This is a scam. Once you make a purchase, they will keep on sending you garbage after garbage but you will never get a refund. Worst place to deal with. Believe me

Purchased an axle from them for a truck. If u look at their website every axle is inspected completely with a “A” rating. I paid for one with supposedly 47k miles. The one I had has 130k miles. The one they shipped me had damage to it, a back plate completely rusted off and the driver side hub had holes completely rusted through it. They offered to refund me my $ only if I returned theirs at my cost and then they were going to charge me the initial shipping fee over and above return shipping fee. I am paying a shop to take parts off of my original axle to repairs theirs.

Purchased a complete used engine about 3 months ago. I had 2 to choose from It arrived safely and intact. We installed and got it running without issues. Been running great for the last 3 months, and looking forward to many more years of service. Standard Auto Parts was great from ordering to delivery. Communication was great, I never had to wonder where we were at in the process of getting it shipped from state to state. Standard auto sent out a transfer case for my 2013 Ford F150 they responded quickly. It arrived damaged. I called Mike Hendrix. He sent out a New transfer case in a timely manner. I was very impressed with standard auto will use them again. Thank you Mike After receiving the second transfer case it was not the right transfer case I called Mike they sent out a third transfer case it also came damaged from the shipper called Mike again they sent out a fourth transfer case it was not the right transfer case I spoke with Mike again they sent out the fifth transfer case this one was the correct Transfer case. I was very impressed with standard auto that they made everything right and I have my truck running again thank you, Mike and your crew Anthony Perez

The ABS module on my 2013 Dodge Charger was defective. Because of that, my ABS light, my slip light and my brake light would periodically come on. When that happened my cruise control became inoperative. Unfortunately they don’t make ABS modules for that make and model and year of car anymore. Because I wanted my cruise control permanently back, I ordered a used ABS module from Standard Auto Parts. The rep told me that he had one that came off a Dodge Charger with only 23 thousand miles on it. But when the local dealership installed it in my car, it wasn’t totally operative and now my slip light remains permanently lit which still renders my cruise control completely inoperative at all times. Turns out, I was better off with the original defective ABS module.

Excellent experience with Standard Auto Parts. I ordered a used differential for my old Cadillac. While it took a week to 10 days to locate and ship the part, it finally arrived as promised. Max Hendrix in shipping kept me apprised of the status. Unfortunately, a bushing on the housing was worn out. Max worked with mgmt to cover the cost of a new bushing, which was better for both of us than returning the part and starting over. Max and Standard really took care of me. Great experience. Thanks!

Awesome people that make sure they handle everything properly and quickly just a great customer service because my dad and my uncle was changing his transmission and no place in Houma would help them but these people awesome I give them 10 Stars if possible

I’m writing this review in hopes that I can get a response from someone at this company. I placed an order a week ago and have not even received any shipping information. And when I try to call I get no answer every time. Please help!

I had more than luck when I found Standard Auto Parts located in CA!! My mechanic was unable to find an ABS module anywhere on the East coast. He gave me the information for me to comb through the internet to see what I could find. Was he surprised when I got back to him within a few days with good news. Standard Auto Parts supplies the hard to find parts throughout their 11 warehouses across the USA. And their customer service reps are knowledgeable, courteous, and follow up like no other company I have ever dealt with. They are totally unbeatable!! Great company and my mechanic now has a new, reliable resource. The part was shipped almost immediately. Because of my error in relaying information, I received the wrong module for our 2004 Pathfinder. Max immediately shipped the correct module, the wrong one was mailed back without any questions or issue. 5 STARS, hands down!!!!

Ordered a rear end for my truck, Max Hendricks was my point of contact and kept me informed through the entire process from the time it left them until it arrived on site. Rear end came with everything I needed and went in with zero issue.

I shopped around for an engine for my Kia Soul and they had the best price out of four other auto parts provider. I was given a one year guarantee with instructions on installing the engine. The customer care experience is phonememal.

I needed a differential for a 2018 Cadillac and the part was on national backorder with the manufacturer, with no ETA. I was able to find a suitable used replacement with low milage and a warranty from Standard Auto Parts. I got the quote fast, and the entire process of ordering and having it delivered to my mechanic in Texas went smoothly. Good communication and documentation. The part was reasonably priced compared to a new one. I highly recommend this seller.
