HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH HAMNER TOWING INC. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE THEY LIED TO MY FACE TELLING ME THAT MY CAR HAD A 30 DAY HOLD AND THAT I HAD TO WAIT 30 DAYS TO GET MY CAR RELEASED. I DID THE FOOTWORK AND CHP TOLD ME I COULD HAVE HAD MY VEHICLE RELEASED THAT SAME DAY, LAST FRIDAY, THE SAME DAY CHP HAD IT TOWED. THEY SAID ALL YOU HAD TO DO WAS SHOW YOUR REINSTATED DRIVERS LICENSE TO US AND IT WOULD BE OVER. I JUST CAME IN THIS EVENING. THE LADY LOOKED SO SMUG AND SHE DIDN'T EVEN SAY HELLO SHE JUST CHARGED ME 800 DOLLARS FOR 5 DAYS. I HOPE THEY GO OUT OF BUSSINESS . I WILL RECOMMEND ANOTHER TOW COMPANY TO JOSEPH . MY COMPANY DOES ALOT OF WORK WITH THE CITY OF CORONA AND RIVERSIDE COUNTY...ILL MAKE SURE I REMEMBER YOUR COMPANY HAMNER...FACTS

I waited for 1.5 hrs for a tire to be blown up with air by a cigarette lighter compressor that took forever and then learned that the driver had to buy it cause hamner towing is too cheap to buy their guys quality tools to do the job that their subcontractor to do by aaa and then it took another 20 min to swap the tire. I'll make sure i never use hamner towing again!

I want to give a huge shout out to Jorge for always going above and beyond for his members. I had a couple unfortunate breakdowns with a new vehicle and needed a tow to my dealership. Jorge was my driver both times and each time he had the most polite demeaner, was understanding, and made every effort to make sure I was shown an amazing member experience. From me thinking I forgot my credit card and him offering to park so I could check for it, seeing that i'm about to get on a call and making sure he turned the AC on and shut the windows to accomodate, and making sure I was doing ok multiple times throughout the trip.. I have literally zero complaints and hope others can take Jorge as an example of what a true representative of a company should be like. I hope Hamner towing and AAA will show their appreciation on my behalf but I felt this was the least I could do was show how he turned a negative experience (truck breaking down) and made it such a positive one. Thank you Jorge!

Ed is one of the greatest truck drivers I’ve ever had. He is a customer service pro! I was pretty nervous about the situation my truck was in but he kept assuring me everything would be alright and helped calm me down a lot . He was very transparent with everything that he was doing or even potentially doing. He went above and beyond as a driver and I was very happy with the way everything went. 5 stars for Ed that guy deserves a raise!

Yesterday my car had issues. AAA had Hamner Towimg come out to assist me. I can honestly say Richard was absolutely a blessing to me. He was kind understanding and he gave me words from God that I needed to hear during my time of lost. I thank him and his service.

Your driver Jay Hanna was a godsend for us. Our car broke down in Corona and AAA sent him to tow our car to a shop in Riverside. We were leaving the next morning for a 2 week African safari, but the shop would’ve charged us $180/day if we couldn’t pick it up after service. Plus we weren’t allowed to just leave a card for the charges. As we don’t live in the LA area, leaving for our trip was in danger. Jay stepped up and offered to take care of what was needed, including covering the cost of the repair until we could repay him on our return! Who does something like that anymore? The car was fixed($1000), but fortunately it took the 2 weeks to do it and we picked it up the evening we returned from our trip. But without Jay’s assistance , we would have been up the proverbial creek. We are grateful that he stepped up to assist us so well in our time of need.

I had an amazing experience with Hamner Towing. They showed up to where I was at within 20 minutes. My car was stuck on a curb and the situation was incredibly stressful, but Ray J, the driver who came to help, made everything so much better. He was extremely professional and polite, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt at ease. His calm demeanor and expert assistance were exactly what I needed. I highly recommend Hamner Towing, and especially Ray J, for his exceptional service!

Ridiculous service! When we asked the driver to put our car inside the drive way, He denied to put the car inside the drive way. He put it to the side where it was sticking out, he asked if we wanted to help him push the car..I had a c-section not to long ago and can’t push, my husband has back issues and can’t push. It’s really upsetting to pay for a service and not get what you needed done. Update: We had to ask neighbors to help us push the car inside…”the dangerous drive way” *We never asked the driver to push the car…He asked us to push the car because he left it sticking out on the side street!! We have never had an issue with other tow companies putting the car inside the drive way..

Last Sunday evening I got a flat on the 91. I panicked as the tire pressure started getting lower and lower, and merged into the 71, as there was not a lot of room to pull over and the next exit seemed too far for how fast I was losing tire pressure. I called Wawanesa and they sent Hamner Towing. I was told it would be 20 minutes, the driver was there in half that. It was already dark, the freeway was pretty busy, and I had my 9 ear old in the car with me, and he started to get scared. I cannot for the life of me remember the driver’s name, but he was really great with helping me keep the situation feel under control for my son. He took every precaution to keep all of us as safe as possible, and was really great as he made conversation with my son, and helped him feel safe in the situation. He got us back on the road quicker than I expected and I was really grateful for the experience he was able to provide in that situation.

after being towed from a traffic accident on the 91/ Green River this company had to for thought to secure my phone and other items from my car. long before I was able to call and ask them. Honesty / integrity all in the name of " this is what we do "

I called AAA at 8pm due to my car battery dying. Hamner Towing called to confirm and was stuck waiting for an hour and a half with no response. Called back and was told they will send someone else and nobody arrived til 10:30pm (Victor D). Due to 3 other technicians sitting around the office not doing anything we were unable to go to autozone because they closed at 10 and it was way past closing. Victor D was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to get us a new battery. Victor himself gets 5 stars! The company he works for not so much. Leaving people stranded in Corona for 2.5 hours at night while you are getting paid sitting around is unacceptable.

Today, this guy got out of his truck and wanted to fight me. Despite my driving normally, he intentionally tailgated me. When I tried to get his license plate to report him, he cut me off, nearly causing an accident. After managing to take a picture of his license plate, he got out of his truck to attack me. After this, he continued following me while laughing and making obscene gestures. I contacted the company to report his behavior, but their response was unsatisfactory. They only mentioned that they would speak with him. This demonstrates the company's unprofessionalism and poor customer service.

Battery died, so I called AAA, Jason attended promptly with a courteous smile. 10 Star Diamond Service. He offered all of Hamner’s AAA Services, I was really satisfied, he was awesome and got me on the road within 5 minutes

Needed a jump start, truck was here in ten minutes, price was great and the driver was kind, courteous, and professional. I was on my way in all of 15 minutes from the time I called. Will always use Hamner Towing for any future problems ??

Very disappointing service today. The driver, Javier shows up 1hour and 10 minutes past the eta AAA chat had stated, says they are real busy. So I'm thinking "ok, no worries " I know it can get busy at times. Then he says he doesn't usually do the tows he is the battery service guy. That became very apparent when I was watching him chain down and work the ramp hydraulics, no clue so took extra 30 minutes. So we finally get to the tow destination at 7pm (the AAA call I made was at 3pm) then before he starts to un-chain the vehicle is when he tells me "it's $312.12 extra. No time before he loaded up did he mention an extra charge. This is absolutely dishonest and probably illegal. Your customers need to be advised of charges and given an opportunity to decline. So he states I have to pay or the vehicle goes to impound and I can pay for that instead. I have Priemer service and have been a member 12 years and have never been treated like this.

Hamner Towing was awesome! Our recovery specialist “JOEY” is the best! He arrived promptly, demonstrating remarkable speed due to his extensive experience. With the right equipment and expertise, he executed the tow swiftly, safely, and precisely. I wish all drivers were as efficient and skilled as him; it truly made a significant difference in the service provided. Thanks Joey!

I had the most amazing experience with Hamner Towing last night! I contacted AAA for a flat on the E91fwy/71 at about 10:45pm and they quickly connected me with Hamner Towing. The lady on the phone told me they would be about 30-45min being that it was a Friday night and they were a bit busy. Next thing you know, their driver Angel pulled up right behind me literally 5minutes after. He parked his BIG Hamner Towing rig sticking out protecting my car from the approaching traffic and had the big emergency lights blinking. He greeted me with a much-needed smile, asked if I had a spare, and took care of me just as fast. This was my first time ever getting a flat on the freeway and Angel left me stress free. If I ever need roadside assistance again, I'm definitely calling Hamner Towing and hopefully Angel can assist me!

Today Nov 26, 2023 Sunday mid day, my husband and i needed road side assistance. Through AAA, we were able to get assistance from Hamner Towing, specifically from Matthew at I-15 northbound before the Cajalco exit near Dos Lagos shopping area. He was polite, very thorough and did a great job on identifying how to resolve the issue with the undercarriage panel that got loose and also he identified a problem with our left front tire. He quickly changed the tire with the reserved tire and he even reminded my husband to stay on the safer side of the car off the fwy. Thank you for the great service.

Very, very rude employee driving this truck. I was on line at the service counter of the auto dealer and this guy just walks in and cuts in front of me. I politely mentioned it to him and he just turned away from me and started talking to the service guy. Worse yet, it is not like he just asked, "where is the car you want me to tow?". No, he proceeds to have a 5 minute conversation with the service guy. Very unprofessional. I guess his time is more important than mine.

Edgar did a job you can tell he has passion for what he does hich is he helping people. He was very thorough, safety, it's important, he had me in my vehicle until he connected his tow hitch. i was broke down in the left turning lane with a motorhome Talk about scared, my phone had 3 % barely made the call to AAA. Thank You, you're all good ?, You got my okay on your great customer service. Edgar honestly thank you again. I called Hamner towing after a couple other local places in town, the quotes given by the other companies were ridiculous. Hamner had a truck at my house in 15 minutes, the driver Ray was really friendly and professional. They dropped my truck off at the shop without any issue. If you need an honest and fair towing company, I highly recommend Hamner Towing. Thanks for the help!

So great! I had an abandoned car on a property. Police wouldn't touch it because it wasn't reported stolen. Homeless were starting to steal things from it. I called many tow companies... no luck. Hamner stepped right up to do a private party impound for me. Quickly. I am very happy with them!

Had Hamner Towing dispatched via Tesla for a flat tire. Mark showed up shortly after and was professional, courteous, and efficient. I even had a mix up with where I wanted the car taken but he was understanding and was able to change the destination without any issues.

I was at my friends house and she had a flat tire, she called AAA and they sent Chelsea out to fix her flat tire. She works with Hamner towing. ETA was 45 min and she was there in 20 min ??She was actually super fast. She got there was so professional and one of the nicest ladies I have ever got the pleasure to meet! She is a true asset to this company!!! I love the fact that she is a woman and doing this job. It’s not an easy job but she handled it perfectly!
