until our next service appointment!This made no sense to us and felt like poor customer service.
A simple car wash may seem like a small thing, but it is often part of the overall dealership service experience. What was most disappointing was the unwillingness to find a solution, even after we accepted responsibility for any potential damage.
We were planning to recommend this dealership to friends and family, but after this experience, we are reconsidering. Hopefully management will take customer feedback seriously and improve the service experience for future customers.

Manager is deceptive, dishonest, not transparent, and makes you wait for many hours just to lowball you. I felt bad for the employees who are his messengers. Highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
I had an appointment for service, showed up on time, after waiting half an hour in my car, the manger came and let me know he is trying to find someone to take care of my and asked if I want to reschedule or wait more! he was not sorry and did not even apologize.
