Such a disappointment! They don’t really accept anything for recycling nor do they offer any suggestions or solutions for other places. Six pac used to accept everything and was great. Customer service is less than bad, it’s terrible. What a loss for our community.

They do not or ever will take electronic waste at this facility per THEM.

Been coming here for years all of a sudden they don't take recycling. Huh. A recycling center that doesn't recycle?!

Absolutely horrible and waste of time! I called ahead of time to confirm they were open for business before I loaded up my recyclables. I get there only to be rudely told from a yard employee to read the sign that said it was closed. I told him I had just called and told to come in. He replied not his problem and I could leave or go to front office. I got off to inquire only to be dismissed and scolded by the counter lady. She is as completely unprofessional and has no business interacting with customers. Do yourself a favor and don’t come to this location unless you embrace rude behavior from employees.

Arrived to SA to recycle bottles. I was told that they are not permitted to take cans and bottles. Sign out front by entrance. Small Sign. Yet from the street they have a large Sign for bottles, cans and other metal scraps. If you're not ready for bottles and cans, take the large Sign down and place the small Sign out by the street.

Haha, I didn't even go here yet, I just read the company's (owner) responses to a few customers’ 1star reviews. Lmao

I have never had a problem w/six-pac they are the best w/email coupons & excellent service. Unfortunately for us they will be closing to the Public June 21, 2025. I wish we knew why. They're consistently busy & even the wait, at times, is worth my time to get the service I've recieved. You'll be missed Six-pac. Thanks for being a great recycling company for all our needs. Best to all the employees your friendliness & help were awesome.

Worst customer service i have ever exprerienced in my life. They dont give you full money for copper or aluminum. SAVE YOUR METAL FOR A DIFFERENT SCRAP YARD. BEWARE!!!

For aluminum all other pay from 20 cent to $1.20 for this place they only 5 cent and have to coming back to collect your money in 3 business days The employee are rude. Seen I want my 160p of aluminum back they said no People do not go to this places they are ripping of for those people who is thy all day to collecting material and sale to get food but this company just try to take the food away from poor peoples

They are super inefficient. I’ve been coming for about five or six years. Every year it gets a Little worse. The employees move slowly and don’t seem to care about what they’re doing. Today will be the last day I ever come here. The Where they run things now they are seeing 8 to 9 cars an hour, when they should be seeing 50 cars an hour. I would highly recommend don’t come in here cause it is terrible

DO NOT TAKE ALUMINUM/COPPER RADIATOR HERE. They give only $1.03 per pound for clean material in February 2025 Friendly employees - Pennies on the dollar

Honestly, I read all the reviews and there was alot of shitty ones but I went anyway. I don't understand the confusion at this place and the people were way cool to me. There's signs everywhere. The instructions couldn't be any more clearer. It did take a minute at the first gate where there is a sign that clearly says STOP WAIT HERE. But once someone came and got me I could see why it took awhile. The guy that helped me with my copper was way cool and the chick at the cashiers window was also way cool. Thank you Sixpack. I recomend coming to this place?

This is the regular recycling center that hubby goes to but for some reason today 11/24. @ 11AM the line isn’t moving at all. We waited for almost 30 min gave up and went to other recycling. Theirs are busy too but at least we can offloaded our cans/ bottles without any glitches. Will never come to this place again. Waste of time

So i have been coming here for about 10 yrs now loved the employees usually very nice.I went in today 10/09 to recycle cans plastic and some copper. the guys that help with the weigh in are nicer than the ladies that give you your money very rude in particular the cashier their with a nose ring. I was just asking a simple question and was very noticeably rude/angry/hates her job or life. Tried to tell her i was not mad just convo, but made things worse. What happened to just being nice to one another. Go elsewhere. Do not recommend and looking at the reviews man I'm not the only one.

I recycle once every year or even sometimes even past that. But for some reason, I believe that the staff in this facility think that everyone knows their policies and procedures. I was greeted with please next time don't come in not unless directed to. And when I mentioned that I did not see the sign I got a reaction of it's beside the stop sign. And then to the staff that encounters people through a glass window. No, I am not aware that there are steps in trying to settle the receipt that you have to scold me. I don't have a closer option to recycle so I guess I don't have any choice. There are more great staff in this facility. A great team always has that one that brings everything down but hey that's what makes it great.

Starting off, I have been a customer here for over 15 years and today was my last visit ever. I had a truck in front of me with scrap on it and the driver waved me by him because I only had plastic and cans and glass to recycle. This caused one of the main guys at the scale to get extremely upset with me because he said I didn't wait in line. After this, things only got worse. Again, I have been coming here for over 15 years and always have all my recycling segregated before I arrive. This morning, a neighbor happened to ask me if I wanted to take one bag full of recycle as well and I said yes. Little did I know this bag had plastic and cans in it and it wasn't segregated. Again, the guy at the scale got mad even though I explained to him I don't mind pulling up front and spending the two minuets it would of took me to get it organized but he said no that's not possible you have to come back with that one bag a different time. Okay, that's fine, I told him and I also told him that's a very unprofessional way to do business especially with customer's that have been supporting this business for years and it was obvious I always had all my stuff organized as I had 7 trashcans full of recycling on my truck organized. So I informed him I will be leaving him and Six-Pac a very negative review online and this is where I hope all of the 2.5 million people that have read my reviews come in and see this review and also no longer support this establishment. After this, the front scale guy who I believe his name was Daniel went to the front office and out came Brent Benson who said he is the owner. Before he even let me say what had happened he immediately started belittling me and telling me I should know what to do and again his head was so far up his rear end he never even let me explain the situation while I was staying completely calm and hoping he would eventually finish talking and let me explain what had happened. Well that never happened, its apparent his head his so big because he thinks he owns the only recycling center in town he does not give two cents about customers and has ZERO real world customer experience or knowledge on how to treat people that keep food on his table. He finished by telling me never to come back which I already was planning on and stormed away in a hissy fit and hid in side the office. Well Brent, I hope you realize now what a mistake you made and even if this review reaches 100 people a month, I hope that's 100 less people that have to deal with your level of unprofessionalism and find a better place to take their recycles. I live in South Corona and will be taking my recycles south to Lake Elsinore to Cans Plus Recycling as I have heard from many neighbors they treat their loyal customers with respect and support the veteran community! I only wish I had gone there to begin with, again, to anybody reading this review please save yourself the trouble and don't support Six-Pac recycling until they understand that in this country the customer comes first and not the other way around! Update to Response - Apparently Brent also has a reading comprehension problem as well. I never once stated above in my review that I was allowed to sort mixed recycles on the premises. As I stated in my review above I offered to pull forward and sort the ONE bag of mixed recycles and the employee said no and then when Brent came out to talk to me I wanted to tell him the exact same thing but he wouldn't listen as he was rambling on about his policies and what not without letting me even get a word in. Don't worry Brent, everyone can see that you are the type of person that believes they are never in the wrong and I feel my genuine review, along with the list of many recent negative reviews showing your unwillingness to treat your customers with respect will come back to hurt your business. And in terms of cutting the line as I stated initially I was waved to go ahead by the truck that had bulk materials for recycling and if I wasn't supposed to go around him then that's my mistake but you didn't want to listen.

U drive in, but only when tha guy flags you. U pull up, pull out your boxes or bags to recycle & then u will be directed to park along tha wall to get your receipt from tha handler and then go over to tha cashier. Its a clean n orderly place and you must watch for tha semis coming to drop off n pick up also. Sign up and get periodic special pricing!

The gentleman who handled my recyclables was very efficient and kind! The lady who cashed out my receipt was very rude and passive aggressive. Be prepared to encounter rude employees who will reprimand you for not reading every single sign at the counter the second you walk up.

Usually pretty good, but they really need to do a little better at guiding people in and telling them where to go. An employee directed me past some cones where everyone was unloading. As I'm almost finished unloading, another employee started shouting at me that I can't unload there. I'm literally doing what your employee directed me to do!

Dec 2023 around 10am I called the office and told me to use gate 2 for recycling I followed the sign especially when it says STOP and waited less than a minute A man waved at me and told me where to go Very organized and they paid good amount I’m definitely coming back

I was there yesterday at the site, 2 customers were in line, so I proceeded behind them and two workers the taller and the other one started screaming at me for driving through the cones. I didn’t see the sign to wait behind the cones, they had me waited and then disappeared at back of the yard. Gabriel came after helping other customers and finally helped me. I will take my recycling somewhere else until these workers disciplined.

I used to come here all the time because I want to support our local businesses,but, I'm not going to sit in my truck for 30 mins or more to get help. I can take my business somewhere else. And don't get me wrong, it's not like there was a huge line of cars, there were 3 cars in front of me, I'm done coming here.

This was my 2nd time coming to a recycle center and I learned a few things like, tin cans need to be separated from aluminum (logical and reasonable), no foil and also no food containers (even tho they have the recycle symbol). Easy, convenient and pays fsirly

This place is wonderful for redeeming your recycling your cans and bottles for cash! Make sure that all of your recyclable cans and bottles are sorted for faster service (unsorted will be asked to leave the property to go back to your home to sort all before returning). Recommend!! We loved this place and we always says hi to workers and they said hi to us back because they're recognizing us easily! Keep it up great work! They're following CDC guidelines and California Health (kudos to that). Two thumbs up!!

ALTERNATIVE ?location at better prices!!!? No waiting!? Only 2 mile distance from Sixpack 5 min away 12797 Magnolia Ave. Corona CA As of 8/28 Im no longer a customer of SIXPAC Dont go THERE! ?horrible wait time (2+hours)? terrible customer service very rude.? Bad experience don't recommend. Trust me on this!

This place is awesome! My car broke down at the entrance of their driveway. Two guys tried so hard to help me with the car. We were not able to move it at all. So they brought out bins and emptied the trunk, brought me my receipt all while I was waiting for the tow truck.Customer service is fantastic.

I went today. A very friendly guy took my cans and plastic bottles out of the trash bags for me, told me to park and offered to bring me the receipt. The clerk at the window was very friendly too. It had been a few years since I've been here but I still love this place. It's worth the drive from for me. I don't feel like my life is in danger like I do in other recycling places. It's clean and well run. A quick and easy trip. Will def be back.
