Horrible service, sloppy, and an hour late and would not drop my car off til I paid extra miles which they made a mistake on address. First told me I was covered then called back to say they had incorrect address. Do not use this company!
This was a stressful weekend doing the shopping having two kids and then my car breaks down little that I know I needed a jumpstart. Helms and Hill came to my rescue. The driver was very professional and their service was great thank you so much for the rescue.

First time dealing with. Needed them to tow the car of a self centered selfish person that parked in our spot .Service was amazing and prompt and call taker and tow driver were very courteous. Will do business with again, without hesitation!
The rudest people I’ve had to deal since I can remember. They kept pushing back the time of arrival for service tow. 3 hours in delays. It was a AAA contracted business. I call another service and it arrived in 20 minutes. I got asked 20 questions when they couldn’t deliver.
The worst customer service!!! Christina is unprofessional , rude and full of excuses of why they can’t get to their calls within the time promised. Not sure why AAA is still affiliated with this company. AAA sent out my work order 3x and they refused to pick up the call after I called their office. NEVER will agree to have them service our family again!
AAA needs to investigate these guys. Need a tow from Commerce to Riverside. Dude had no diesel. Asks me if I could help him out and pay for the diesel. I said sure as he said the company would reimburse me my money.
Contacted the company, nope. They don’t want to refund me the money.
Will be contacting AAA and making a claim.
Isiaias was great super fast service and great customer service. Arrived well before the estimated time and offered to wait till the rest of my family was picked up before ridding back with him to the dealership to drop off my disabled vehicle
I can't say enough good things about my tow driver, Jonathan Cruz! From the moment he arrived, he was professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. He handled my vehicle with great care and made sure I was safe every step of the way. What truly made the experience stand out was how he went out of his way to make me feel comfortable during the ride. It honestly felt less like a tow and more like a drive with a good friend. We had a great conversation, and his calm, positive energy made a stressful situation feel so much easier. Jonathan is a true professional and a great human being. I’m incredibly grateful for his help and kindness. Five stars all the way!
I am deeply disappointed and heartbroken by the complete lack of compassion and professionalism shown by this tow truck company. We had a tragedy happen in our family, and instead of treating the situation with the sensitivity and respect it clearly required, this company acted with cold indifference.
There was no acknowledgment of the circumstances—just a mechanical, emotionless group of people. When I explained the tragic situation and asked if they could offer a discount, I was flatly denied without a moment of consideration or kindness.
To make matters worse, the woman working at the front desk was shockingly rude. Her tone was dismissive, and she showed zero empathy.
It was a slap in the face during a moment of profound grief.
At a time when I was already struggling with unimaginable loss, their actions were not just unprofessional—they were inhumane. Avoid this place at all costs. Their motive is clearly to charge as much as possible, in hopes that you will just leave your car there so they can sell it at their auction. This experience was disgraceful and unforgettable for all the wrong reasons.
I do want to add that the tow truck drivers were very kind and helpful. This review is directed towards the woman working the front desk and the “supervisor”.
Here to sing praises to Mr. Andrew Nava who went above & beyond what I can only imagine a challenging task given my dead SUV. The patience and professionalism he maintained was truly admirable. Will definitely recommend to fam & friends.
I had a tire blowout on a crowded freeway, and after a good samaritan motorist helped me get off the freeway and into a safe spot, I called the Auto Club. Helms & Hill sent JESSE to me, and he saved the day! He was very kind, very comforting, and took a terrible situation and turned it completely around. Thank you so much, Jesse!
This company has some very aggressive and rude employees. They also are liars who will find any loop hole to not tow your vehicle on a Friday by saying one thing on the phone and then writing something completely different on paper. I had to rent my own U-Haul trailer and have a friend drive 2 and a half hours so I can tow my vehicle.

Horrible service. I had called triple A and made a request on the app to have them come service my battery that was dead. I had one guy coming in at 8 something who called me. And on the app I had a different guy who was coming at 10. Two different workers from the same company coming at two different times. I canceled the guy coming in at 10 expecting the guy who was coming at 8 to arrive before of course. But since I canceled the second guy it canceled both requests. Had to make another request and waited for the guy who originally coming at 8, he got here at 10. Only for him to test my battery, “jumpstart it multiple times”, and claim my “starter” was not working. I got a starter for my vehicle and same thing was not working, until yet again I jumpstarted my vehicle and it finally worked. I’m not sure if it was the battery or starter but now it’s just waste of money because now tomorrow if I have to jumpstart it I have to buy a new battery. All this could’ve been saved if their guy could’ve told me I needed a new battery instead getting a starter.
I’d like to share with everyone of how the driver Jonathan, was very friendly. He showed up on time as quoted and went straight to taking care of my car. The man was moving faster than the Energizer Bunny ?. All thumbs up for a job well done Mr Jonathan????‼️

Hi :) We'd like to give our most recent tow driver a great review. Thank you so much! Albert was incredibly helpful and a pleasure to talk to. He made my girlfriend and I very comfortable throughout the entire experience. Our original ETA was 1 hour, but he went out of his way to pick us up in just 20 minutes. It was such a relief since it was late at night and the area wasn't the best. We are very fortunate he came earlier.
He deserves 5/5 stars.

If I could give zero stars I would. The owner David has terrible communication and purposely would not respond to me. His worker Israel Espinoza did not service me correctly for being lazy at night and terribly patched my tire. My tire ended up poppin on the freeway and I had to replace and almost crashed. In communication with AAA and David and he wants to take no blame for the irresponsible doing of HIS employee. Probs just cheap and from the other reviews I can see this they do this a lot. Beware this towing company. Wants to blame its customers for its bad service!! The fact they have responded to other reviews saying “the world doesn’t revolve around you” clearly shows their lack of professionalism and poor management of their company.
IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!!! Receptionist was not helpful and rude. I called to inquire about their auction schedule, car list, website, etc but kept getting cut off with no no in the lobby no no before I even got a the question out. What's the starting bid? How many cars are up for auction? What's the times? Does it have to be cash? Do you get your deposit back? Just to name a few that I couldnt ask because she was rude and just wanted to get me off the phone. Poor customer service, not helpful just downright rude and if she is representing this business and how it operates I cant imagine them to be any different.
Just had an auto towed from a very difficult parking lot area and was so happy to see the expertise and care of this driver, Dedrick. The delivery of my car also had to be made from a very busy street and, again, the precision was remarkable and he received added praise from the owner of the repair shop. Am delighted to see AAA using such a competent business for towing and thank Helm and Hill for reducing my stress with an excellent driver.
Just got off the phone with the only worker who is on right now, did not catch her name and did not get the chance. It’s currently 2/5/22 23:54. I highly recommend not choosing this tow service. The worker on was extremely rude and she pretty much hung up on us telling us to call AAA back. I mean we are dealing with something not so pleasant, obviously she knew the situation, and instead of being at the very least polite she made it seem as if we were inconveniencing her for calling. What a sad and terrible experience, please I’m telling you, ask for a different tow truck service if you are able to.

My van broke down and I called them after I called a few other places that where not open 24/7. They arrived 10 min later. The driver was very friendly and professional. I thought that they where very reasonable in there prices. And best of all I felt better getting my vehicle home instead of leaving it on the streets since I had all my tools in it for my work. I would recommend them because they are open 24/7 and prompt.
**I WANT TO THANK THESE GUYS** I got my car stuck on a parking block at 3am I was alone and I told them I needed someone right away, they came out so quickly and they didn't charge me. I was so grateful, thank you to your driver who was so kind and to your dispatcher for waiving the fee and sending someone out quickly. I so appreciate you all! This was on Sept 5th.
