A.J helped me out..I went because I needed a new car battery as the one I had died on me. Luckily I was able to get a co-worker to help me jump start my car so I can get a new one before I head home since I commute from South Sacramento/Elk Grove..he greeted me when I came in. I told A.J what I needed and even asked if someone was able to help me change it out. When I gave him my number he noticed I wasn’t signed up for their rewards membership..so he helped me with that as well. Once done he told his fellow colleagues that he was going to change out a battery for a customer..so great communication skills there..A.J. Helped change out my old car battery and installed the new one in. He had me start up my car before leaving to make sure it worked..which it did. He was awesome!
My friend and I came in needing help with both of our cars, not knowing what to do at all. Aj and Caleb were so amazing and helpful. They immediately knew how to help and were extremely informative for each of us. Highly recommend coming into this store and getting all your car needs. Aj and Caleb both deserve raises for how helpful they were. 20/10 experience!
You know I’ve been coming here for about five years now when I moved to Cameron Park this is my go to spot and all the guys/gals are very sweet. Always help me. No problem are very friendly when you walk in if you have questions, they answer them the best they can or they’ll find somebody to help.
Headlights went out walked in bought new ones walked out went home tried to install them they were the wrong ones. Went back and Travis an employee noticed the mistake right away! Got me the correct ones and even installed them for me. I was in and out in 20 min very good service!
I had a problem that I thought i got fixed but when my wheel came off in front of the store after hours the guy Travis ran over from his car mid-drive heading home an helped me situate the problem an successfully do the work needed to keep me an my vehicle safe an comfortable for the night. He articulated very well the options of how to do the work to keep everyone safe and secure but was understanding and fast to act at the need of someone else's problems. I highly appreciate the service and respect the initiative more so. Every person I dealt with at O'Reilly in cameron park was exceptional but this guy my age stuck out. Ever bit of my thanks an appreciation for these employees at O'Reilly in Cameron Park.

I had the pleasure of experiencing excellent customer service from store employee Steve and his lovely lady associate (who’s name I am sadly forgetting at the moment) both had positive attitudes and were willing to provide support as needed. Please continue providing this positive interaction with your customers even if other customers don’t appreciate positive engagement and service. Great service at this location. Tom helped me find the right windshield wiper blades for my truck and even helped me get them on in the rain. Really appreciated the help and the great attitude about my lack of knowledge. Thanks so much Tom. I'll be back I'm sure!
Service here was excellent! Tom took good care of us on our Tahoe trip. He took the time to help me with my wiper blades after I had said I had it covered, apparently I did not have it covered … as Tom saw me struggling when he was helping another customer in the parking lot. So he strutted over and handled the wiper blades after telling me “these can always be a pain, let me get a shot.”
He found a way to help without me feeling like an idiot. 10 stars of I could.
Came in to buy 5/16ths hose with a 2 feet cut off, dude ran it up as 12 dollars a foot, not possible. Went to autozone paid 3 dollars a foot, i left my cut off at orileys came back to get it and the employee took it and said i didn't leave it, I went only to o rileys than straight to AutoZone. The employee had awful customer service and an awful attitude would not recommend going in at night they don't care to help you.
Had a battery tested which proved it was not holding a charge and they replaced it on the spot. Highly recommend using their services and purchasing their products.

After a horrible experience in Placerville at AutoZone, I drove 10 miles and went to O’Reillys which I should’ve done to begin with. O’Reilly’s auto parts seem to higher professional people that actually care about their jobs and customer service. Jacob help me extremely professional and actually had manners. Go to O’Reilly’s. It’s a far better choice.
Called earlier for parts and had great service.. arrived to pick up the parts which in the initial call listed everything I would need.. gentleman who helped us when I got there was great but delegated another employee to gather the studs and lug nuts which I needed.. I was 2 lug nuts short and said I needed six and he immediately git offensive and accused me of having an attitude. I said I'm sorry if you think that however I asked for 6 not 4.. keep in mind it said on the order what I needed.. I drove down the hill to this place as a loyal customer.. clearly this young man with a pirates baseball cap didn't want to be at work.. other than him my experience was great however it only takes one sour apple
For years, we have sourced parts for our customers' boats and trailers from O'Reilly. The service is excellent. The staff always helps us find what we need even if it's not in stock in Cameron Park. Recently, we needed a specific marine starter, and it was shipped to us overnight from their Stockton location.
Im never poitive what I should buy concerning my car. The staff always helps me and gives me the choice of brand name, or cheapest. I went with cheapest oil filter. Six bucks. Learned air filter is different than oil filter. Lol guy was able to find correct part by asking my plate number. Smart decision. Good people, good product and pricing. They are also fast, with being busy, thats a plus for me.
Joe went out of his way to help me find and install parts needed on my car. Tried to offer a tip but he declined. Y’all are lucky to have people like Joe at this store.
The personnel was excellent; they assisted me in ordering a part for my car that was unavailable at that location and had it delivered the same day at 4 p.m. I purchased my component, put it in, and it functions.
Oscar at the Cameron Park O'Reillys provided the best customer service! Helped me change out the positive battery terminal cable, and didn't mind dealing with the corroded one we had to replace. Even in the cold wind and rain. Highly recommend him and will be going again for our car needs.
I went in, ordered a product. Said will be there tomorrow at 3pm. With a 20 min drive, I showed up a little late. Needless to say, product didn't make it there.. they assured me that it would be there the NEXT day at 3pm.. showed up at 330pm, just to be told is WAS NOT THERE... ill never do business with this company... horrible management.....
I want to give 5 stars for Joey and his excellent customer service. He was knowledgeable on all aspects of our vehicle and helped us get back on the road after we got our hands dirty doing some maintenance. Thank you again for all the help I recommend this establishment 100%
Came in requesting help installing car stereo. Unfortunately, they did not install them. Never the less, the person at the counter explained the process and instructed me on how to install and remove my old one. Showed me what I would need to install the car stereo, everything he said was correct and I managed to install the stereo myself.
I had one of my headlamp bulbs burn out. Robert helped me determine the correct replacement and helped me install replacement bulbs for both headlamps (he suggested replacing both at the same time). Excellent service and they are always helpful at the Cameron park location.
If you're going to buy snow chain, try AutoZone. These $100 cheaply made snow chains worked, but not as well as we expected. They helped us to get up the hill to Tahoe. I wish I could return them. They got us to where we needed to go. It's BETTER to just invest in snow tires instead.
Anyways, the stores are always clean, the employees are always helpful. They do not always give the best advice though. Ask as many question you can think of if you are looking to buy a product you don't know much about. They'll be happy to answer.
I don't know what these other losers problems are! I've been in this store 3 or 4 times and always received outstanding service and assistance. Sometimes when the Placerville store is out of something , they always have it! I would have helped them kick that guy out of the store. It's amazing what rude people say when they try to explain what happened.
