Great buying experience. No hidden BS, with nobɓ surprise fees. I wish I'd used Lander's with my truck purchased in February at McClarty. They didnt even spit on it.

Love them especially yo and jay they are awsome they are friendly and speak spanish as well !! Got me a brand new car when i thought it would be impossible. They made it easy and even had snacks for the kids too !! We had been there for a while. Thats the only set back it takes a good while
After working all day the day before, to secure a deal..credit report showing multiple inquiries (and that's fine IF YOU GET THE CAR) we came to terms. I was more than honest with my situation...and was thrilled to get the car I wanted.
This morning received a call to confirm I'd be there at 10am. Detailed and cleaned out my trade in...rushed like a lunatic to secure documents and paperwork...I was driving from Hot Springs to Little Rock....when that phone call came.
"Oops...."
Despite what they tell you? Count on nothing. I need a car, not a roller-coaster ride. Though it was all verbal...the commit? The deal? It's probably a really good thing I didn't drive an hour to hear that face to face.
Your only as good as your word...but Landers doesn't know about that. We had already discussed I needed payments around $300-$350.
Somehow...they are now over $500. Throw in insurance? Your eating dog food to drive a used car.
You can do better.
John Messersmith is so awesome!! I took my Telluride to Landers Kia with questions about some of the features. He came right out and was able to answer all of our questions and concerns. Walked us through on how to access certain options. He had a great attitude, made us feel like we're apart of the KIA family!!
Had a very positive experience when purchasing 2021 Ford F150 XLT (LOVE IT). Despite a minor paperwork issue, the dealership addressed it promptly and professionally, making me feel like part of the Landers Auto Group family. I recommend them highly. Be careful ,sold me a 2017 silverado, awesome truck but they decided to sell it without tell me about the hail damage... All fixed but the roof, which couldn't see until a few days later.. Dishonest for sure !!
The salesman lied to me about this vehicle when I bought it it's hard to get ahold of anybody there you can't get the general manager to even call you back it's been a complete cluster with eat cluster with these people I don't recommend them at all Emmett all I'm a 100% Disable navy veteran and I cannot believe the way they have treated me you cannot get a general manager to call you every time you call they're always off that day
Everyone was super nice! The facility was clean and seating areas accommodated social distancing. The attendants were constantly refreshing and sanitizing the public beverage area.
The last of the legacy. He's watching over us daily. We've broke company records for units and profit the last 2 months in the middle of a pandemic!! Come check out why all the hype!!
Very happy with the car I picked. Dustin was great , he made my experience buying a car fun & relaxing. Very happy with Steve Landers. Even happier with my Rav4, love it. Looking forward to my oil changes. Very nice people and building is set up for people to be comfortable.
Went with a friend and his granddaughter to get his truck serviced yesterday. The staff was very nice and courtesy. They gave his granddaughter popcorn and a coloring book which she enjoyed very much. Beautiful place loved it.?????
