I got two flats and used State Farm roadside assistance to get a tow. Once assigned to Fast Stop Towing, I realized that I chose the wrong location for my car to be dropped off. After an easy call, I was able to get my drop off location changed. Driver showed up on time and was efficient with his services. He was also very thorough in telling me what he needed me to do and what he was going to do with the car so that I didn’t have to follow him through Little Rock. He also gave me a call when he had the car at the tire shop to verify I still wanted the car delivered there instead of my initial drop off location.
Excellent customer service and they provided an excellent estimated arrival time. After waiting two hours for another tow company that continually updated the arrival time causing me to be on the roadside for over 3 hours. I was glad to have a two company that was courteous and professional.
These guys don't mess around. I slid off the road on my way to work after a winter storm. Mark did one hell of a job. Retrieved my pickup using two trucks and didn't even put a scratch on it. Hats off to Mark and the guy working with him.
Called to get an update on the tow truck to come get me out of a ditch and no one came. I called and the guy told me 90 minutes at first, 2 hours past and no one came. Called again said they could not give me an update. Then all of sudden they canceled without letting me know.
The service provider was professional, explained what he was doing and why.
He answered my questions and provided information regarding what he thought the problem could be.
I am very pleased with this company and will recommend it to my friends.

I wanted to share a recent experience we had this past Sunday with your service. My dad's truck had stopped on him, and we called for service. I have to say, the wait time wasn't long at all and the service was very professional. The customer service was great, and we truly appreciated the efficiency.

My Jeep stopped on me on Colonel Glenn Rd on my way to work. My insurance company dispatched this company to the rescue. The driver showed up quickly but because I was on my way to work, a neighbor picked me up to take me to work and I instructed the driver to tow it to my home address. (It will start but won't drive.)
Upon arriving home, to my surprise, the driver dropped the Jeep diagonally in the driveway preventing me from parking a second vehicle in the driveway!! Not only that, the driver took a brick from my flower bed to prop behind a tire to keep it from rolling backwards! ?
I called the company, explaining what took place when the owner decides to charge me $125 to send the driver back out to correct his mistake!!!!
My insurance company is dropping them from their call list and I will be filing a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau.
Fast Stop Towing was great. They got to my home quickly and Sammy was awesome. He was so polite, kind and skilled. I would use Fast Stop again if needed and hope that Sammy is the driver :)
The guy that came to tow my truck was very nice . Its a holiday and he made it here quickly. Made sure my truck was secure and even sent me a picture of where he dropped it off at. Im very satisfied with my experience. Thank you ?
