I'm 69 years old and unfortunately got into a fender bender. I contacted John at Prestige and towed my car there. Wel my bender cost around $8000 to do it right. Well I was stuck for funds so I had the car towed back home. John always reassured me. They did around $200 of work to get an accurate estimate. When I was ready to towed my car back home John didn't charge me anything. Well I told him that when I'm able, Prestige is where I'm taking it back to. He gets 5 stars for caring and understanding my situation. Thanks John

Pristine responded to a quote request to paint a small portion on my car. I initially received a reply stating that they would need my VIN to provided an estimate. I provided the information and then they asked for my contact number. They said that it was needed to provide me with a quote. I replied back asking if they were not able to provide me a quote in writing. No one ever responded back. Just nothing. For me, I feel that this is very suspicious and shady. Why insist on a phone number and then not respond when asked for a quote in writing? They specifically stated that it would be a ROUGH estimate so why wouldn't they provide it? VERY shady and suspicious.

For the second time, John at Pristine did right and even though they were slammed busy. He repaired all four of my rims, completely refaced and fixed one of them with a pretty hefty crack. These people are more than fair with pricing and the quality work is better than any body shop or dealer Ive been too. Very pleased with again!

John and Dee were extremely professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. They clearly explained the repairs needed for our vehicle and delivered outstanding service. Went here to get front lip, side skirts, and rear valence painted and fitted. Paint match was perfect and price was good for the work load. Communication was amazing and kept me in the loop when complications arose. They even through in a free detail! Definitely will be bringing my other vehicles here.

Love this place. My family has been coming here for years. I had an issue with the electrical system with my lights on my 2024 Prius. The shop took my car in during lots of work during the heavy rain and took care of my headlight issue it get me back on the road! Will be bringing my car here to get an ADS sensor calibration as well. If you want good honest people from a family owned shop, this is the shop!!

John at Pristine is awesome. I called them on a Saturday afternoon all stressed from my accident the night before. He had a tow truck at my house Monday morning, he took care of all my insurance claims stuff and got my truck squared away. I would HIGHLY recommend John and Pristine Collision Center.

I recently was referred to Arthur by my 2007 M6 mechanic for some repairs. I really like Arthur’s communication: clear, timely and succinct. (Usually not the case) the team did a great job, I can tell they are passionate about what they do. Also had some good recommendations.

I was involved in a car accident ( rear ended) not my fault lol. The at fault person's insurance wanted to expedite the repairs on my vehicle sending it to a shop of their choice. After their shop inspected the damages on my 2025 Honda Civic Si , I was not satisfied with the repairs they wanted to do. My vehicle is brand new and i did not want it to be repaired but instead wanted the parts to be replaced for new OEM parts. Decided to take it to this shop since i saw a Mclaren there for repairs, meaning they must do some great quality work. Met with Carlos and he helped me through the entire process. He clearly explained the amount of time it would take and sure enough it was what he said. I was worried about having to deal with the other party's insurance since i was on a rental car that they were covering, but Carlos assured me i did not have to reach out to them anymore and that he would communicate with them directly. Brought huge peace of mind. After two weeks my car was finally finished and i was completely satisfied with the work. Paint matched the entire car, and he advised they insured lifetime guarantee for the parts and paint that was repaired. I will completely recommend this shop to my friends and family.

Arthur took great care of my car! I feel like he really cared that I'm on the road driving with a safe vehicle. At the end of the day thats what you want in a body repair shop -- that they have the same goal as you, to keep yourself safe and driving as much as possible. My Tesla Model Y started making creaking noises from the front driver side. I first took it to a mechanic who told me it was the lower control arm and that it needed to be replaced. Wanting a second opinion, I went to an official Tesla service center, where I was told I needed to replace the lateral compliance and upper control arm (with all three links). Getting into an accident is never fun. I was unsure of where to take my new BMW until I walked into this shop. They made my experience pretty great and smooth, and my vehicle was repaired back to pre collision. Arthur and Derik were awesome. Great communication throughout the entire ordeal. Got Rear-Ended, had to replace the entire suspension on my car, it drives like new again! Accidents are unfortunate but it's nice to know there are guys in the neighborhood that do great work and are willing to help you out every step of the way.

I got into a car accident and I was searching for a Body Shop to take my vehicle to. the insurance company recommended me to a couple of different shops, but their reviews were awful so I ended up finding Beverly Collision Center called them and went in for an estimate, and ended up leaving my vehicle with them the same day I felt very comfortable. They explained everything in detail, what the process will be Overall, the experience was very great when I picked up my vehicle I was really happy with all the work that was done. My car looked better than it did before. The only thing was it took a little longer than expected, because of back-order parts but Arthur was always in communication with me and kept me updated with the whole process of the repair.
