I would give a 0 stars if i could, drove 45 mins to get there, just for them to show me a beat up part and wanting full price for it, i made an offer to salvage my time and gas invested and they wouldn’t even listen to it, very bad customer service. Will not recommend at all, should’ve known as soon as i walked in to this run down place, Bad Business.
These guys are liars! I ordered a door for a Ford transit high roof, they sent me a door for a short roof. We wasted time & material painting the door, and when we needed to install it, it was a foot short! Their invoice even says they sent a high roof door.
Never again will buy from here again!

Crown Auto is the best! We have been coming here for sometime and the employees at the front desk are always very helpful. They are willing to go an extra step just to help. Which is amazing because I’m a female and I don’t know a lot about my own vehicle! The pricing is good and if you have an issue they resolve it for you asap! Thank you crown auto!!!
Absolutely amazing experience! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and they knew exactly what I was looking for. I was searching for a hard-to-find part, and they not only had it, but made the whole process quick and easy. Everything was well-organized and clean, and the prices were very fair. I searched for parts on offer. Up. I clicked on their link. And started chatting with an advisor. They were quick to answer, and were very helpful. I paid for my parts and picked them up very easily. When I told them one of the parts was missing they quickly went and got the part, No hesitation. This place is awesome thanks guys
I was very impressed by the crown team. I was able to find the engine and transmission I needed and was able to get it delivered the next day. I have had to return some items in the past and they were very good to work with and returned my cash with no hassle. Definitely recommend!!
Fantastic experience. Messaged about a part and they were very quick in responding and helpful with the information. Transparent with pricing and invited me to visit the shop. I went the next day, they allowed me to see the part before buying. Once I saw it and agreed they had the part pulled for me within 30 mins and I was on my way. They took care in pulling the part and it all went seamlessly into my car. Great resource for quality parts. I will be back.
Lies lies lies! No good for business! I ordered a motor Friday the guy says I'll have it there Saturday, perfect I thought to myself. No!, the motor never got my shop and I never received a phone call either! I call Monday morning and the salesman says I'm sorry it will be there today but I'll call u back in 30 min just confirm. I said ok koo maybe I'll get it today so I can finish this engine job, never got a call back so I called them back 4hrs later and he insures me that the driver is 30 min away I said ok fine I'll wait! It never got there, so the salesman calls me at 4:45 to tell me the driver wasn't gonna make it! This is after he told me that the driver was 30 min away. Tuesday morning a call them for an update and once again he tells me the engine will be delivered no later than noon. No it didn't get delivered! I call them again( this is the 4th day of dealing with them) and again he ensures me that the driver is on the way to me, the driver finally show up with a freaking car motor when I ordered a truck motor! Now it's Wednesday and they still can't be honest, they don't have the motor i need but they still trying to waste my time after 5 days of dealing with them, if they would've been honest from the beginning I would looked elsewhere for the engine and possibly finished the job already, but no instead I have an upset customer cus Poly the salesman can't be honest! No good for business!
Bought a used engine that only ended up lasting me less than 3 months. Took it to the mechanic and said it was full of sludge and a matter of time before it gives out. Worst purchase mistake and waste of $3k
