Great helpful staff that has always been courteous every time I've gone. Store is clean and kept well. Selections are a bit limited with some items and are about the same price as most other Automotive stores. They do have some sort of rewards club but I've never seen able to accumulate enough purchases to get some sort of discount. As I said I've been here quite a few times over the years and will return again.

Francisco the manager is knowledgeable and really helpful and his staff is amazing this store really cares about their customer's!

I went to Auto Zone in Montebello to check my battery and alternator. They told me both my battery and alternator needed to be changed. They didn't want to help with changing the batter and could really care less. I then went to O'Reillys and KEVIN helped me out SIGNIFICANTLY! Not only did he help me realize it was just my bad battery, he got his tools to take the parts out install my battery for free. I have 2013 chevy impala so there a a few steps and tools needed to take it out. He was EXTREMELY HELPFUL! Never going to Autozone again. KEVIN at O'Reillys was awesome! Thank you again!

This was my first time in this store it was well stocked and clean. There was plenty of parking and no working on their car in the parking lot.

Counter help sucked.. they were as friendly as a mosquitoe on a hot day.. lol They don't have a big selection of parts for this location but its ok.

My favorite o Reilly's store. I can go to the one in pico but nah been coming here since it opened at this location. I buy my stuff for detailing my car and my dad gets his car parts from here great place always treated with respect and they also recommend certain products and parts to us thanks.

Either kevin or tomas but I think Kevin sold me an incorrect bulb by accident innocently I’m sure, I am not sure if it’s low beam or high beam out so I’m part of the issue when I asked him to sell me headlights. He was going to install it for me but has to wait for other coworker to get out of restroom. So I think Tomas who was so super nice tried to install the light kevin sold me but realized it was the incorrect bulb by looking at the model number, so he ended up exchanging it for what seemed like the correct bulb (also this was dark at night so me coming later made it harder for tomas to see what’s going on which is why I’m so thankful for tomas) anyway so he tried to install the light but it wouldn’t turn on and so he said maybe I have to take it to the shop cuz I have a wire problem. So I went to alhambra oreillys to try to exchange the bulb tomas installed because I had just gone to oreillys in alhambra not long ago to change the other side headlights and this one tomas and kevin were helping me with , this bulb went out a few days close to the one I had gone to alhambra which Martin was so kind to help me install. So I will continue my review at alhambra oreillys because I am so confused what’s going on with the light tomas was so kind to try to help me with. But I went to alhambra and was able to buy the same light I had just got recently bought from Martin and changed it myself because cuong would not install it for me yet on oreillys website it says policy is free windshield wipers and bulb replacement. Anyway thank you to kevin and tomas for trying to help me. I’m confused why kevin sold me a possibly wrong light but he did search my car and model so I’m sure it was correct process just confused when tomas swapped it out. Johan at alhambra oreillys was so kind to come out to help me take a look at my confusion with the low beam and high beam and it seems the similar answer that tomas said-maybe a wire connection! Thank you guys for helping me.

Dropped off three batteries under the recycling program. The counterman had no knowledge and continue to ask for a receipt.I choose to take back my batteries .Drive to the nearby Autozone (less then a mile ) .Very welcoming as I walked in .Ask them about the program .They explained it all in detail walked to my truck and asisted me in carrying the items in and gave store credit .Guest where I will be shopping next.

Very happy with O,Reilly AutpParts.I was impressed with the sales associates there ,the fact that they were ready to help you get the parts you need and knowing how to get. I speak from experience being retired from the business of 30 years .

Very knowledgeable staff... the asset. Manager (a young Lady) was very thorough and offer the sale items for my benefit in saving.. this is why I dont have second thoughts on coming to O'Reilly auto parts. Saved 16.00 bucks.

From the other auto parts stores in montebello I prefer OReillys for there great price on parts and better yet their customer service. The young guys at the counter are very knowledgeable and definitely have a passion for cars you can tell by the way they treat every customer.

they ordered my part yesterday, went to pick up next day,but no1 really put in the order.Twice this happens at this store now I remember the reason why I stick with my Ebay parts 2 years but broke it yesterday :\
