Dino and Rod were great. Super happy with their honesty and business ethic. Bought a SL63 recently that needed a service and inspection done. They were fairly priced and gave me recommendations on what needed to be done. Robert the tech was great as well! Take your Mercedes here you wont be disappointed.

This place is great. Had my prepurchase inspection done here and they found a failed parking brake part that was missed at the dealership, which got fixed within the warranty period. Later when I had some major strut issues they handled it directly with the warranty people and had it ready in less than a week when they were already super busy. The shop also has a quiet, clean place to work if you need to wait it out on-site while they do the repairs and maintenance. Big fan of Rod's professionalism and courtesy, and Dino's expert repairs. Will be a dedicated customer for many years even though there are closer shops and dealers in between. Glad I take my car here to Valley.
Rod is an honest person and we appreciate his work on all our Mercedes. He would tell you which services are considered "overkill" based on his decades of experience. On top of that, his prices are extremely reasonable. think about this, there's a dealership literally few miles away, but everyone i know who owns a mercedes in the area prefers Valley Mercedes.

I rarely rate and post my comments on line however for Valley Mercedes Service I will. I was blown away by the customer service from the moment I walked through the door including the cost for the repairs on my Mercedes to the moment I pulled away.

Valley Mercedes Service is the best Mercedes Service Center that I have been with reasonable charge and quality service, saved me a lot more than what I was quoted in other mechanic shops who posted MBZ ,BMW logos on there shops with wrong diagnosis , this center serviced For me S500 ,E350, C240 and I will count on this shop as long I own Mercedes…Thank you Dino, they tried everything possible to save me which they did cut cost more than 60% of what I was told some where else

They will look into the issue to the very details and recommend you for future services if needed and timelines you can better manage your schedule and finance. I know nothing about cars except how to drive them but they will educate you and explain to you every single detail. I highly recommend Valley Mercedes. I've never gone to any other auto shop ever since because I am confident that my car is in good hands. I have owned several Mercedes in the past. My S600 V12 twin turbo is a very complicated vehicle. I now found dealership service with a affordable price at Valley Mercedes. Dino is very competent, clean and neat. If they can take care of my Mercedes they can take care of yours.
