The owner was very nice. He helped me with the smog test quickly and easily, and he scanned my renewal barcode through my phone photo. It took some time, but we got it to work. Also, his prices beat other competitors out there. I would recommend him.
I don’t want to give this one star because I want to give this shop 0! This service is terrible! My car needed a tire repair. After they fixed it, they inflated the tire to 49 PSI, while my car's tire requires 36 PSI, not 49. I asked them to lower the pressure and even gave a tip, but they rudely told me, 'If you insist on lowering it to the standard 36 PSI, give me 50 dollars, and I'll do it slowly!'
What an unpleasant jerk the owner is. I was recommended to him by A&B (whom I like) for a simple oil change.
Yesterday, he told me "Cash only!" I didn't have enough.
"You come back tomorrow!" OK... I did and...
"Mechanic not come in!" he barked, unwilling to even take his eye off his cell phone. "You go (something, I just couldn't understand after asking two or three times)... "
He couldn't do me a simple oil change?
He couldn't look up from his cell phone?
I tried. Twice. Forget it.
Owner is kind of grumpy, but not mean or disrespectful. I've gone to this place for Smog Test(s), a few times already, it is close to home, and price is comparable to others in same area. Wait time is minimal, pretty much in and out.
There wack cause if you have the part they won’t install you would have to buy the part from them and then they still charge labor like I have my axel but they don’t wanna put it on like there wack! There’s a better shop on Garvey by the autozone and they will do anything for $90 but you have to have your part
Dont ever go to this place, if you wouldn't tolerate the old, grumpy man
who neither wants nor has patient to listen to so much of what happened with your car. “customer experience” pretty low and bad. But his work is solid , efficent and more considerate to customer
