I’ve been to Ray’s shop a couple times before for cosmetic help on my Tesla but most recently after a rear end collision. I again had a wonderful experience with an honest and reasonable quote. More importantly, the car was fixed like new. I’m glad to have found a body shop I can trust for years and years to come.
Fast, efficient and reliable body shop. They repaired my vehicle to the te original condition in to time. Ray is was extremely professional and honest. I have referred family members to their shop since then. It's the only place I trust with my vehicles.
Crooks, shady business, beware. Called them first, they asked me to send them photos which I did, I sent them 8 photos from various angles. They told me to bring the car in. Took the car in and a woman refused to even look at it. She told me that I had to go through my insurance. What the hell, I don't want to go through my insurance. I don't understand why she refused to provide me with an estimate. Very shady and bad business!
My sister sent me here in January after my parked car was dented. Annie gave me an estimate that was still honored this April. Thank you Annie, Ray, & MPAC crew for the great job & speedy return.
Had the sensors on my bumper repaired and several cosmetic dents pulled on the liftgate of my RAV4. Had several quotes from different body shops recommending replacing the bumper and the liftgate with quotes in the $4-5K range. Ray (owner) of MPAC asked me a number of questions after visually inspecting the car and understood my desire to repair what I needed in the most economical fashion. He was able to provide with me a price that was pleasing to me and made the vehicle visually much nicer. The folks here are knowledgable and honest and will not oversell you on something that has very little consequence. They will, however, make sure that you don’t compromise the safety of you and your vehicle just for you to try and save money. Appreciated my interaction with Ray and Annie (Office Mgr) and pleased with how everything turned out. Would definitely use them again if I had the unfortunate experience of needing their services.
Jose is the most honest and kind person, I trust him. His work never fails. I have gone to him for years. His prices are beyond fair. Unbelievable and generous. There's no doubt on me recommending him!!!
I’m so glad I went with MPAC for the repairs to my car.
I was involved in a minor accident a few weeks ago. First time someone hit me. I called and spoke to Annie and she was so helpful, patient and understanding. She even offered to provide 2 preliminary estimates from photos of the damage and my VIN via email. Annie was honest and transparent about the whole process.
I brought my car in to determine if the impact bar also needed to be replaced and the owner - Ray - checked underneath my car himself. Ray was also very helpful and understanding. This is a small family owned business and they’re so nice!
In the end the bumper and impact bar needed to be replaced. Honda didn’t have the parts in stock and there was no ETA on their arrival so we went with aftermarket parts. Annie and Ray assured me that that quality would be the same.
The repair took just a few hours and they even washed my car. Totally unexpected but so appreciated. The repair looks great!

Best auto collision repair shop anyone can go to, great customer care, the service was excellent and the work was amazing, I got my vehicle looking like new...???
They work well with your insurance company and will help coordinate things with the car rental. Their communication skills are good as you can ask questions and they will get back to you if they don't have an answer right away. As for body work, it's great. Keep in mind they will fix according to what the insurance pays and covers on your vehicle. Lastly, it's a crowded lot with other car places, but don't let that scare you.
Michael and the staff here are very client focused. This includes being attentive, explanation of the work, and details of parts and cost information. I feel like they are willing to listen to get the job done right--this includes hashing out grey areas and showing patience for details for a comprehensive job.
Check them out first if you need work on a vehicle! You won't regret it.
If their repairs are anything like their customer service, they suck. Don't return calls. Don't follow up. Don't care for your satisfaction or business. Promise to provide parts estimates and don't get back to you. When they finally call you after a week, they say they need to see the car. This is after I provided a VIN # at their request for "accurate pricing." Too busy to care.
Jose is a great mechanic that I truly trust I've known him for a while and I never feel like he has betrayed any of my trust. Is truly an honest mechanic that I recommend to all of my friends.
