Daryl was absolutely amazing. Truly made this stressful situation so easy. He was so polite and has great customer service. Definitely would use them again all because of Daryl. Service with a smile. Thank you so much Daryl for all your help you truly are beyond exceptional.
So they towed my vehicle. Not their fault, just doing their job (cops took it). The manager Danny was the best tow truck guy ever. Let me get everything out of my car, made sure my birds were safe, even found my snake (not hyperbole my snakes were loose in the truck).
I wish more tow companies were like these guys, understood the reality of life, and were actually human.
5 stars, would get towed again (hopefully next time by choice lol)
Circle City Towing does a great job managing the cars that need to be towed as well as working with Corona PD. If you do encounter that you were in an accident and needs to be at Circle City Towing’s Quarry, they will definitely help you to the best of their ability. Just make sure to be patient, sometimes there are several things going on between the Quarry, Regular Towing, and Corona PD.
We had our truck towed by law enforcement.
I thought it was going to be a ridiculous amount after 4 days. Plus, we had really expensive machinery.
I when we picked it up, it was a reasonable amount and all our stuff was there.
There's so many shady towing companies that steal from you, ghetto people.

I don’t normally leave reviews unless I’ve had exceptional service and reasons to leave one. Today was one of those days. I was in a car accident on the freeway where my car was basically totaled. Well Darryl from Circle City Towing stopped to pick me up. I was hazy and disoriented from the accident and Darryl made me feel much better by talking to me and treating me kindly, and patiently. He went above and beyond for me, as I didn’t even know what I was going to do or where I was going after my car was towed. So he suggested the hospital and even took me there to a nearby hospital. It worked out perfectly for me in more ways then one. He assisted me with getting items I wanted to get out of my car, and was just so courteous and respectful. I have not experienced customer service like this in forever. God bless this man, and this company for being a place of values and integrity. I hope they keep Darryl around for a while and take good care of him. I would use this company again if I ever find myself in the situation where I’d need to. For now, I 1000000% recommend them !
Frank, Javier and Danny were patient, helpful, professional and stayed open so we could retrieve our impounded e-motorcycles. I highly recommend highering Circle City for your towing needs.
So I Highly Recommend Circle, City towing of Corona. Two weeks ago I had a bad accident on the freeway. And it was very devastating for me to see my car be totaled. And the guy who did my towing, his name is Darryl went above and beyond to be more than just a tow. I was not treated like an ordinary customer. I was very emotional very upset, and he had the right words that just encouraged me and kept me going. His service is professionalism. His mannerism was top-notch. He actually made me feel like I had a big brother looking out for me making sure that I got home safe and my vehicle was safe . I give this company five thumbs up plus. When an emergency situation occurs we have so much on our minds. But I found it amazing how one individual acted and treated me like it was personal. I love the fact that this company is at Corona, I believe we should keep our businesses within our community. And I do believe that our businesses need to be recognized for a great service to our communities. My boyfriend and I were in a car accident and Daryl was very helpful to us. We were full of adrenaline, anxiety and shocked by the whole accident and he made us feel safe and guided us while we processed everything in our head. Absolutely the best tow company I have ever used!! I recommend them to everyone and anyone in need of a tow!!! They helped make a traumatic experience for myself and my kids so much calmer. They were there in 15 minutes everywhere else I called quoted 45mins to well over an hour wait time in the rain on the side of a busy accident prone area. Driver worked diligently and safely to make sure my vehicle was not damaged getting it unstuck in the mud and rocks after I avoided a severe head on collision. From start to finish nothing but amazing people to work with!! If I ever need a tow again Circle City Towing has my business!!

My jeep needed to be towed, and I was referred to this place. To my surprise the lady on the phone was really friendly. I think the price was reasonable but then again I didn't have to go very far . Anyhow, thanks for making that experience a lot easier

I made the mistake of calling Hamner towing first, besides their staff being rude and telling us it would be a wait of 30-35 minutes, they finally arrived (4hours later) we where told that they could not help us because we had a baby with us. (Yes, I did tell them I had a baby with me). They said that there was nothing they could do. Thank God I found Circle City Towing ! The staff was very polite and understanding . the lady took the time to explain price and that there was no problem with me having a child with me. She did tell us it would be a 30 min wait but the wonderful man was there in 10 minutes he was very polite and made my family and myself feel comfortable,and was able to accommodate my baby . I wish I could have gotten his name. He really made our awful experience with tow truck companies a great experiences. We are definitely referring you to our friends and family. God bless you
