Broke down after coming in from out of state, they arrived quick and made the process simple and fast, greatly appreciated!!

Family with two small children stranded waiting on this company for roadside assistance. They said it would be roughly 45 minutes. 45 minutes later they call and say “oh the driver was on the way but we got another call for a wreck so we are going to do that one first. We don’t know when we will be able to get to you.” Great service.

Got my car towed on Friday afternoon 6/21 and the gentleman (didn’t catch his name) was super nice and helpful! I appreciated the fast service.

Today, I had to be taken to American Tire to repair a Tire. I picked up this nut driver somewhere on Del Monte, near the corner of Reservation in Marina, Ca. The truck arrived on time & the driver, Keith was super cool . He was polite & very nice. I recommend this company, because they are friendly & very helpful. Be safe & take care.

I never recommend United Towing to anyone.... Very unprofessional , irresponsible and greedy people. United Towing was dispatched to tow my car on last Sunday through my insurance company. They wanted me to pay $200 extra to tow my car. Working with them was a waste of time . Very greedy and unprofessional staff and management.

I had a flat tire I call AAA They have monterey garage ? said about two hours. Someone called police they came called United they came within 15 minutes ? Recently My Brakes Went out I called My Insurance, They Use United. They Came On Time

The guy was great. However 95.00 just for a charge was a bit high. However, they did take 10 minutes. So all in all went great ?

The Monterey Farmers Market started setting up at 3PM. I did not know this as I am from out of town and arrived back at 3:05 only to find United with my car already up on the tow truck. They explained that there was nothing they could do and charged me an absurd $215 just for raising the car onto the truck and immediately taking it back down. I called to explain what had happened and was told there was 'nothing they could do'. Really disappointing to see a business taking advantage of tourists.
