THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG ROTORS! I am here at my mechanic while my car is already apart and ready for new brakes and rotors . Come to find out they gave me the wrong parts although we went through a vin process as well. Please don’t hire KIDS that don’t have any knowledge in these things.

United States ………. and had a disappointing experience with one of the employees. While I was purchasing my items, the employee made a comment that I found disrespectful and unprofessional.
The comment was very out of pocket . I felt insulted, disrespected and offended and believe that this behavior is unacceptable from a customer service representative.
I hope that the store will take my experience seriously and address this issue with the employee. I would appreciate a response regarding the actions taken to ensure that customers receive respectful treatment in the future.

Very bad customer service at this particular location. The manager was very rude and quickly refused to help me return a part that I purchased online, even though the app clearly says the return can be made at ANY AutoZone location. He gave me a lot of lame excuses as to why he wouldn't give me a refund for a part that failed days after installing it. I called AutoZone's customer service and they made things right by helping me return my item, so because of this I'll continue to shop at AutoZone, but never at this store location.
Out of all the auto zones in my area this has been the most helpful and successful with fixing my issues,,,
Alan and Santos have been great with diagnosing my problems
I recently walked in to try and purchase some windshield wipers during this current storm we’re having in california and receive help getting them installed on my Nissan Sentra. SR. When I initially asked for help there was two workers in there one by the name of Santos and another kid that I have had confrontations with before regarding situations at the AutoZone. I have no problem with the people that work there. The issue is when it’s raining outside and I need windshield wipers, and you’re not offering your help. It’s number one, unprofessional number two, disrespectful and three, very extremely dangerous. I recently walked into try and purchase some windshield wipers and as as soon as I walked in, they were already asking me to make model and year of my car, when I was still walking into the door. As soon as I got to the front cashier desk, I asked them for assistance on the windshield wipers, and they asked me for the make model year of the car again so I gave it to them. Then they gave me the measurements of the windshield wipers and expected me to go and find them myself, so they pointed me in the right direction which was perfectly fine. The Other worker got up and went to go grab some for his own vehicle and said that he had to work on his car himself so I’m just standing there looking for the best windshield wipers for my car because there’s many options so I am a unknowledgeable but doing what I can, I grab a pair of windshield wipers, and when I go up to the front cashier the guy claims that they cannot be installed on my vehicle because my vehicle would have to remove the front hood and that’s the only way they can be installed. As soon as this guy claims this situation, I ask him for his name and they both kind of sat there. Not really expecting me to have a problem with it. I didn’t ask for the other guys name which I probably should have but I know where this AutoZone is and like I said I go there a lot so I know he works there. so I will be back and I am making complaints, and there’s better ways to handle situations that definitely wasn’t one of them. I end up, leaving the store with windshield wipers that really weren’t up to par on my vehicle barely visible. I pulled into another AutoZone in a different city and gladly I’m so thankful they were able to help me and install me some new ones.
Carlos and his team were very welcoming/inviting upon walking in. They listened to me explain my needs and were very good at providing a solution in a quick manner. All employees were more than willing to try and help as well. Highly recommend this location over others near by.
The guys at this location were great! My car battery died while visiting friends and I needed jumper cables, it was 950pm and I was 10 minutes away. I borrowed friends car and drove to AutoZone right away. I called ahead to let them know I was on my way and they stayed open a few minutes after 19pm (closing time) to accommodate my emergency. Thank you AutoZone on Citrus, you guys were lifesavers (I had two teenage boys I needed to get home!)!
Richard the store Director. Knows how to handle business of his store and the Glendora store since they keep sending us to Richard. He goes out of his way for excellent customer service. Thank you so much sir.
I'm An independent mechanic gain experience in a shop about 13 years and good car work wen I see it, AutoZone offers good work good customer service and quality parts and make sure you get what your looking for, now in know all AutoZone aren't the same but for the most part they got a good idea and the patient to help and will always go to AutoZone for there are many location and for a independent mechanic that's great accuse and available for me to conduct business
I like the service I get from this place specially for a guy he is really nice and try to help everyone the bes he can unfortunately I don't remember his name.
This worker named Alan is the best! He is super helpful and is always so nice. Answers all my questions and will even walk u thur the process if changing out a light on the car, etc. Well at least he did in my case. Took like 5mins. Thanks again Alan!!
Managers unable to return an item from their own online website with online order number on my phone. I was being asked for a number that does not exist on their own website transaction receipt. I finally just took a credit for the item. Just unreal how an online order cannot be refunded at the local Autozone when the receipt says to go to local store for return. Maybe they need to call Walmart or Kohls and see how they are easily capable of returning items with original online order number receipts. Unbelievable experience... Last time I go to this specific store.
I needed a battery for my key fob and Ramon H. went above and beyond to help me. He was patient, informative, and took the time to put the battery in for me. This is my new favorite location.l!!!
The manager told me that i couldnt use a product in the carburetor which i could ,not knowing that im a mechanic but i said ok went home and came back to the store for something else and i asked another worker and they said yes butthey couldnt sell me anything cause.i was paying cash
They really came through for me! They tested both of the batteries in my car, and found that one was pulling power from the other. They called and found what location had the battery that I needed and sent me there. It was already waiting at the second location when I got there. I went back to the original auto zone in Covina on citrus avenue and they were kind enough to install the battery too for free! It was easy and quick! I really appreciated their kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend this location!
Not very knowledgeable with parts that are for custom builds. They mostly need vehicle information and look up parts by vehicle application. Cool staff, usually but if you like doing custom builds, or swaps, this really isn't the best place to shop for parts.
Alan B, Cruz, and Robert are truly the best! I had to push my car to auto zone Thinking I needed a new battery and Alan came out with a battery tester and noticed my bolt was loose, he tightened it and my car started again. Cruz helped save me even more money when he knew what part I needed for my car. They also were very friendly and make my stressful day 100 times better!
Just had to make a return 10 mins ago.. I believe both guys were named John who close the store.. they were quick, polite and got me in and out of the store so I could get home after work.. great customer service.. will come back to this autozone from now on
Had a problem with with my car, I wasn't too sure what was wrong with it. I went in, got great customer service from a young man that helped me out, and answered all of my questions.
Tonight i got help with a battery change form a guy that drives a black TRANS AM (i think. I am not a car guy) and he worked on that battery for 15 minutes without any complaints. This is what employees should do..... Good dude ......
Ordered a part for my car.. they told they were going to get it the next day at 10:30am. Called at 11am the next day and they said that it would be ready at 1pm. Called at 2pm anx they told me they didn't get it until the next day. Not a good store to get anything. If you want to order a part go to O'Reilly Auto parts. They have the parts the next day.
Very helpful employees they try to help you out to get to what you need not all Auto Parts have the patience like these days good work and Ladies sorry
Was working on one of the cars late. Stopped by here to pickup a sensor I needed. It was right before closing and I could tell they did not want to help out. I checked online for the part first and it said in stock at this location. The employee pulled it up and said no we do not have any. Not sure if that was really accurate or if he just did not want to go and find it then ring me up.
Either way it was not a great experience.
