I've been to this location more than once for a little items for my 2013 Toyota Camry. The staff is always helpful and professional, and they always recommend excellent products. Today I picked up something to restore my headlights. To me they look brand new! Thank you, AutoZone.
Sadly the men at this location could care less about helping or even checking out customers at this store. My experience and interaction with the employees has been below par every time. The last time I went to purchase oil the employee was so rude it was beyond ridiculous on how I was treated. I left the oil and walked out, NO One ever deserves to be told to their face what an inconvenience they are when they are a paying customer who has done nothing but pick out an item then walk to the register to pay for it… ?
Awesome service, I had a difficult window wiper blade replacement, they were patient in finding the right ones after a few tries, and replaced them for me even after having to do some trouble shooting. I'm sorry I don't remember the names of the gentlemen working there, but great job and great service!
Clayton brought my purchase to my vehicle because I had a sick child with me and I could not bring her in, nor could I leave her alone. I am a single mother and he did me a solid today. Thank you Clayton.
Knowledgeable staff. Location has a decent inventory for such a small store. No problem with returns, used oil recycling and $10 each for used automotive battery cores. I've been shopping at this store since 2010.
Nathan W was absolutely amazing! I came in panicking about dash lights and that my car would no longer shift from park to any other gear. He patiently tested my system and did a few checks online, a bit of trouble shooting with the vehicle, and figured out the recommended fix. They had the recommended part in stock. I bought it, he looked up how to replace it, he said no problem, it took him 5 minutes and my car was working again. Absolutely amazing person, kind patient, knowledgeable. Highly recommend this store. Thank so much.
I was being helped by a slightly older cashier, I didn’t catch his name (Cashier 62 on the receipt). He was very kind and polite; and very helpful. He tried dearly to help with my windshield wipers. I appreciated him.
I am a widow youngish woman and don't know a lot about vehicles. I needed a new battery for my car and went to this location. A young man Julian helped me take my battery off and installed my new one. He was so polite and chatted a little. I just think this world needs more young people with his attitude and personality. Thanks for all your help.
Auto parts places can be frustrating sometimes, especially when you're in a complete bind on a weekend and maybe can get the parts you absolutely need for your vehicle. But l was so blessed to have a fantastic gentleman assist me in getting an entire power window assembly for my vehicle. I could not drive my vehicle in the rain with my driver side window stuck all the way down. He had one in stock, held it for me and took the assembly to an auto glass to have it professionally installed. I commend Everett for his dedication there at Auto Zone in Cameron Park CA.
Absolutely amazing service - courteous, friendly, and empathetic assistance - on a very bad day for me and my Subaru station wagon! Both Manager Julie and Employee Nicholas went above and beyond - connecting with me on a rare human level. Nicholas even calling my attention to a dry, empty radiator overflow container and his then filling it. He also called my attention to the clutch reservoir container level being almost empty. Only went in to have them check the 2 batteries from my scooter. Very courteous staff. I am disabled and was pleasantly surprised and appreciative of their assistance. Not only did 2 fellows hold "both" doors open for me, they did everything in getting the batteries back to my car and loaded in the trunk. Very friendly and helpful.
Lucas at the AutoZone in Cameron Park, CA was so helpful the 3 times I have been in this store. Very courteous and took his time explaining things. Very nice young man.
Nice and clean store. No waiting, I was in and out. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. The store has a great clearance/discounts selection. The parking lot is a maze so be careful for pedestrians and cars.
My Mom and I stopped by AutoZone on our way out of town after her cars check engine light came on. We were greeted by three wonderful employees but especially Jules, who went out of her way to help my Mom and I fix the issue. Jules was not only very knowledgeable but extremely kind. Cameron Park Auto Zone has consistently had the part I needed in stock...My niece needed clear paint for her car, she also needs air pump for tire. They are very helpful and will also help her installing something else tomorrow. parts technicians are also extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. They were rude, unfriendly, and only one of the 3 was wearing the mask properly everyone else was wearing it on their neck. I was able to get the part for $40 cheaper online. I will not be back. I visited on Friday April 2nd 2021.
This location is awesome! JULIE and TYLER were Incredibly accommodating and kind; really took the time to explain Everything I needed for my project, and how to execute efficiently.

I came here to get chains. I knew absolutely nothing about chains walking in but Joules helped me understand if needed chains and where I could find out if i needed chains. Patrick matched the price of the chains near by and made my first experience in a AutoZone a memorable one. Joules and Patrick are amazing people and Ill definitely be coming here again.
Good for oil changes but as for anything hydraulic shocks floor Jacks and clutch master cylinder well basically anything hydraulic won't last you after a couple of months the most 1 year trust me everything I mentioned didn't last very long and don't care about the refund it's about taking your time to remove the part you just replace in hopes that this time will work fine
Fair prices on most items. Free tools loaning is slightly misleading, it should say "If we happen to have that particular tool at our store, You can pay full retail price for the used tool, and if you bring it back in resaleable condition, we usually will issue you a refund."
The crummy part was: I had to come up with an additional $375.00 to "borrow" the specialty tools needed to perform the repair for the part I spent all the money on in the first place!
The awesome part: I didn't get stuck owning a series of oversized impact sockets that only fit Toyota axles and a ball joint separator and other expensive tools I literally would never have any other use for unless I was a mechanic by trade! So, no complaint here on that. It helped me a lot!
