Driver was on his phone in heavy traffic while police having siren on passing thru, will never trust tow driver who don’t have any road manners Update to owner: This was not related to any service. I’m sharing this so others are aware that your drivers has no road manner or respect towards other driver. He was on his phone in heavy traffic while a police vehicle with sirens was passing through. The driver was also drifting across lanes, and when I revved to make him aware while lane splitting legally on my bike he responded with road rage and an obscene hand gesture. Given the size of a tow truck, this is a serious safety concern and should bring your attention to it.

My car broke down on me today. I called around for a tow and either got brushed off or they wanted to charge me too much. Navarro gave me a fair price and was picking up my car in about 30 minutes. The drivers was also super nice.

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Mr. J. Chaps! This guy deserves a raise ASAP. I was having a really stressful day, and to make things worse, my tire popped on my way home. Thankfully, Mr. Chaps came to the rescue! He was super quick, professional, and got my tire changed in no time so I could get back on the road. What a genuinely nice guy and a true lifesaver.

Something about these reviews seems odd i used them twice in one day charged me 85 each tow my 03 yukon was having drive shaft issues the drivers were cool and dispatch was nice I definitely will recommend them. I paid cashed but put a card on file. I called another tow company and they tried to charge me 450 for a 8.5 mile tow. Navaro is the only way to go I can't recommend them enough. Fair pricing quality service and the drivers are Hella chill.

My car was towed here for only one day. When I came to pick it up, I discovered that $78 in cash had been stolen from my vehicle (one $50 bill, one $20 bill, and eight $1 bills). This is unacceptable. A towing company should keep vehicles safe, not expose them to theft. Customers deserve honesty and security. I will never trust this company again, and I strongly warn others to be cautious.

Receptionist at the front desk and whoever woman answers the phone were so rude. For any question we had they will give an attitude with a bad tone. Remember to authorize Navarro’s towing to allow your insurance company to take your vehicle. Navarros kept playing dumb by asking for signatures to keep the vehicle there longer to keep the car there as much as possible so they can get more buck. They will not give you that information there bc they want you to not know so that they can have an excuse to keep your vehicle there longer and you pay more. So remember to get every little detail to get your car out of there ASAP. They were so rude.

Horrible people with bad attitude knowing the people they have taken cars from are now struggling they dont car they only want money, the employees have a BAD attitude! Shame on them for being so rude when people are going through hardships. Nope real trainings would be done all the reviews are about how horrible the attitude of those women are. Make NO EXCUSES ! 0 accountable from the owner what truly a sad excuse of a person. This is not an "isolated incident", just you avoiding accountability to the actions of your workers

The tow operator initially said it would be fine to tow my semi-truck in neutral, despite arriving without the proper tools to remove the driveline. As a result, the transmission is now inoperable. About five miles into the tow, they called for another truck to bring the necessary tools. Only then did they remove the driveline and continue the tow. I would strongly advise avoiding this company due to this experience.

Nasty costumer service the front desk phone operator needs to find a new position elsewhere it's giving Navarro's towing a bad image by her rude responses I see that I'm not the only one dealing with this type bad service I don't think they will do anything in this case since I'm not the only one complaining about her rude service .I understand is your job to keep an image but the image your giving is non welcoming ,I called on Monday may 12 25 I still haven't had a call back on the whereabouts of my vehicle . Called again may 14 I was put on hold then call dropped and no call back thank I guess. I will be calling again soon i hope I get a better response or at least get someone else to answer the phone and actually be able to help me in this matter .thanks ? THE COSTUMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT THATS THE MOTO everywhere... Happy costumers are most likely to recommend this place by showing empathy and building a strong reputation for costumer service.

Don't fall for the cheap price over the phone.They are the worst towing company in LA. They want a card upfront and they refuse to provide a receipt before the car is picked up. Thank god I canceled but the guy called me back and said they were going to charge me in FULL. Talk about being shady. Please don't be a victim.

The front desk woman behaves like a tantrum-prone child—yelling, interrupting, and lashing out before you can even finish a sentence. Just look at the other reviews. This isn’t new. It’s a pattern. And every time someone points it out, the company replies with some snarky, faux-polite corporate deflection: “Well, unfortunately you did this…” She’s clearly on a power trip and honestly unfit to be working with the public. It's shocking they have contracts with the city with this level of mismanagement. Edit: I was calm and polite the entire time and never once raised my voice. In fact I barely even spoke. "misdirected with anger towards us" is a blatant gaslight and lie. Thank you for this amazing response. It's exactly what I predicted to the tee.

Used this company twice in 3 days to haul our 27 ft class A RV on a Landoll. Both Anthony & Israel were AMAZING! Professional, expedient, and efficient. The situation for drop off each time was uniquely challenging, but they both rose to the occasion & dropped our rig off with no incedents or issues! And price was very fair as well. And dispatch person, Carla, was very professional & helpful, too! Thank you, Navarro's for taking such good care of our 'baby" on her first towing experience ever! ?

Like the previous reviews, they will try to rip you off. Similar reviews on Yelp. Avoid it at all cost. They will quote you a price and charge extra when they get your vehicle on their tow truck. Do not use them, and do not give them your credit card. They intentionally try to benefit from other people's suffering. Use M&M Action.

Customer service representative working the front window was completely rude , disrespectful and had the worst attitude helping my daughter and I while we were paying cash to pick up my vehicle. I suggest that this associate be talked to regarding her attitude since she’s the first face you see when you walk into Navarros Towing . I did not appreciate being yelled at by this rep for accidentally hitting the light switch causing me to turn it back on. U don’t yell at people the way she did , rudest service this year.

Great towing company. Called them to come out to unlock my car they showed up within 20 minutes and then ended up towing me because I couldn’t fine my keys. They were professional and took good care of me.

***Warning*** These people are crooks! They will rip you off. Now I understand why they ask for CC upfront because the price they quote will never be the price they charge. It looks like I’m not the only that had this negative experience with them. ***I repeat, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD BEFORE THEY DO THE SERVICE*** There are plenty of other companies that won’t ask for card upfront. Companies like this puts a black eye on the entire industry. ***Your response is the typical response to cover up your nefarious practices. You guys agreed to $3500 to deck a client’s container but turned around and charged him $5500!! That made me and my company look bad. If the price was going to be more, the right thing to do is call before you do the job and inform us of the price difference. Again you guys are crooks!

Terrible customer service! Get the actual price before providing them with any CC info. I called for a similar tow service I had received in the past. I asked the dispatch if the charge would be the same she said it would be or very similar. I mentioned to her how much I had paid in the past but she didn't care to hear anything I had to say. She just cared about sending her truck to my location asap. Once the tow truck showed up and completed the job she told me the price would be double what I had previously paid. I tried to reason with her and she just hung up as soon as she charged my card. They must be slow with work and are just charging double the normal prices to make ends meet.

Best prices around! Fast and courteous. I had a truck break down in Los Angeles and had needed to tow him to a shop for repairs. I had called a few Heavy tow operators near where my driver was broke down and was quoted $1000 for a 12 mile tow with an ETA of over 2 hours. The Mechanic that I was working with had suggested Navarros and I am glad I called them. Their price was half of what others were charging, and their ETA was only 90 minutes! The were very prompt and courteous and safely towed my truck and trailer to the repair shop. I highly recommend them for any towing needs you have. Hopefully we won't need them again, but they will be my first call every time!

The only star they can get is because of the nice towing driver. The driver who towed my car was friendly and polite. But when I called the Monterey Park location, their customer service was terrible, they talked too fast that I barely hear what they said. They asked for my car plate and I told them to wait for a second and they just cut my lining while I was checking. I called the second time and they just immediately cut my line, while it’s the third time that I could finally talk to them, and their attitude was very bad. If I could give zero star, I would. Super poor customer service!

I don’t generally do reviews but I had a great experience with this company. Tow price was good, I needed to change my destination last minute which was further and they did it with no additional cost. My driver Richard was fast, helpful and he was genuinely a good dude. I hope more people receive service from him.

The only star they get is for the friendly original tow truck driver who took my wrecked car to the lot. Super professional and felt like the company was great, however I was completely wrong. (The people at the Fontana lot were alright, pushy to get the money and written/documentation done but still outlined the process and stuff. I get it, policies exist for a reason which made stuff difficult so I digress.) However the main issue was when we were getting the car released, despite my name being on the title as well, since I wasn’t considered the main owner it was difficult for them to release it to me. This wouldn’t be a problem if I had known before hand but the thing is I had called the day prior to find out if it would be an issue and the person on the line said it was fine. So imagine how stupid it is that all of sudden it’s an issue and the people I do have to call to resolve this are the equivalent of a bratty Starbucks customer who didn’t have 7 pumps of caramel in their custom Frappuccino but instead had 6 pumps. It’s unreal how bratty and how unprofessional they were, keep in mind despite being mildly annoyed I understood it’s just the premise of things so I didn’t want to be rude just because it was annoying. Yet despite this when detailing to the phone operator what the person at the lot explained to me I get a sigh and sassy back talk while I try to figure out how to get my car before I get charged a stupid amount for missing the pick up date. I’m truly shocked that the people that are at the “main office” are considered to be the head of this company, I’ve never been more ashamed to say I payed a company that was so undeserving of my own money than this company. The tow drivers are fantastic. Helpful, friendly, cheered me up after losing my dream car to a roll over. Your main office people desperately need a reality check and everyone who’s in charge of the phone needs to understand what the policies are so they can avoid misinformation making the process more difficult. It’s not an issue to be wrong, but it is an issue when way over $100 is being added to a charge because someone couldn’t relay correct information. I digress, please fix the lack of professionalism present at this company. It truly is a shame such great drivers have to work for such unprofessional higher ups.
