Horrible place to buy a sxs, I have bought over 10 sxs in my life and never have I gotten such a horrible experience especially as a returning customer. Drove 3 hours being told a certain price for a sxs just to have them try and upcharge $3000 as I was 30 mins away. All while being denied that their sales rep cannot guarantee any prices. 100% recommend staying away from this place

Michael Caruso in the Service Department is absolutely outstanding! He has been my service advisor for over four years and has helped me with multiple boats I’ve purchased from Bert’s Megamall. From minor repairs and routine maintenance to major engine work, he consistently goes above and beyond. He is incredibly responsive, keeps me updated every step of the way, and takes the time to thoroughly explain everything at drop-off and pickup. He’s professional, friendly, and always willing to accommodate last-minute scheduling. Michael is truly the reason I continue to purchase and service my boats at Bert’s. I highly recommend asking for him, you won’t be disappointed!

Bought a new motorcycle from Bert's. Worked out my best deal over the phone. Got a commitment for a specific out the door price which I was very happy with. Gave them a deposit and went in the next day, paid the rest and picked up the bike. Was expecting a hard sell or for them to try to jack up the price one way or another but they tried no such thing. They were very friendly, fast and efficient. They answered all my questions and got my new motorcycle loaded up in my truck. I was impressed with both the price and the process.

You know I’m not usually one to put something up like this, but I feel like I had to say something because it almost feels so illegal at some point or not right to do what happened to our family with a recent motorcycle purchase that took place two weeks ago. I understand that in California there is no cooling off period With motorcycles, but I would think that with the expertise or experience that these sales people have that maybe they would be kind enough to suggest us renting a motorcycle first for our 18 year-old son before purchasing a brand new fast bike or at least if they could have one that could be test driven that was maybe even used. Either way what happened to us was not good. We went in there to return the motorcycle after only having it for five days and putting 17 miles on it, explaining everything to the management team,as my son was driving it in the parking lot trying to get familiar with the bike right across the street from where we live. Thankfully, after praying and everything, our son decided that he felt that if he kept the bike, he would end up dying on the motorcycle and so he came to my husband, and I told us that he doesn’t think we can keep the bike which I was so grateful and thankful for because nobody ever wants to have to lose a child or anybody on a motorcycle and I’ve heard of many cases where people have passed away on motorcycles, but I was trying as a mother to support him and getting him the motorcycle. The sad part is that when we went to return it, the owner was in the parking lot in his truck getting to leave and I had a feeling it was him and so I asked the sales person if you could please ask him if he’d be willing to talk to me for a moment so I could explain the situation with my son and us returning the bike. To my surprise, he was unwilling to get out and took off, but then had his son-in-law assist us and another manager there. It was just very disheartening because I could understand if there was something in the verbiage of the contract stating that if you return the motorcycle that there is a fee, but when we took the bike back for only having it for five days and 17 miles they charged us $4280. I felt like that was completely steep and I was hoping that they would be more gracious and understanding in the situation and not take that much money from us. I understand they need to make money as a business but to take $4280 after us only having the bike which was brand new and only 17 miles on it, seemed a bit much. I’m really hoping that they have a change of Hert and reach back out to us and give us back our money or at least the majority of it.

I’m irritated at this point. Service department “fixes something” then I get home and we notice they broke something else. It’s been back n forth to that service department. Mike has been trying to help but wow. Now they messed up again! This is a new razor!!

My husband and I went in today to look for some gear for him, and Dave in Parts & Accessories was extremely helpful. He recommended various jackets and help fit my husband in the right helmet. Dave was efficient, kind, and had absolutely the best customer service we’ve experience thus far at a motorcycle store. We got everything we needed and left extremely happy with all new gear. We recommend Dave for all your accessory needs, he really knows his stuff! Thank you!

Went here to get a 2026 Yz250. I negotiated the price with Giovanni down quite a bit which was awesome. Harley was super helpful and kind while we were getting the paper work done. Everyone at Bert’s is super nice and willing to help. Would definitely recommend this place

Everything was going very well until I was helped by the cashier Makayla. Mario was giving me exceptional customer service helping me find gear for my children. Best I've had in a long time. Mario went above what's expected in retail! Very attentive. Answered all my questions and made sure I was taken care of. Sucks it all comes crashing down the moment you get helped by someone at the finish line that has no patience, huffed and puffed her whole way through my transaction, treated me like an inconvenience and gave me an unwelcoming feeling. Even the janitor lady topped her by a long shot. The other cashiers were sweet and helpful also. Berts has an issue at the front desk that needs tending to. Part of the job is customer service. If I wanted a Walmart experience I would've gone to Walmart.

Huge selection! This was the only place in SoCal that had the part I needed (a 43 tooth rear sprocket). Fun and easy-going folks. I even found a discounted tank bag to round out my setup.

If you ain't lying they ain't buying. It's their motto for their sales people. I was told I would have gap insurance and full cover warranties on my purchase of my motorcycle. Come to find out the finance company that they finance through does not even offer any of that. Only limited amounts for warranties ... Which is still ridiculous. Thanks sales guy. You're an awesome salesperson.

The customer service and facility is BEAUTIFUL. The salesman Harley is one of the best out there no doubt and would never choose anyone but him to be my sales rep. BUT LOOK AT THE PRICE DIFFERENCE! How is it that other dealerships offer MUCH lower prices on bikes compared to here? We walked in, and got approved for this amount which was fine, but the out the door price on a 250CC bike is $6,500!?!? Am I getting two of them??? That’s CRAZY! I seriously didn’t mind doing the monthly payments, but asking for a down payment as well on a doubled price small motorcycle is crazy. Hopefully the establishment improves on that one day because I really wanted to purchase a bike that day and help out the store make business. But sadly I’ll have to go elsewhere for a much better rate, payment, with no down payment required elsewhere at a different dealership.

I purchased a Kawasaki Ninja 500 from Bert’s Mega Mall in Covina, CA and was repeatedly assured by the sales rep that the bike had ABS. I confirmed multiple times, including right before signing the paperwork, and each time he said yes, it has ABS. Only after completing the purchase did I find out, through their own finance rep looking into the system, that this was the base model with no ABS. ABS is a critical safety feature, not a minor upgrade, and misrepresenting this is unacceptable. After I had already signed the paperwork and completed the purchase, I was told that the Metallic Matte White/Silver finish I chose does not come in an ABS option to have it swapped. This turned out to be completely false. Another Kawasaki dealer confirmed that the exact same finish is available with ABS and even had it in their showroom. Now, Bert’s is refusing to make this right. Their “solution” is for me to trade in the bike I just purchased and lose $3,000 in one day to get the ABS version. This is clear misrepresentation, bait-and-switch sales tactics, and a total disregard for rider safety. A motorcycle’s braking system is a life-or-death safety feature. Riders deserve honesty, not deceit. Kawasaki corporate should investigate this dealership, and future buyers should be extremely cautious when dealing with Bert’s Mega Mall.

My experience with the sales staff was very disappointing. The salesperson wasted a lot of my time, and their negotiation style was neither comfortable nor respectful. The attitude felt mocking and unprofessional, and I was pressured to go beyond my budget. They even held onto my ID and refused to return it until I agreed to pay more. I kept explaining my budget clearly, but they kept pushing me, questioning my personal decisions, and making disrespectful remarks about my future plans. This behavior was extremely unprofessional and left me with a very negative impression i went for the kawaski 500 bc they said that it have a sale and I came from corona expecting me having the best price and i do have corona motorcycle next to me its way cheaper and more comfortable i was overpaid just to save my time and to get out this horrible place Not only was the sales experience bad, but the delivery was also delayed. They promised to bring the motorcycle between 12 and 3, but it never arrived on time and nobody responded to my calls. This shows a serious lack of professionalism and respect for customers.

I recently purchased two Yamaha Waverunners from Berts and had an incredible experience from start to finish. There is no doubt they are far and away in another league vs other dealers. The entire staff works in sync to make sure your experience is enjoyable and easy. They are knowledgeable and kind and its clear they care and are trustworthy. They make you feel like your a part of their family. I want to give special thanks to Brittany, Kevin, Mitch, and Sean for all the work you do. I’ll be a lifelong customer and hope to send more business your way.

I’ve been buying from Berts for 40 years. The quality of their facilities, the professionalism of the staff from the greeters, to the sales people to the parts department, they are all cut from the same cloth. Kudos to the owner because I know it starts at the top.

Purchased a new Honda Rebel 1100 DCT from Bert's Mega Mall. Jonathan, Tarin, the Sales Manager, Finance and the person that assisted me in the parts department were all great. Jonathan is also a great listener and cares about his customers. Update: I wanted a second bike, so I went to Burt's again and picked up a GSX-8R this time. Coby and the team were great!

Brought my 2 Brand New 2024 Sea Doo jetskis in for a warranty service. I asked the guys at the front desk to wash the two jetski's after the service since it had a little salt on it and they kindly agreed and wrote on the invoice that they are to be washed also. Come pick up day, the condition of both jetskis are worse then when I brought them in. The side canals had tools left on them and salt and dirt all over it. I wouldn't recommend this place for service at all. Also the service advisor Michael Caruso was there that day but too ashamed to even help us out. We asked him to tighten up a couple things on the jetski trailer which is also brand new through them, and he never did that either. Go somewhere else and save yourself the hassle.

Berts is the worse. They sold me a yamaha r3 for 12k. I was dumb so I bought it. It got totalled a month later and now I'm upside down on my loan even after insurance paid off the msrp. I found out berts sold me a repair contract through Aigis for $1200. Ripoff because yamaha has a 1 year warranty. I went to pasadena yamaha and got exact same bike financed for 7k. Drove it off the lot! Stoked about pasadena yamaha. John is the best! Don't wast your time and $ at Berts to get overcharged for your yamaha. Go to pasadena yamaha. It's worth it %100...

The Can Am I bought is great the sales man just wanted me in and out felt like a used car dealership. The price was decent but the service was subpar. Supposed to get a tutorial and there was no one there to do it when I asked about it. But I didn't make a big deal about it because it wasn't my first one. All in all I would go back . Rick in service was the biggest help when needed. Thanks Rick.

Went to the Expo in Pomona to help my best friend out at his booth. While we were there, I was able to check out some of the dealers. I was able to get some help from Bert’s!! Thank you DJ and Jordan for helping us get into a new RZR Pro R!!! They were also able to get it ready the same day so I didn’t have to drive back since I’m not from the area. The owner was also awesome!! Once I got to the store, the staff there were able to get me in and out within the hour!! Awesome crew!!! Thank you guys!!!!

Sales rep Adam was great. Just did not understand why two closers/managers presented me two higher OTD price. Price should get lower with each closer, until I get the price I want. But I got the deal I wanted. Got there at 10am, hauled the bike at 1pm. That was a quick sale for me. I’d go here again.

I walked in seeing if you had boats on your store Sunday morning and left 1hr later owning a AR190 super fast service. We would definitely come back for any new toys we dream of!!! Thank you you guys

We took the Can-am to have the caliber breaks changed and they had it for almost three months. Without notice they called me on a Friday and demanded me to pick up the ATV during the week or else they would start charging me daily parking fees!!. I ended up picking the ATV that same Friday and as soon as I got there they told me the whinges had a short circuit and they wanted to charge me for something they had messed up with because when I took it in it didn't have any other issues. They had it for two more weeks and told we they couldn't put the new part because it was welded and made a big story to which I just told them to give me the part and I would do it myself and they still charged me $200 for supposedly fixing the wires that were wrong but ended up doing a big mess in the Can-am. Guess they don't have well trained or certified technicians. Be careful to check the conditions of your ATV before you leave it and that is if you are willing to risk having them mess it up at the shop

Everyone who helped us out were so nice and professional. We came in for a new razor and left with a razor and more. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our experience was 100%. Great selection and Great Prices , Great customer service. This is the second vehicle I've bought here. First time was ok but obviously alot has changed in a few years with Greater customer service. Other dealers are taking advantage of the supply shortage, but not this place. Thank you and a special thanks to Neal Johnson with his great followup.. I will be back soon to buy more.
