Always helpful counter staff, offer options for "level" of components, get me in and out in a timely manner!

Went into the store just to get windshield wipers and there was 1 person ahead of me and there were 2 store representatives behind the counter. It took the 1 rep who was not assisting a customer maybe 4 minutes to look up and see me there. After he told me the kind of wipers I needed I went to grab them and returned to the counter to purchase them. Now again there was 1 person ahead of me and 2 representatives behind the counter. The same man that previously helped me has seen me at the counter with the blades and starts making calls . He then fiddles around and talks to the other rep who has already finished with his customer. At this point I am the only person at the counter. He finally looks at me and ask what do I need as if the blades are not visible. He rings me up and I asked him to put on the wipers for me. He did and then had the nerves to ask about a tip. The customer service was horrible. These guys need to have immediate re-training on customer awareness, customer service and how inappropriate it is to ask for a tip. I will never go to this location again.

Great experience and Joseph was very helpful. I brought some motor oil, oil filter and air filter for my son. I can believe how much things have gone up since COVID. Thank you.

Every time i go to this location, the employees seem lost, or they don't wanna do their job.. Today i was trynna return a core and they kept telling me that my name isn't on my account associated with my phone number and i had seen my name on my account on one of their screens literally the day before, so like usual i had to go to the san dimas location to get it resolved and they were able to look it up immediately. If you guys don't wanna just close the branch!

We went in here an hour before closing, looking to get a new battery for our vehicle. Mike was there upfront. He was very welcoming and helped us search for the battery we needed. Of the three batteries available, we were not sure which to get. Carlos was there and estimated which battery was best. He helped us get the right tools as well. Not only did the two gentlemen help us that night, but Carlos went as far as offering us a ride to our vehicle right after his shift. We are so glad we ran into them that night. Thank you, Mike! I wanted to change my oil on Easter Sunday, but noticed I bought the wrong oil weight. I called this Autozone store and spoke with Mike. Good thing this store closes at 9pm, so I had lots of time to exchange the oils with my receipt in hand. No problems at checkout.

I lost the receipt with the gentleman’s name on it. I went in Saturday between 2 and 330. 3/30/2024. I was looking for windshield wipers and had no idea what I looking for. Thankfully for the man there recognized what I needed for my Jeep Cherokee. He showed me how to change them out too. I really appreciate your help that day.

On 3/30/2023 approximately 8:15am. I was treated poorly! The first guy was helpful, but the store manager who said his name was PAUL was rude to me after I returned the wrong item. He made rude comments to me while I was returning the item. I let him know I made a mistake and chose the wrong fuses. I let him know people make mistakes, but he did not have to be rude and try to belittle me. I will no longer go here. The service is horrible!!!!!!!!

I came in for a cigarette lighter splitter so I could power my rear view camera and my phone charger from one outlet. I was helped by a young woman who quickly handed me exactly what I was looking for. Mission accomplished.

The sales person who was a lady was very helpful. Very Good Customer Service I dont know where to put my windshield liquid wash and she poured it for me after she empty the water in side it . Thank You so much.

Honestly went there with low expectations but left with a fresh new battery replaced and my car is working fine, thank to Raul. He was an amazing help and had spectacular customer service.

Not too busy And immediate customer recognition by sales staff. Well established signage, barriers and protocols for the current pandemic situation. I was a little confused by the sign that asked customers to "wait outside" until ask to step up to the counter. I ask the clerk if that meant I should leave the store until it was my turn. He said: that's o.k ,come on over.

monica the store manager has a horrible attitude and her customer service skills are even worse. She was utterly disrespectful and wouldn't even listen to my customer feedback. Very dismissive. Very unhappy with my visit.

I came in for a light bulb. A less than excited clerk showed me where they were, indicated one on the rack. After he walked away I noticed 2 others lower down on the rack that were less than 2/3 the price of the one I was shown. I don't think he was intentionally trying to upsell me on a relatively small sale, but was annoying at the time. I'll stick with the Glendora location in the future.

Came to this location earlier this month and once again today!! Needed a battery to be check this time and came out to be "Bad". Great knowledge from team members and got me a newer battery with better charge rates. Highly recommend this location then others in area.

My car battery died yesterday after leaving the light on and after many frustrations of getting my car jumped I decided to head to autozone and get a completely new battery. I don't know anything about cars and I'm always worried about getting taken advantage of when it comes to auto part purchases but that wasn't the case with Carlos. He checked my battery to even see if I needed a new one (turns out I did) and also replaced my new one for me all in about 30 minutes. Great service!

I was looking for a specific part for my car. I asked the gentleman if he carried the part I needed at the time there was a gentleman a younger guy and a girl in the store. The girl was busy eating pretending to work and flirting with a guy by the register. The gentleman said to me they're over here aisle 2 we don't have a chart for your part you'll have to find it on your own he then walked away and continue talking to the younger couple in the corner that's the only customer service I received. I was completely shocked because normally the people in AutoZone that work behind the counter are amazing I do not recommend this location if you need help.

Most definitely. I was there 2/8/19 around 1 to 2pm purchasing headlights (bulbs) for a 2010 Chevrolet Impala . The younger gentleman told me that they're not allowed to remove any parts of the headlights to replace the bulbs. I was about to get a refund for a $30 dollar purchase when another worker (older gentleman) came out and replaced the bulbs. I am so thankful and grateful to this worker. He took the time to give EXCELLENT customer service. May God RICHLY bless this gentleman !!!!!! He should DEFINITELY be the manager. Very professional and kind !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will not be purchasing anything from Auto Zone again. Their customer service SUCKS. I purchased a$200+ battery for my vehicle. I had to replace within a year of purchasing it. It wouldn't hold a charge again, took it back to them to charge. Never received a call after a month now letting me know. They have no record of my exchange. I did have someone else,not me, call and they were informed my battery was no good. They said I would need to purchase a new one and would not give any credit towards a new one.They still have not notified me. If I could give them a zero, I must definitely would. This is one of a few incidents.

I was here earlier today, ordered a part they didn't have, but they informed me that their store in Gardenia had one, and could be delivered in a couple of hours. They took my name and number and said part wild be ready for pick up in 2.5 hrs. I made arrangements to have my car and mechanic ready to change out part. Well, once I got to Auto Zone at 5:30 (time promised), ni one knew anything about my order, then they proceeded to tell me that part wouldn't be in till 10am tomorrow. They weren't very helpful. They're attitude was like "oh well, see you tomorrow". One star cuz no "I'm sorry about that", nothing The service here is mediocre at best. Would definitely recommend trying another store in the area. Remember, you have choices.

Beware!!! They SUCK!!!! >>GO TO ORILES<< i had been purchasing all my parts there for quite a few years . As of late i had several LIFETIME warentee parts recently fail...they couldent find my parts in their "computer"..they asked if i had my recipts...i said i sure do...went home and grabbed my big ziplock bag of autzone stubs.dating back 12 years.....i religiously put everysingle one in there....nearly all of them were now blank!!!!!!....and they would not honor their warentee on any of the parts...... the guy said he did recognize it as "their" part....this happened to me 3 times this year alone....on 2 different alternators that were clearly their duralst brand... and on a very expensive optima battery..for close to 600bucks of wasted money....i have spent litterly thousands upon thousands of dollers with them in the past.....seems very convenient for them to have erasing ink.. and really sucks for the buyer. I have shifted my purchasing and will never spend a dime there ever again

Knowledge friendly staff. I wasn't sure which part I needed. They helped me narrow it down quickly. They explained the functions and how to test my old part to ensure I was buying the parts I really needed. They have my repeat business easily. Thanks Tony and staff.

my uncle and i drove up to this autozone at 8pm to replace a headlight. before we were even in the door the light was waiting for us at the register! Jon, the guy who got the light for us, saw us park with only one light working. Instead of waiting behind the counter and having us search the store for it he took the initiative and rung it up and shared some jokes with my uncle. we were in and out of the store in under 5 minutes. Fantastic service!
