My car gave up in the middle of the freeway and shortly after requesting for roadside assistance, Mike pulled up faster than expected. He took care of everything efficiently and explained very well the process of the towing to my house. Super chill and funny dude.

Mike jumped out of the pool on Memorial Day weekend to pickup my car to tow. He knew what he was doing and got things done quick. He’s also hilarious so it was nice to make light of a possibly sour situation.

Money Mike showed up and got my car strapped up and ready to move. He was very friendly and can make a long ride feel short. Mike is very professional and courteous with the vehicles he is towing.
I have never seen such bad roadside assistance services. I would have gaven a zero if there is a choice. Stay away from this company. Never answered the call, and the dispatcher was so rude and unprofessional. No communication, it seems as you are begging them for services. Upon reading your rebuke. you are unbelievable, I called your company 8 times in the afternoon and was finally successful got someone to pick up the call. Your ETA was 60-90 minutes from the last call at 1:57pm (thankfully after 8 calls someone answered), I called your back within the 10 minutes timeframe as you mentioned from the 1st call received from your driver at 3:37PM , your dispatcher told me “oh, our wait time is 10 minutes, however, our driver already left”. You wanted my elderly mother to wait for you outside for 90 minutes just to be sure you arrive? Or I have nothing better to do at work but to make sure you call after the ETA time. I am not sure how you can be so felt so right and felt everyone had no other business but yours after you passed your 90 minutes ETA time. You didn’t try to make up when I spoke with you, you were not apologetic, all along you just blamed us not to have only you and your company as priority, to answer your call when I have tried to called you more than 10 times without any success. What a joke. Are we talking about double standard here? As you can see, I usually don’t write any review, but I was shocked at the treatment I received today! Good luck to you business to have you as an owner and your dispatcher as your staff! Wish you to be able to stay in business many, many more years.
driver was polite but the overall expierece was less than acceptable. first I was broke down on the side of the freeway so I was sent a link to determine my exact location. so it's confusing to me how they would go to an address that is obviously off the freeway since last time I checked the shoulder of the freeway does not have a physical address. then to add insult to injury I was very specific about having a 6x10 trailer in tow. when the driver shows up he was adamant he could not tow the trailer. I'd either have to leave it and come back on my own or pay another tow truck to come get the trailer. ended up taking my truck and leaving me with my trailer to wait for a friend to come help. then to get even worse when he dropped the truck off at the mechanic he dropped it blocking the entire bay so the mechanic in the morning had to struggle to move it just to open his bay door to work. all in all the experience sucked. for you to respond you don't tow trailers for free or to tell my mechanic to wait is completely absurd. my pointvwas very clear I was explicit that I had a trailer and it was several hours after my mechanic closed. that does does not excuse your driver from being stupid the way he left my truck. you can make excuses but you guys screwed up plain and simple so own it and shut up

Mike was the tow guy who came out to help he did a great job with a forklift i purchased helped me wash it and clean. This guy is one of a kind and I hope hes around every time i need a tow
After going through a worst experience from some other towing company, I was super satisfied with the service. The guy was very patient and took his time to listening to me how I wanted my van to be placed in my driveway. Thank you so much now I know who to call when being stranded.

My guy came through fast.
Both of my two front wheel bearings got messed up on my truck, so I wasn't able to move my truck at all.
But that wasn't any problem for Mike.
He loaded and unloaded my truck easily.
I was shocked when he told me he was going to unload my truck.
I thought he was kidding.
My man asked me for some soap to slide the truck off the flatbed, and it worked just how he said. Genius move!
I never would have thought of it.
Props to him and those guys.

I used a AAA call and was redirected from a different towing company to this one because they were willing to make the far haul. The dispatcher kept me updated on the driver status and the driver was very professional. It was a great experience overall.
Shady company with very bad customer service. The driver did not speak to me or acknowledge me, no wave or smile nothing he hooked my car then gave me a price. The driver acted like he could care less about me and my car. I drove separately and when my car arrived to the repair shop the owner of DJ’s towing called me and basically yelled at me to hurry up because his driver is there already and he WILL NOT release my car until someone pays him. The mileage towed was a huge discrepancy between their private app and google. Which has never happened with other towing companies with or without AAA. Usually I can verify the mileage and it is very close to what google gives.
All around it this company felt shady
It was the owners tone and demeanour on the phone to the driver not acknowledge me.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM.
